Simple, clean, and perfect accommodation for our last night in Rome. We had to fly out early the next day from Fiumicino and this was an amazing value compared to the airport hotel. The owners were so accommodating, Maria took care of us like family and we booked two separate trips to the airport with her husband for a fraction of what we paid a taxi to get there. For my niece who was leaving later on a different flight they stored her luggage at no charge. Maria gave us recommendations for dinner and we took a nice walk along the coast, a part of Rome we never would have seen. Lots of restaurants in walking distance, quiet, and safe.

The beds were so comfortable unbelievably. The shower was state of the art and there was a state of the art elevator which actually worked. Maria was sweet and supportive and helpful and we were able to schedule a drive to the airport for €20 early in the morning. The apartment was extremely close to the beach and the beach itself was just lovely perfect for little children especially. Restaurants all over the place. And the terrace was absolutely exquisite with a hammock. This is the place to stay if you go to the beach in Fiumicino or if you're just stopping overnight on your way to the airport it's only a few minutes away. Highly recommended

Great location, large rooms, beds were comfortable with plenty of linens and pillows. We spent one night before our scheduled flight out of Rome and were able to take a long walk by the beach and Tiber River. Found excellent restaurant and grocery store nearby. Maria greeted us at the apartment door and showed us where to find what we needed. She arranged for Luigi to pick us up the next day and shuttle us to the airport. She was a friendly and helpful host.

It was what we expected and a good value for the price.

This stay was to facilitate us making a 4AM check in at the airport for departure back to USA. Luigi (owner) picked us up at the train station on arrival and took us to meet his wife Maria who checked us in. They gave us a terrific recommendation for dinner. The clincher, Luigi was outside the door at 4AM to drive us to the busy airport, what a bonus!

Maybe next time we'd get one of the second floor balcony rooms for a small upgrade fee. But as it worked out, our room was great with access right to Luigi's car. Lots of towel, great bathroom, comfy beds ....and a great patio off the master bedroom.

My sister and I stayed here after briefly visiting Rome. We took a train to the airport, and Maria, the hostess, sent a driver to pick us up. That was so much better than taking a taxi, which one taxi driver told us would cost the equivalent of $50, even though it's a 15-minute drive. Maria was phenomenally helpful, responsive and communicative, and so was the driver. Our room was on the ground floor and had a nice patio. One twin bed was in the room at the entrance, and the other, a queen, was in another room (no doors separating) next to the bathroom. It felt spacious and the beds were comfortable. The room had a nice patio with a privacy fence, table and chairs, and I liked that. Our only problem was the coffee maker, which spilled over and flooded the tray it was on. Instructions on how to use it would have been helpful, as it was not intuitive. We walked for a couple hours in the morning along the beach five minutes away. That was awesome! The driver met us back at the hotel and whisked us to the airport. Excellent stay!

Great location for the airport next day. It is located 2 blocks from the beach and lots of restaurants to choose from. We felt safe walking around the area even at night. We used the accommodation transport to the airport for 20euro. First impression of our accommodation was that it wasn’t fancy but Excellent value and service. We had a fridge and coffee machine in our room 😀. We felt very safe walking around the area.

Great hosts who were extremely helpful during our stay. The rooms were very comfortable and had ample room for 4 guests. The washrooms were nice and the whole property was very clean.

The location was a bit hard to get to from the airport due to difficulty in getting trains/ buses. If the primary purpose is to save travel time to the airport- then this property works brilliantly; not as great from a cost perspective due to lack of public transport.

Best place I stayed at after 1 week in Italy. So clean, Such courtesy, amazing room with complementary coffee and tea. Great balcony area to relax with friends and talk at night. What an amazing stay.

The shower was lukewarm when set to its hottest. That is the only thing I can think of that was not absolutely perfect. Everything else was so good that was not a deal breaker for us.

Clean, comfortable, spacious, private parking. Fantastic shower. Very nice hostess. Fridge and coffee in the room. We booked for one night to be close to the airport for our departing early flight. We booked the quadruple room. It was huge and had an amazing, also huge balcony. We went for a walk on the beach, picked up a takeout pizza and bottle of wine and sat out watching the sky. It was a fantastic way to spend our last night in Italy. If you have some time during the day, the beach is nice and close.

Only ten minutes from the airport, five minutes from the beach and some great seafood restaurants (book dinner at La Lampara!!), clean, free parking. All in all it's a very good choice for one night before/after a flight from Fuimicino airport, they are very flexible with the check out (you just leave the key) and very attentive, and it was the cheapest option for our dates with such a high rating (but we usually book last minute).

Tiny room, but very clean and the shower is excellent with a great hot water stream. Note that there's only a small sign at the entrance so we had to call the b&b to find the place but they were very sweet and responsive.
