I really liked the convenience of this hotel to the airport. Our flight home was cancelled and we were stranged in Seattle for two extra days. The hotel was clean and tidy. The staff who was on duty the night we checked in (along with many other stranged passengers) was incredibly patient and kind.

First of all, Booking.com did not send over my reservation to the hotel, so at 2am, I had to call reservations and deal with that. The booking rep had to call the hotel to ensure my reservation wasn't in their system and I had to then book with the hotel directly. As a result, we lost the type of room we originally booked. We were extremely disappointed in that aspect of booking.com. The room itself was bare and the fridge had a smell of beef jerkey and some other odor. There was no daily housekeeping, which was disappointing. For the price, I'm not sure it was worth it.

Lobby smelled nice and throughout the whole hotel - loved the scent. Room was pretty spacious with generous amenities (shower gel, shampoo & conditioner). Spent 6 nights there, first evening was quiet but the following five nights; not so. Appreciated the absence of young children throughout our stay...wished there was an in-room microwave and program information on the closed-circuit television and would be great if coffee/tea/hot water was available in the lobby 24-hours not just during dining hours. Also, loved the security the hotel provides by having to use room key to access guest floors.

As previously mentioned - wished there had been an in-room microwave oven and 24-hour availability of coffee/tea/hot water in lobby. The laundry facility was a little confusing as there were two washers and two dryers and of the three major appliances charging $2.50 to use however, the fourth appliance, another dryer was $3.00 even though everything about it was exactly the same as the other dryer (puzzling).

Very nice facilities. Good size rooms. Nice bar & restaurant. Shuttle was excellent and very accommodating.

The people with us received breakfast vouchers but we did not. Their room price was the same as ours. When we asked the front desk they simply said that ours did not include the breakfast package. Very disappointing.

I liked the in room coffee maker, the airport shuttle and the free wifi. The location was very good and the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

The elevator doors close way too quickly. My father in law is elderly and walks slowly and the doors kept closing on him causing him stress and pain. Very upsetting to us.

When we checked in in the afternoon, the male receptionist were polite, helpful , a lot of smiles Also the driver who took us to the sirport this morning was excellent

But when we checked out in the morning after, the female ones no smiles at all, rigid

Very pleasant and best check-in ever by Tyricia! Tyricia welcomed us with a big smile after 6 long hours of traveling, she was very informative and gave us great restaurant recommendations! A true asset to your hotel! Room, bed and pillows were exquisite!

I loved everything!

They provided an Uber pickup from the airport instead of the shuttle bus. In the morning we took the shuttle bus back to the airport at 5am (shuttle every 30 mins). Room was large and comfortable. Shower was great. We would stay here again if we needed to be near Seattle airport.

Comfy and clean room, very helpful and friendly staff, convenient airport shuttle to SeaTac.

Room was overlooking a busy road/highway and had lots of traffic noise overnight. Didn’t keep me awake but would a light sleeper!

The airport shuttle was great, the staff were excellent, our room had a nice ocean view in the distance and the room was a good size. Also there is a nice Pier a few miles away.

The mattress was a bit lumpy. Also there is a fragrance all over the lobby and in the gym it was overwhelming.

Staff, room location, quietness, very clean place. Great breakfast, although a bit pricey. Shuttle drivers are very accommodating and kind.

Not many nice restaurants nearby. Toilet is too low to the floor.
