Staff was very nice and helpful. Close to pedestrian walkway and city center.

Next to a restaurant that had a lot of smokers so smoke would come in room when the windows were open. Garbage truck came by every morning at 6 and was very loud!!

very nice modern hotel with spacious rooms. The all inclusive food was outstanding! Truly a gourmet restaurant. No kidding. You would not want to eat elsewhere.

Lack of privacy. Rooms come with a pass to the cable cars. This is a great added feature and cost saver. But the hotel prefers to give you the pass on your cell phone rather than a hard copy. This means that you must agree to share your personal information(name, address, date if birth, cellphone number, etc) with anyone the hotel desires. This is super dangerous and invasive. One can ask for the safer free paper pass to the cable cars but it is not readily apparent when checking in. The hotel’s poor privacy policies are also not stated in the Booking.com website. They come as a surprise. So if you don’t agree to releasing your PII upon arrival you will forfeit 100% of your prepaid reservation funds.

The staff at Villa Alpina were very friendly and helpful. The bedroom was wonderful. We had a superior room, clearly freshly refurbished to a high standard, with excellent wood panelling that left a calming, authentic woody scent in the air. In room 20, we had a superb view out on to the misty mountains opposite. The fixtures and features were sleek, with excellent shower, and the lighting design was fantastic. The decently sized pull-out fridge drawer was also a bonus, meaning we could keep some food and drink items refrigerated. The breakfast was abundant and varied—principally continental, but good with quality produce. The location couldn't be better—well placed for the town centre within 5 mins walk, and easy access to head in any direction towards the mountains, valleys and passes nearby.

There was a bit of road noise, but it was well cancelled out by closing the windows, and it was quiet at night.

We absolutely loved this property. The location was great, just a quick walk into the center with lots of shops and restaurants. There was also free and easy parking which was essential for our needs. The room was updated and well decorated and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We loved the the wood look and feel, and everything was so well thought out, from the placement of lighting and light switches by the bed, to the built in storage all over. There was also a Dometic fridge and safe, and in room hot water kettle with tea and espresso options, and a great toiletry box in the bathroom. The mountain views were also a huge bonus. It was one of those rooms you don't mind hanging out in because it was so comfortable. The staff was also really friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was very good. They even had plenty of gluten free options including bread. On our day of departure we had to leave really early before breakfast and they even made us to go bags with sandwiches, fruit, yogurt, etc. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would love to come during ski season.

Nothing! Only good things to say.

The room was clean and exceptional. Cozy and spacious, perfect for relaxing after hiking around Cortina. Hotel is near to the city center and restaurants are 2 min away from the hotel. Rooms have soundproofing. Bathroom was spacious and very clean. Near the hotel there is an electric bike rental.

If you sleep with the windows opened, unfortunately the traffic is a little bit too loud, hotel being place between the main roads. With the windows closed everything is perfect.

We loved everything about our stay in Cortina. The hotel was very modern/updated. The staff couldn't have been nicer. Parking was easy and we never had a hard time finding a spot. The room was super comfy and we loved everything about it. The breakfast was delicious! Cortina was amazing and the entire Dolomite area was well worth the visit! We also loved the area we stayed as it was walking distance to all of the shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. All so close by!

Nothing!

I booked a suite with a mountain view because I wanted to enjoy the surrounding mountains in Cortina. The views were fantastic and just what I was hoping for. The building and the room were either new or newly renovated as everything was in top shape with a modern cabin decor. Service was very prompt and helpful. The location is just outside the main walking area which meant that it wasn't as hectic as the main shopping area but accessible within minutes. The breakfast bar was very well done.

One thing I didn't anticipate was that the building sits between two fairly busy streets. While this meant access to town was easy and walkable, it also meant that there was some street noise from cars. Generally, with the windows closed it wasn't much of a problem but with the windows open it meant that you could hear early morning traffic. This isn't a problem for early risers but could be for those wanting to sleep in.

The breakfast was good. We especially appreciated the lady who made excellent cappuccino for us. The view from our bathroom window was spectacular.I would give Alpina Villa 4 stars.

The hotel is located between two busy streets, so with the windows opened in the summer time there was always traffic noise. With traffic noise comes traffic lights. Black out curtains would be nice, good thing we brought our sleep masks.

The room was a great size and had lots of windows and two balconies with wonderful views. Staff were very patient and helpful. We were given recommendations for our stay and found it easy to walk to dinner each night.

The doors/windows all needed to be closed because of the noisy road, and there was no air conditioning or fan which made the room a bit hot and stuffy at times in the night.
