Near bus station, room spacious

Ski locker room not in hotel & no boots warmer, no pool nor sauna

The staff is very attentive and friendly, the breakfast options are rich, the rooms are very clean and large, very comfortable to place all ski equipment. The location is very good close to ski rental and bus station.

In the breakfast, the Americano and the hot water in the thermos are always cold. The rooms are very louche and there is no make-up mirror in the bathroom. They should redesign the lighting of the rooms to be brighter and definitely install a lighted make-up mirror.

This hotel is in the center of Cortina and is ideal for walking to restaurants, shops and bars. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was just OK but was a little slight for the price of these rooms. Adequate counter space in the bathroom but the shower was a little small.

The room has a separate sitting area with a couch, table with four chairs and the TV is in this room. It is very odd that the TV cannot be viewed when laying in the bed which is ridiculous for any hotel room. I had to pull the TV cabinet away from the wall and turn it toward the bed to even get a partial view of the screen. This is a very poor design. The parking at the hotel deck is $40 euro / day but there is a lot at the bus station about 5 minutes walk and is about $7 euro / day.

The staff went above and beyond to help us adapt to complications caused by our airline carrier disruption and they waived multiple nights booked, something that they were not required to do. Also, the staff engaged in conversations with us and took a sincere interest in our holiday adventure. Finally, the view of the mountains was impressive.

Absolutely beautiful. Gorgeous mountain views right from the balcony, friendly staff, clean and spacious room. Great value for the price!

The AC was difficult to figure out in our room, but it did not take away from our stay—we loved everything! The room maintains a comfortable temperature on its own anyway.

The room had everything we needed. Breakfast was good. There was a lot of variety. On days we had to leave early the staff provided us with a take away breakfast. That was very helpful.

The staff were super friendly and extremely helpful to accommodate the needs and finding the best room . Particularly Maurizio was such a gentleman and made sure we had the best stay ever … We were very impressed by the level service provided 🙏🙏

Good location, excellent breakfast and nice and helpful staff. Rooms had a lot of space, two balconies. Rooms were clean, comfortable beds and pillows. Nice views from balcony. Okay noise isolation.

Very comfortable bed and pillows, big rooms with balcony, plenty of storage space, convenient location. Very clean and fantastic housekeeping services.

No view, expensive parking, bit wornout furniture.

Location was amazing right in the town. Hotel was clean and friendly. Breakfast was very good. We walked from the bus stop down to the hotel. There was approx 10 minute with walk down steps. Its ok but you need to do several trips with suitcases. But its worth it.
