Nice hotel as a good base for hiking in the Dolomites, incl. Tre Cime. Recommend: Don't drive yourself to Tre Cime (because: lack of parking spaces) , but take a shuttlebus (e.g. bus 444 where you need to order tickets online in advance) Nice indoor pool area. A bit outside the center of Cortina (3 km) (but the hotel offers free shuttlebus service untill 8pm) A little reflection: The restaurant at the hotel was OK, and friendly staff at the restaurant, but unfortunately the attention of staff in the restaurant was too low, maybe because there were many waiters to quite few tables? A bit expensive hotel

Room was nice with thoughtful amenities. Staff was very courteous and pleasant...but inexperienced. Location was fine with us as we drove everywhere and nice to be away from town. Nice pool & spa facilities, longer hours would be better. Maid service excellent! Sommelier very helpful (but should make sure customers well advised of the prices of wines recommended especially at >200 euros)

The hotel food was disappointing especially as we prefer more relaxing dining-in and actually spent at least one main (dinner/lunch) meal + daily breakfasts during all three days. Breakfast was also uninspiring in every respect, particularly not in the fresh fruit choices. Staff was extremely friendly but lacking in professional experience...a bit amateurish.

Beautiful big room, with big bathroom, including stand-alone bath and separate shower. Wonderful views of the mountains. Spotlessly clean. Decent size pool and spa facilities. Staff friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble. Courtesy van into town very handy, although the walk was just over a mile and off road on a cycle path with stunning views.

The food at breakfast was a bit repetitive, and the coffee was only luke warm. No toast, tea or hot water. Extra charge for specialist eggs which for the price of the room would expect to be included.

We booked Faloria for the spa after the slopes but it exceeded our expectations. The staff are incredible and enhanced our stay. The concierge staff who always had smiles and laughs, Vito and Marcello who provided lifts back and forth to town and Salah at the bar. We were blown away by the hospitality and were very sad to say goodbye. Our room was beautiful with a view overlooking the mountains and sunrise. The bathtub itself is worth the price of accommodation. We also loved the little touches like the little dessert left during turndown. During our stay, we had massages which were pleasant and catered more for relaxation. We loved the outdoor spa, this was a delight to sit in as the snow fell. Worth the money! We will be back to this Italian mountainside piece of paradise.

we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, from the moment we arrived to the moment we had to leave. the staff were super friendly and helpful in every way. the room and facilities were excellent and the attention to detail was brilliant. the bed was amazingly comfortable and especially after a days hard skiing, just invited you to sleep soundly. the gym, pool, spa, sauna, steam and relaxing areas were great. the ski shuttle service was top notch and the drive to Cortina was about 5mins. the restaurant and bar was beautiful with food being of a high quality. we will definitely stay there again! thank you so much Faloria Team

Spa was amazing to have after a long day skiing. We also had several massages on short notice, which were great. The hotel is a bit outside of town, but this was totally fine as they had a good shuttle service and taxis were easy to find back from town when it was late hours. The lobby bar area is welcoming and lovely, with a nice fireplace and very friendly service at the bar. You can also get a drink at the bar and bring it down to the spa to relax by the pool.

The hotel is nestled in Cortina just a little past the main strip, it has gorgeous grounds and stunning interior. The staff are so attentive and make you feel so well cared for at every stage from check-in to check-out. The spa was so serene and relaxing and made for a perfect stay post hiking. The breakfast was 10/10 and I could not recommend this hotel more as its charming and has everything you need and want. Will be back again!

Lovely room and amazing bathroom. Mountain views. Very friendly staff. Pool area was great and never very busy. Free shuttle to cortina was very handy. Lovely outside seating area for breakfast.

Very expensive (although Cortina in general is expensive). Breakfast nice but you had to pay extra for things like eggs. Given the nightly rate it would have been nice to have these included.

Delicious breakfasts with the best cappuccinos I’ve had during my entire stay in Italy, the best pool and spa I’ve stayed (perfect for the Instagram shot — get a massage from Enrico), very attentive staff, gorgeous rooms in a historic style with a nice view of the mountain, masterful pillow chocolates gifted daily. they treated us like royalty during our honeymoon.

Not much! I wish they didn’t automatically serve us a tray of desserts at our table during breakfast; I rarely like too many sweets, so I didn’t like the food waste when I would leave them on our table.

it was a great time, wonderful place and people, great service at the front desk, bar, and the best in the restaurant!

unfair booking offer which says that the sauna is available to guests, we stayed there from Wednesday to Sunday and the SPA did not find a free sauna for us! it is very weak because for me it is important to take a bath in the sauna after skiing, The SPA has bad rules and cannot deal with them, every day there are the same people in the sauna and there was no place for my family. That's a big minus for this hotel
