The room was clean, neat, and quiet. Terrace was lovely too. It was however quite hot when the sun was out and there was no shade to use. There is not much to do close to the hotel but if you take a taxi it is close to many places you could visit and spend time at. Hotel's room service is good, the food is not exceptional but is good. The staff are friendly, but Esra (concierge) is especially lovely and very helpful. We even asked for a good place via WA and she recommended a great place to eat. Also helped us a lot with possible options for a private romantic cruise, altho we eventually decided against it. Overall had a good time staying here.

The concierge was not always available during my stay even during working hours. I asked the front desk about a good place to eat once and they had nowhere to recommend which was a little weird. Also, they kept forgetting to update the key card to include our extended stay. had to change the cards twice. but that was a minor inconvenience.

Obviously it the staffs. Mr. Can was hero of the day. He managed to arrange for us the connecting rooms. He was fast, calm and so polite. ImWe also felt very much welcomed by the excellent Public Relations services by Mr Tolga . He even wrote a postcard written by hand to welcome us and always offer for help. Ms Esra the manager was very friendly and helpful too. The waitress Ms Dania and Mr Fatih also had an excellent service. We were not in a suite room, but has been treated as one. The room was big and had comfortable bed. But the breakfast selection is so limited. But other things was excellent. Thank You so much.

It was really clean and well decorated! the hotel had a Hammam which was pretty good too. It’s good value for money I would say. The location isn’t great, but the hotel does offer a free shuttle to Taksim square.

The location! it might be close to Taskim Square by taxi but it’s not walkable. There is almost nothing nearby.. you always need a taxi to get anywhere.

I liked everything from the food to the smiling faces of every employee❤️ Great location, about 5 minutes to everywhere by taxi, or if you would like to explore real streets and life in instanbul you’re welcome to take a 30 minutes walk to the center 😊 Tolga from guest relations was very caring and attentive. He was helping me a lot when I hurt my ankle (got spoiled to be honest). Very kind, attentive and professional person. The staff is great to that level, that some days I just preferred to stay at the hotel by not going anywhere, but to have short conversations with each of them🫶🏻 Esra from guest relations as well is so friendly and the sweetest lady. She helped me to find some locations that I was desperately wanting to visit and overall she gave me the comfort, that I forgot that we’re not friends😂 Thuta and Aleyna from cafeteria at the breakfasts were amazing. So polite and kind people❤️ Emre is the friendliest person we’ve met in our day one. Helped us a lot :) overall I would recommend Doubltree by Hilton in Piyalepasa to everyone who likes to feel like home, when you travel. Definitely will come back!

Room size excelent. Very confortable. Clean & quiet. Room services are OK. Internet Ok. Good choice for Family trips. Good Price for what you get. Breakfast is excelent. Restaurant at the roof top is fine. Bar is fine.

I didn´t like the location of the hotel. The surroundings are not very nice to walk. It is very far from the turistic area. All taxis that I took from there (called from the front desk) didn´t accept debit or credit card for paying. Only cash with no taximeters. The hotel should have an aggrement with a Taxi Cab companies to garantee a good quality services and protect their guests from being extorsioned.

Firstly I would like to let you know it will be a long review. Hotel is located to close Eminonu, Taksim, etc. also my wifes cousin and hers husband. And when you want to go somewhere you should call reception for taxi which means you won’t be looking for free taxi in that most crowded city in the world. When you arrive to hotel Bellboy greets you and taking your luggages and showing reception also guest relations. After that our hero comes up! Mr. Tolga! You should be make sure when you see him and if you need something about Istanbul or your hotel or whatever you want he will help you with %100. When we come to our accommodation, that was a 10/10 because of behavior of staff (some of girls from reception they may smile more in my opinion), cleaning, room service, facilities. To be honest this hotel was more than my expectations. Finally thank you for all things to the hotel staff especially Mr. Tolga. Best wishes,

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING

Hotel was wonderfull. We stayed as halfboard. Breakfast and dinner were very delicious. Atmosphere of Spa was amazing. Jacuzzi, tukish hammam etc. All staff were very kind, helpfull and friendly. Hotel is very chlidfriendly. Hotel updrageted our room. Room has indoor jacuzzi, living room and large terrace. Standard rooms were also very cossy. Furnitures and beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was very clean. Air condition was very effective and silent. Design of hotel was modern style and all furnitures was very new and high quality. Hotel has shuttle to Taksim. Taksim is 5 munites with car. Airport is about 35 munites. I certanly advice Hilton Piyalepasa. Thanks to all staff.

I have travelled to Istanbul many times but not stayed at the Hilton Piyalepasa previously. I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel. The location is only a small taxi drive to the central tourist destinations like Taksim square. The level of service provided by the staff was good. I must say a huge Thankyou to Esma from guest relations. Her attention towards all the guests was great. She would walk round every morning asking all guests if there stay was pleasant including the level of service provided by the staff and the breakfast. Esma is a real asset to the hotel. I would most certainly stay at the hotel if I was to visit istanbul again. Wish you guys all the best. Majed

What an amazing stay my husband & I had this August in Istanbul. The hotel was fantastic in every way. We enjoyed the spa everyday!! But the best part was the staff. What lovely friendly accommodating people. I must give a special thanks to the duty manager Servet. Omg what a lovely man. This gentleman made sure that we did not miss out on any of the wonderful things you can do in instanbul. He went out of his way to make sure we were happy. I can honestly say that we could only now stay at this hotel when we return next year. Thank you brother for your hospitality ❤️🙏🏽 10/10 Sarika & Aaron

The staff was very friendly, offered us cookies and tea and looked after us well. the reception staff was also very friendly and helpful. Thank you to Kayra and Arda for all your help :) My partner also did a special surprise for our 15 year anniversary. The room was decorated with rose petals and we also got a bottle of wine as well as a very tasty cake which was decorated especially for us. Thank you to Esra for the efforts she went for this.

There isn't anything I would say I didn't like but the location was a little inaccessible but they offer a shuttle service which made up for that. So I don't have any complains whatsoever.
