The breakfast was great, along with the staff who was helpful and friendly.

There is no food available close by after breakfast. The area is pretty busy, so walking around is not really practical. The area around the streets is quite dirty, with trash along the streets (which, of course, is not the responsibility of the hotel...). There seems to be a QR code available to order food, but the lack of an afternoon and evening restaurant is a problem.

The fitness center, front staff and other staff were very accomodating and nice to me. The restaurant area was spacious and very modern. Wonderful options. The one restaurant staff worker was not real nice but she may have been having a bad morning. Coffee was great and the scone. The underground parking garage was convenient and worked well. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The on site mini store was such a nice benefit/amenity as I had gotten to this hotel very very late and was thirsty and hungry. I would highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again when traveling to or from the Seattle airport again.

Bigger pool..bigger rooms. rooms that are not near the street and are quiet as I was not given a room away from street noise-higher up floors are always better..some of the products in the mini store were expired. the cookie I had bought was stale and it would be better to have less items and fresher ones.

Very professional staff and very new, nice hotel with a great bar/restaurant

Everything was top notch... EXCEPT... at 1am the floor above us started to stomp around and woke both of us up, from 1-2am. Not a company hotel problem, but other customers problem... IN ADDITION, when getting on the shuttle for the airport others in the shuttle commented how in their area of the hotel at like 3am there was a couple screaming and fighting, and about 4 people commented on hearing it too..... so overall... the other customers brought the score down because people dont give a..... hoot about other people and only think of themselves.

The room was fairly spacious and had some nice amenities. The bar/restaurant area was pleasant and there were lots of people in there. The shuttle was timely and quick to the airport for our early morning flight. We left our car in the parking garage during our trip and paid an outside party for the privilege - it seemed secure and well lit.

The front desk got backed up a few times. The driveway is easy to miss and on a busy street.

Aleesa was a delight... always smiling & pleasant. Corner King room was spacious & comfortable. Rollaway bed was provided promptly. Keurig, fridge & microwave in the room were excellent. Close to a bunch of great restaurants.

Would have liked real glass glasses in the room...not only paper cups!

The room was great, the place appeared to be very clean. Bathroom was nice and new. Keurig coffee machine was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and the tv was nice. The door locks made me feel safe.

There was very little light with all of the lights on. There is not nearly enough. Not sure I trust drinking water in most cities, so bottled water for the Keurig coffee machine would have been nice. Went down for a quick breakfast, and ordered off of the menu. Mistake. First, took 20 mins to get a 3 item egg white omelet, which came out wrong. Was all eggs with yolks, and the protein, chorizo wasnt included and it tasted as if it was dragged through a plate of salt. Had to wait 15 mins to get a new one made. There were no more than 8 people in the restaurant space the whole time we were there at 6:15 am in the morning. Not sure why the whole breakfast was so hard to deliver to me. Coffee and an omelet shouldn't be a huge production.

rooms were modern and clean. But the halls are very unattractive

very unclear about hours for restaurant shuttle bus left at exactly the hour and half hour and we were never notified of that fact. we left our room with two minutes to get down the elevator and the van pulled out just as we got there. we had a reservation so they knew we were coming. waiting one minute seemed reasonable

This is a very nice hotel -- more expensive than most, as the name Hilton would suggest, but less than the Doubletree next door, and while I don't know what those rooms are like I can say that the one I got was worth the money. The staff was also very warm and friendly -- in particular an evening clerk, Makiko, who was nothing less than delightful. The bed was also very comfortable on my hard-to-please back.

The only complaints that I can have are fairly small ones: the room cannot be lit very brightly, and the use of the thermostat is a bit opaque (it took me two days to figure out how to turn the heat on -- use the Mode button!). Finding a place for vending machines on each floor would not be unwelcome either.

Limited bar and restaurant service (ended and 10:00 and breakfast only available 06:00 - 10:00) - a bit odd for an airport hotel Reception staff not very welcoming Be aware that if you book breakfast inclusive it only amounts to a $10 credit against menu items - this was not stated up front or on the menu - a little embarrassing when it came to settling the check.

There were other guests staying at the hotel, one with a dog and one with a cat, in the lobby apparently waiting for the shuttle. Since I am allergic to cats this could have become a medical problem. I would like to have known there were cats in the hotel so I could have gone elsewhere
