The convenience of being close to the airport and the Airport Shuttle.. Everything was good . The rooms, cleanliness, bedding and even to go breakfast. I will stay there again if the opportunity comes up.

I felt bad for the afternoon/evening Shuttle driver. She took time for her lunch but they needed to give her back up. Many people stacked up waiting and with only 1 van everyone didn't fit causing further delay getting to the hotel. Tempers were up but the poor driver was doing her best and definitely needed back up.

This is my new go-to hotel whenever I need to travel through Sea-Tac. I've even told my friends about it. Everything was just comfortable and lovely -- from the promptness of the shuttle and the professional, polite shuttle driver, to the staff being helpful and kind (but genuine -- not fake or over the top), to the room being clean and fresh without smelling like cleaning agents or perfumes. The bed was AMAZING both trips (into and out of Sea-Tac), the food was not exactly 5-star restaurant food, but still good. I arrived in the evening and left at 3:00 a.m. on the first stay, and arrived back at the hotel at 2:00 a.m. and left at 11:00 a.m. on the second stay, so I had a chance to interact with the day staff and the overnight staff, and they were all lovely, as were the shuttle drivers. I am a woman who travels alone and I felt safe the whole time, plus my room was QUIET. I am happy I found this hotel because the stress of where to stay each time I have to go through Sea-Tac is finally over.

This hotel has become my go-to hotel whenever I have to travel through the Seattle airport. The staff is always helpful, professional, friendly, and just all-around great. I've been screwed by hotels before when I have to book their shuttle at, say, 3:00 a.m. to get back to the airport. The front desk is just on top of things, and the drivers are all very nice. I had a dinner one night, and breakfast the next morning on this trip and neither disappointed me (just remember it's not a 5-star restaurant!). The guests are surprisingly considerate and quiet, the rooms are immaculate, the airport is a quick shuttle ride away, but the hotel is shockingly quiet -- you can barely hear the planes take off and land nearby.

The beds were comfortable. Everything appeared to be clean. Everything also appeared to be up-to-date. The A/C felt a little bit old but WORKED well. I started the weekend staying with friends and unfortunately it was not a great experience so coming to this hotel made me feel so refreshed. I love that they have a shuttle to the airport. If I didn't have to return my rental car, I would have definitely used it. i will definitely be back.

None of these are deal breakers for me. I will say that I wish there were brighter lighting in the room. I ended up having to turn on all the lights and open the window to get some sunshine in while I worked. The food was meh in my opinion. I wanted to eat downstairs but nothing looked appetizing so I ended up going to Jack in the Box down the street. However, breakfast was pretty good. I would not pay to include breakfast because I don't believe it's worth it IMO. The walls are VERY thin. Someone around me kept going in and out of their room and the door slammed so loudly each time.

The location was very good. The hotel accommodation was nice.

The parking on site was terrible. There wasn’t any overflow parking.

The hotel and location were fine. YOU, BOOKING.com, screwed up. I booked 2 rooms for the night before we flew out of Seatac and have the documentation from you to prove. I showed to hotel and they agreed BUT They only had one room for us and that's what was in their system FROM YOU I should have stuck to my policy of never using third party booking sites when I travel. You've seldom lived up to the customer service you claim. 4 60 year old women ended their perfect girls trip having to cram in together for our last night since zero rooms were available in the area. We were exhausted and had no options.

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff, clean and spacious rooms, relatively quiet. Close to airport. Everything you want for an airport hotel.

I booked an early morning airport shuttle which left without me (there was a large van parked in front of the shuttle so myself and the front desk staff couldn't see it from the lobby). Had to book an Uber which made me late to the airport, but the General Manager was very apologetic and assured it won't happen again, since this was due to a miscommunication. Therefore I would stay here again.

Great location, free, shuttle to, and from the airport, beautiful rooms that were comfortable, clean and welcoming. Front desk, staff very helpful and kind.

Bathroom needs basic amenities that the Hilton chain offers such as disposable shower, cap, courtesy packet of Q-tips, etc. Also, the blow dryer was broken. Shuttle driver to the airport. The next morning the shuttle driver was very unfriendly and seemed to be put out that myself and another person asked for specific airline departures to be dropped off. We told him where we needed to go when we were at the airport because he never asked. I was stuck because of a missed connection at the airport and my luggage did not make it. It was very kind of the front desk staff to give me a toothbrush and toothpaste!
