The room is outdated with wooden furnitures BUT it is the best part of it when you go there. There are lots of space for storage and furniture feels so sturdy to be sitting around after a long day at dolomite and have a chat/rest. Room was very spacious, toilet was decent size for a couple to use one at a time. It has a water tap for drinking and a sink for quick use. Location of the property was amazingly good for the value. Parking space were great but lots of poles to watch for. Best part of it was the staff, they were caring and kind. We had sore throat toward second half of the stay and one of the staff gave us a hot water as a service which we found normally to be a charge.

Room was enough space for two people and was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast started early at 7AM and was robust with a lot of variety [eggs, bacon, cold cuts, cheese, cereal, fruit, toast, baked goods, juice, coffee] with attentive service. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Front desk was able to help us get our car out of the garage on our last day as it was difficult to maneuver. Location was excellent, ~7-10 minute walk to the main town area. Garage parking available for hotel guests. We were two female travelers, and the hotel felt very safe/secure. Also 24 hour front desk was great to have.

Shower stall was a bit small, but no other complaints about the room. The parking spots in the garage were very tight, and it was difficult to pull in and out of parking spaces with the larger car that we had rented. So just a warning if you rent a larger SUV it will be difficult to park in this garage.

The location of this hotel is perfect - so handy for walking into the town and included parking which was perfect for us as we had a rental car. The hotels main lobby, bar and breakfast room are the most updates areas. The main halls, lifts and rooms are all quite dated the authentic cabin ski hotel look is definitely unchanged for many years. Although the room and facilities are quite basic, everything is very clean. The spa facilities were great, we got the use of the entire spa exclusively to yourselves for 2 hours. All very new and modern it was such a nice addition to the stay/the hotel. This is definitely a selling point for the hotel. The staff were lovely, particularly the man on the front desk who’s name I’ve forgotten but he was a great help and very friendly. He even ran after us leaving to give us jam that had been made by someone local - a lovely touch. The breakfast was a fantastic selection, great variety and good quality produce and the staff were very attentive and kind making coffee during.

Fairly basic facilities and decor. The main halls, lifts and rooms could do with a spruce as although this is with the charm of the dolomites style, it looked less purposeful as it has been unchanged for a much longer time compared to the other areas of the hotel/and other hotels. We still absolutely loved our stay but this makes the hotel’s value for money not as great.

There are lot of choices for breakfast, it was very good. Rooms are spacious, warm and very clean. The whole hotel breathes with very friendly atmosphere which makes the staying there truly enjoyable. There is a huge bar where you can sit with your friends and enjoy the evening or afternoon. People are very friendly and helpful, especially Jacopo, the receptionist who was on duty when we arrived. A kind of host that really makes you feel welcome.

There is not a single thing I didn't like in this hotel.

The bar/lounge was very pretty and comfortable. They had some small pizzas they could heat up in emergencies for the kids when the parents are relaxing with a drink. Breakfast was amazing and the servers were extremely accommodating and sweet. Rooms were clean with nice little balconies. Comfortable night sleep. Parking garage was great. Location was 5 minute walk from grocery store and lots of shops. Cortina is great destination for excursions. Cortina does feel very upscale though so the prices were a little crazy.

The hotel sits directly behind two other hotels which is not clear from the pictures and is a bummer. I ended up in a room on the back side with no view (sits in the hillside so view is trees brush and other apartments). i did go and check out the rooms with a view, it didn’t seem worth it to look around 2 other building to see the mountains (though the are spectacular) The 1st floor rooms on the back have a big back porch, but with a walk way right next to them so it doesn’t feel that safe to leave door open for air (no AC, which apparently no one has in Cortina). Very easy for someone to just walk off the street and jump the railing into your room. The city overall though felt very safe.

We loved how the rooms were spacious and accommodated our family. We got rooms 305 and 306 and although they was a small building in front of it we still had good views of the mountains. The price we got was just right and parking was free. It was a short walk to the center of town and there were plenty of good restaurants there. The breakfast was a buffet style and they accommodated my celiac daughter with gluten free choices. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If we come back to Cortina we would stay here again!

Honestly it's hard to come up with anything bad.... the hotel has a small cozy rustic feeling to it and despite the slightly outdated furniture, it gave it a wonderful homey feeling.

The hotel is close to the pedestrian walking area, it offers underground parking. Lovely breakfast, lots of healthy choices and fresh products. The room was quite big, with a fabulous garden view over the mountains, the bathroom spotless clean and offered good quality hygiene care products. I would choose this hotel again next time!

The underground parking place was a bit poorly illuminated, with no visible signs to guide you easily to the entrance of the hotel. When you are not familiar with the place and you get there tired from travelling, this could give you an uncomfortable feeling. This could be improved. But once you find the entrance door, you step into a warm atmosphere.

Excellent location for ski World Cup . Around ten minutes through the town to the bus station although for skiers there’s a bus stop outside the hotel. Breakfast was fresh and plenty of choice. If you’re having dinner there be sure to add sides (this is common in Italy but we didn’t know). Great bar with attentive friendly staff. The spa was excellent. You book private sessions for two hours. Our room was huge. Beds were comfortable. Loved the balcony.

Last minute booking, chosen because this was the cheapest room in town (the UTMB Lazaredo was on at the time we stayed so the whole town was booked out with crazy mountain ultra runners). Our room was enormous - double bed downstairs, two singles upstairs and a fold away bed in a cupboard - would have done a family of four very comfortably. Just a short distance from the town centre, we had easy access to local restaurants and shops & a wonderful view of the Tofana group, where we were headed the next day. Breakfast was buffet style with a good spread.

Some of the waiting staff spoke little or no English. We were there in the summer - winter visitors may find it a bit of a schlep to the cable cars in ski boots.

This hotel was great! We knew Cortina was going to busy, so finding a place to stay just a month away from our trip was tough. I am glad we found this hotel. Highlights include: Breakfast, friendly staff, a parking garage, and a very large comfortable room! The hotel is also walking distance from lots of shopping, and places to eat.
