Kind staff. Close to the airport by walk but the hotel provides a shuttle to and from the airport too. Comfortable beds. I liked the included breakfast. There is a great restaurant close to the hotel too. Early check-in was possible.

Perfect airport hotel: Closest hotel to airport yet no airplane noise! I got the corner room on the top floor and didn’t hear a thing until I woke up. Comfortable bed, AMAZING air conditioning kept me cool and excellent white noise. Shuttle to airport was prompt and less than 10 minutes drive, I was lucky to have to myself, it is free but happy to tip courteous driver. Handy to have fridge and coffee maker in room offering Starbucks coffee. Friendly incredibly helpful check in staff both on phone and in person, I was given a free appetizer card for dinner when I checked in - such a nice touch!

Shower is worn and not sparkly clean but overall room cleanliness was very good and shower hot with decent bathroom amenities. Room quite small but PERFECT for late arrival and early departure if you just need a place to sleep. Restaurant is across the parking lot which I would prefer in the building, but nice to have that option. Only powder creamer for in room coffee but full coffee inclusive of liquid creamers downstairs in lobby.

Close to airport and great shuttle

Went to the restaurant next to the hotel for a to go order. While waiting another hotel guest came to order, he had a coupon that was given to him when he checked in. We did not receive nor was offered.

One-night stop on the way from Europe to Hawaii. Clean room and good beds. There is a nice restaurant on the other side of the road, hotel itself doesn't have a restaurant. Breakfast is includid and it is surprisingly good. We decided to come back to this hotel on the way back from Hawaii to Europe.

Hotel has a shuttle service from the airport. For some reason it didn't work for us and we had to use taxi; 20$ for a very short drive! When we checked out next morning we got twenty dollar compensation. It was very kind, thank you!

Great location, close to SeaTac. Hotel shuttle picked us up at airport, no cost. Room was comfy, the breakfast was very good (always like the self-serve waffle maker). Hotel staff was courteous and friendly. There was an excellent restaurant on the property, good food and drinks, although a bit pricey. Would use this hotel again, and recommend to others.

Nothing. Coast Gateway was what it advertised, and it worked perfectly for our needs. We arrived early, but we were given a room immediately, which was nice after a four-hour flight. No complaints...

I just want to thank Ann at the front desk again for being so very helpful and patient with us. It can’t be easy to remain so kind and understanding when their are surely countless traveler problems she has to solve all day before we even got there. Yet she made us feel like she was happy to help us. We were tired after a long day of traveling from Victoria to spend the night before catching an early flight back to SFO. At Coast Gateway we also got a good - if short - night’s sleep and had no fear that the shuttle to the Airport would be there for us! The service at the Restaurant next door was also exceptionally nice!!

We had originally booked another hotel at half the rate of Coast Gateway. Unfortunately; the room reeked of marijuana which was unacceptable. We booked with Coast Gateway hotel because it was close by from where we were and close to SeaTac airport and included a free shuttle to the airport. We booked using booking.com on a cell phone. There was no smell, the room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. You could instantly tell this was a quality hotel. We got a good nights sleep. We were appreciative of the free shuttle to the airport. We had an early flight the next morning and the shuttle put us at ease. Excellent!

The hotel is older, but it was as clean as any I've stayed in anywhere. The bed was very comfortable, the staff was precious ! Friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was very good with a great variety. The Airport pick up was quick and friendly.

The hotel is an older building and could use some updating, but you don't notice it much because it's so clean. I would highly recommend this hotel close to the SeaTac airport. It's 35 min to the pier for the cruise ships and the hotel will help you arrange transportation. I liked it all?

We had 4 rooms booked with different people paying for each room. The front desk handled everything quickly and with great customer service. They even let us all check in early, which was so appreciated. They were very friendly and responsive. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. This hotel backs onto the airport but not right where flights are taking off from. Shuttle ran exactly on time.

The only noise was the air conditioner going off and on quite a bit. If they upgrade anything, this would help to make the room really quiet.

Could have taken a shuttle, but it was an easy walk from the airport -- about 10 minutes, downhill and no streets to cross! Used the (frequent) shuttle for the return, though, because it was raining. I loved the view from our room: it was eye level to the runway and Delta terminal, so we could watch planes taxiing and parking. Nice for those of us who like that sort of thing. Also, Sharps Roasthouse shares a parking lot with this hotel, and it's excellent.

The facility is a bit worn/run down, which might be offputting to some people. But it's clean and in a great location, so I shall return! In fact, I already DID return when a connecting flight was canceled late at night -- I simply called the hotel first and then walked there. I was tucked into my room/bed while most of the other stranded passengers were still waiting in line trying to find a hotel!
