I liked everything about the property. I stayed at another Country Inn & suites in Dunn North Carolina and that was the worst hotel by far I have stayed. Nothing compares to this one at Asheville. Here everything is clean, with no dust, and the hotel looks brand new and well-maintained, amazing. Be careful with what people reviewed said I didn't see any homeless around the property, or people breaking into cars I was scared to come to the hotel because I was coming late around 11:30 from long driving hours, so I did not find any of that thing, check-in was less that 2 minutes and flawless. When income back to Asheville I will stay at the hotel 1000%.

Everything I liked about the property.

This hotel is spotlessly clean and appears newer, as everything is in great condition. The location is central to the highway and to town. The breakfast room is spacious and coffee/tea was available 24/7. The room was beautifully appointed, comfortable, and the furnishings were tasteful. I had to work during my stay, and the desk was comfortable. Unfortunately, the wifi was very slow for Zoom calls, so that wasn't great, but I managed. Parking was plentiful and most importantly it was free! That was a huge perk for me.

The room above me flooded and my ceiling started leaking, so I had to change rooms. The second room's lock scanner didn't work, so I had to change a second time. The staff was very gracious, apologetic, and accommodating and they helped me move my belongings both times. The third room was an upgrade to a studio suite, so that was a nice gesture.

Cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. Amazing breakfast options and every staff member from housekeeping to front desk were friendly, helpful and happy. I would give this hotel a 10 if the indoor pool had been open.

The pool was closed but still listed on the website. It was a big part of why we booked at this location. The area is a little sketchy and I would not walk around at night.

8 min by car to downtown Asheville. The room was spacious, modern and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast is modest, but very decent for the price.

Quiet, very quiet

Half the rooms are volunteer workers in a disaster area like myself, recouping lost money on volunteers is pretty poor. Paying 150 a night while cooking food outdoors 10 hours a day, 4 days for locals and other relief workers. I stayed here the exact same week last year for less than 100 a night while traveling...no discount for no breakfast and i pack my own water to even brush my teeth? These extra costs meant I could not work the additional three days I intended. Maybe rethink that?

Everything is so clean, well maintained, and aesthetically nice. It’s not too much, but the atmosphere gives you a nice, luxurious, relaxing experience. The value of a hotel like this is out of this world. And the location is amazing! It’s actually so close to really good shops and restaurants, and the mall is literally around the corner. It’s why I keep coming back, and will continue to do so.

Maybe a little more variety at the snack bar down stairs, maybe with more diet/zero sugar options.

Staff was friendly and helpful. My grandson and i stayed 2 nights at the hotel. Housekeeping cleaned up our room after the 1st night. Made the beds, provided us with new towels, etc...... Both days, we had a wonderful breakfast . Each day was different eggs and sausage. Wonderful variety of other breakfast foods. Enjoyed our time there...

Loved the pool, spa facilities, pool water a bit cold. There are few maintenance problems in the exercise room. Weight Bench cables were off track.

The Inn design was pretty and was very clean and smell fresh....and our room design was also very nice...it was clean and smelled nice. The hot breakfast was great. The workers were very accommodating...overall, we enjoyed our stay and will come again...we're recommend to our friends and family for future trips.

Location is very convenient to the downtown area where my business meetings were being held. Staff was excellent - the breakfast was fantastic - my compliments to the kitchen staff. :) My room was very clean - everything worked great - even had an additional pillow & blanket in the closet "just in case."

Their parking lot was arranged a little strange, mostly due to the hill you go down to get into it, and is difficult to exit from as visibility of oncoming traffic isn't the best, but it conveniently connects to the "Waffle House" next door which is very easy to exit from. *The lobby wasn't in the best condition as there was remodeling in progress when I was there.

We had a nice stay at this property. It looked to be recently updated, so it was clean and well-maintained. The common areas were clean and the rooms were comfortable. A lot of other families were staying at this hotel, and we never heard any other children through the walls. We could not hear our sound machine from the hall, so the walls are not paper thin, which is great for loud families like mine. Breakfast was served every morning downstairs, and it was laid out nicely. The woman who served breakfast was a literal angel and helped me wash baby bottles when I realized I forgot my supplies at home. All-in-all, a great hotel for families thanks to its great location, the wonderful staff, and the overall feel of the hotel. They also have laundry for guests, which came in clutch with an 18 month old.

While the breakfast was tasty and clean every day, it was the same breakfast every morning. A little variety would have been nice.
