At first, we were a bit sceptical due to the reviews, but we were pleasantly surprised. The staff was amazing and provided us with help when we needed. All the members of the hotel, including the cleaning people, greeted us and treated us with respect. The hotel is close to the train station, making travelling quite easy. The bathrooms and rooms were clean and nice.

In the first night we struggled a bit with the door, and the balcony door could not be closed. However, the staff helped us and solved the problems.

Fantastic location, a 2 minute walk from Sants train station. As well as eateries in Sants station, there are lots of small shops and restaurants close to the hotel. TRANSIT is very easy to find, staff really helpful. This was our 4th stay at the hotel and Wifi is OK but could be better in the rooms. Internet works well in the comfortable work space behind the lobby. That area has tables, chairs and sofas. With children, visit CosmoCaixa, the science museum: absolutely amazing and totally child-oriented.

The stuff was nice and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. The location for us was on time - all city we can walk by feet, just next to train station, 10min till train to Montserrat mountain or 35min to place hop-in hop-out buss. Till the beach 1h. Close nice eating places and shops.

The room was cold, we try to switch on heeting but it still come only cold air and tv was without any international tv programm, and without smart tv option. Room 003 need to fix/change - window closing system, bathroom mirror and thing next to wc who was broken.

Everything was great, the only thing missing is a drinking water dispenser in the lobby, because the tap water tastes really bad and we had to buy water in plastic bottles, which we never do for obvious environmental reasons and plastic reduction goals, we usually always find a way to fill up our water bottles with good water

Good location, just nearby the train station Sants.

Receiption host was very friendly and helpful in providing information to get to the train station and airport. The room was perfectly clean, tidy, just large enough. There was a pleasant seating area on the main floor for a work related zoom call. An automatic coffee machine and drink machine were available. The hotel was a simple walk away from the metro and main trainstation, so transport to other areas of the city was simple, as well as getting to the airport. Grocery stores are just doors away, or a larger grocery near the train station. Loved this place.

It was reasonably priced for what you got. Great location to the main train station and easy walk to the Airport bus. It's neat and tidy and more fitting of its name 'transit hotel.'

The times l have stayed I've noticed the moisture damage to the bathrooms door frames etc and rough wall patches to common areas of the hotel. If it is unsightly then you start questioning the hygiene and what you are paying. The bedroom was super clean and neat no issues there.

Great location close to 3 different metro stops, buses and train station. The rooms are cozy and clean. The staff is responsive and kind, they even let us leave our luggage until it was time for our flight. Overall everything was great and I highly recommend the hotel.

nothing thought it excellent value for money. Room was spacious with comfortable beds. The room and bathroom was spotless. only 1 star but the standard was as good as some 4 star hotels we have stayed in in Spain. Does not do breakfast no problem for us because plenty of places nearby that do.
