We were only here for one night but I really like the hotel! (Wish my stay were longer.) Everything from check-in to checkout was very smooth. The hotel room has the minimalist Scandinavian design and style, but very practical and thoughtfully designed. I especially love the many hooks and rods to hang items and clothes. We got the Spacious Double Room with king bed: Really like the day bed/ nook area by the window too, even though I haven't had much time to use it. The comforters (Europe style aka 2 twin comforters instead of one double comforter) were very comfortable (there's no AC and the comforters were thin enough and breathable, compared to the last hotel we stayed in). Fantastic location: 10-minute walk from Central Station (for Atlanta Express and also trains to other parts of Europe); only a few minutes' walk to the nearest metro station. Also walkable to many attractions including Gamla Stan, marina for boat tour, and shopping. Breakfast has a HUGE selection and everything one could want, ranging from eggs to Swedish meatballs to liver pate and waffle and fruits. The common area and rooftop lounge were also amazing (fantastic view too). The hotel seems to offer a lot of activities (e.g., meditation, sound bath) every day: Too bad I didn't have time to enjoy them.

Only thing I didn't like was the luggage room (for guests to leave luggages before room was ready, or after checkout): While it was big, it was also "self-service", meaning any guest could enter and exit. While all our belongings were intact at the end of the day, the self-serve arrangement did make me feel less secure than luggage rooms in other hotels (where only the hotel staff can access the luggage room).

Excellent vibe overall within a modern cosy hotel in the middle of the city centre with easy access to lots of the key areas of the city. The hotel offers and plans lots of activities which is also a nice touch and has lots of cosy spaces to chill. The Nest rooftop bar also has a great atmosphere and relaxed feel.

The pool is only accessible if you pay extra per day, felt this was falsely advertised as expected to have full access included as part of booking.

Breakfast was great

It was clean, and the interior was excellent. Staying to the cozy camper vibe, making it a little chic and comfortable without completely overdoing it. Everything was easy to find, from the campfire restaurant to the nest wellness centre. The room was spacious and gorgeous, with the most comfortable bed I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. Staff was the friendliest, most accommodating people with big smiles. I’m a very anxious person, and I didn’t ever feel uncomfortable contacting the staff. It was a cozy vibe throughout the hotel, with very nice lighting and temperatures. Big bonus for private bathtub, dimmable lights, empty minibar, safe, daybed in the window and all over a very clean hotel.

Nothing, it was perfect!

- central location very close to all the things to see and very well connected - cool vibes for young people (ie. surfers/skaters mindset) - lots of activity organised by the hotel - we loved the downtown camper magazine with lots of useful info and all the nice activities organised by the hotel - good breakfast with a buffer with a very varied choice of quality food - one of the best views of stockholm from the roof top bar - nice roof top swimming pool (tiny and only for 16+)

- some of the staff are not trained to the standard of the service they should give (they were not able to provide information or they didn’t answer in a kind manner) - although there is a good choice of bikes to rent at a very good rate (only 100sek for a few hours) there is nothing available for kids that are too old to go on a bike seat but too young to cycle safely on their own. I wish they had one cargo bike available or maybe some back seat for bigger kids

This is such a great hotel in downtown Stockholm! It’s close to everything, walking distance to most attractions as well as the train / bus station that takes you to and from the airport. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was perfect, lots of cool options including a gluten-free table and a table full of local swedish food. The spa / pool area was beautiful and included some nice snacks, tea, and glogg. The hotel also organizes daily activities which is a nice touch! All in all I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Stockholm!

At the time of booking the hotel I did not realize that the pool and spa area did not come included with my room. I was notified about this upon my arrival, and had to book a slot for the next day online. Some slots were already sold out at that point so it would have been nice to know in advance.

The hotels design is very impressive, electic and very warm. The team at the reception were so accomodating and really helpful. The rooftop swimming pool and spa were really very good with the best views of the city. So is the bar on the 9th floor. The breakfast buffet was really good with an amazing variety of food and drinks. The location is just great too.

Room was very small, and lacked cabinets. I found long hairs in my bedding, which made me doubt the cleanliness. Hotels check in was at 4pm, while check out was at 12pm. This is probably the only hotel i stayed in which had that policy, They were nice to allow an early check in and late check out. The hotel is extremely busy and you are left feeling treated like a number rather than receiving a personal service. The public toilets were extremely dirty and cannot be used. Sound insulation is really really bad, you can hear the person in the next room cough. Bedding was very uncomfotable with cheap polyester pillows. Huge room for improvement.

The staff, the location and the breakfast options. The activities were a nice add! The little welcome gift for my wife’s birthday was kind and much appreciated.

These are very small items versus what was actually a lovely stay. So please read as such. Super crowded breakfast on Sunday morning. But we were warned. Asked to pay for early check in even though the room was ready. Totally understand a fee for late check out that prevents cleaner’s access but don’t see the logic in this policy.The 18 euro fee was not welcome and we didn’t take up the offer.

Good location, we stayed when I ran the Stockholm marathon. We got upgraded which massively boosts our review after getting off to a very bad start (read on for negatives).

The reception staff were cold and unwelcoming. We checked in pretty late on in the day, maybe 8-9pm - and because of this we were left with a sub par room (twin beds, when we’d booked a double). The reception staff tried to blag their way around the poor room, and insisted there were no other rooms available to meet our expectations. This was all the day before running a marathon, and there was zero empathy or customer service shown. Eventually a solution was found, we were given a big upgrade to a suite and given a refund on part of our booking. Basically, they got there in the end - but the damage was kind of done in a way, hence still mentioning it in this review.

The hotel is lovely, very modern but also cosy! The staff were very polite and helpful. I got a free room upgrade which was a lovely surprise, and some fresh fruit was placed in my room as a birthday treat! The whole hotel was spotless and the rooms are well equipped. The hotel is only a short walk away from the old town and a lot of the cities attractions, and there is a subway station just around the corner. As a solo traveller, I felt very safe walking around. The breakfast was amazing, with so much to chose from it was hard to make a decision!

The only tiny downside to this hotel is that it's slightly noisy! I had a front facing room and could hear most of what was going on outside. Apart from that, the hotel was perfect! Also, before your trip, be aware that the rooftop pool/spa as to be booked in advance and costs extra. I wasn't aware of this before my trip.
