The convenience of being close to the airport and the Airport Shuttle.. Everything was good . The rooms, cleanliness, bedding and even to go breakfast. I will stay there again if the opportunity comes up.

I felt bad for the afternoon/evening Shuttle driver. She took time for her lunch but they needed to give her back up. Many people stacked up waiting and with only 1 van everyone didn't fit causing further delay getting to the hotel. Tempers were up but the poor driver was doing her best and definitely needed back up.

The hotel and location were fine. YOU, BOOKING.com, screwed up. I booked 2 rooms for the night before we flew out of Seatac and have the documentation from you to prove. I showed to hotel and they agreed BUT They only had one room for us and that's what was in their system FROM YOU I should have stuck to my policy of never using third party booking sites when I travel. You've seldom lived up to the customer service you claim. 4 60 year old women ended their perfect girls trip having to cram in together for our last night since zero rooms were available in the area. We were exhausted and had no options.

Great location, free, shuttle to, and from the airport, beautiful rooms that were comfortable, clean and welcoming. Front desk, staff very helpful and kind.

Bathroom needs basic amenities that the Hilton chain offers such as disposable shower, cap, courtesy packet of Q-tips, etc. Also, the blow dryer was broken. Shuttle driver to the airport. The next morning the shuttle driver was very unfriendly and seemed to be put out that myself and another person asked for specific airline departures to be dropped off. We told him where we needed to go when we were at the airport because he never asked. I was stuck because of a missed connection at the airport and my luggage did not make it. It was very kind of the front desk staff to give me a toothbrush and toothpaste!

Convenient overnighter for airline travel. Close to airport with efficient and included shuttle service. Very clean and quiet. Within walking distance to restaurants.

Property highlighted free internet but we were charged a fee. Apparently you have to create an account with the hotel chain to access the free internet. This was not clearly stated anywhere and we were not told. Would be helpful to get some upfront information on this, for those of us who do not stay with this hotel chain are not familiar with the requirement.

Nice remodeling of my room, although, air conditioning unit was really loud. Nice bed and bedding, and waitress/bartender was exceptional. She really put in the effort.

FOX News on in resteraunt!!! That was a BIG disappointment. I thought having right or left wing ...news.. was no longer on in big chain places. I will not come back because of this. I asked to have the channel changed, and it ruined my breakfast as nothing happened.. I was also disappointed that the only coffee available was Starbucks. There used to be complementary cofee in lobby.

Me and my wife have been traveling for the last three weeks, cruise to Alaska, staying three different Hotels, went twice to Canada getting a good feel back from guest services, runners Bella mans. There was only one person upon my arrival with friends and they got different reservation. My concerns was only one person doing check in , and she did not greeting us properly like she did not care. She should be focus more in customer services and smile.

We have breakfast a party of four and these two employees as well no smile, no good morning like they wants to closed the breakfast. It was exactly at 8 am when me and friends get there. I worked for Westgate Resort at Orlando for about 10 years, Chief Engineers position, working as a Manager on duty, and night Manager in charge of the operations. And my priority was to serve ours clients providing a guest satisfaction and experience in the Resort to make them come back in a future. So, motivate the employees to say the principal in customer Service Greeting the guest Morning, Afternoon or Evening, open the rules as soon they pass by or enter the lobby say something and make the guests some important…

The room was very comfortable and clean. It was a good place to stay near the airport.

The advertised breakfast was just a takeaway bag or instant oatmeal. The bag was handy for going to the airport, but we stayed a night when we arrived. We would have like a better breakfast. The signage for the hotel is extremely bad. We got in late at night and rented a car. Even with gps we missed the tour to the hotel. Upon arrival we had trouble confirming that we were in the right place because there were absolutely no signs!

My wife and children thought that the bed was really comfortable so we all slept good. The entire room was clean so I appreciated that.

The diminutive signage proved inadequate in facilitating the location of the hotel, necessitating two successive turns before finally identifying the entrance. In essence, the ingress route requires refinement, particularly given the high traffic volume of the adjacent street, which mandates a complete reversal in the event of missing the entrance. Also, the parking fee should be mentioned before booking.
