Location very close to the waterfront and promenade. Views, shower and room perfect after long flight. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was lovely with good coffee. Very easy 7 euro shuttle to and from airport or 25 euro taxi

Prox to airport INSANE. The beach was very "local" without real amenities, but to float in the Med for hours before 22 hours of travel was nice. Two block walk and protected beach. Bring your own beach towel or be cheap and use the hotel bath towels. Staff was VERY nice, sweet lady on checkin really set an enjoyable tone. If you have kids get room 501...penthouse with sweeping deck and FIVE beds! he breakfast was basic, but so was the price. I'd amp it up just a little bit, charge a Euro more and give us something a bit fancier...the pastries were not great. Coffee was good though!

Bedding as in all 3 star hotels is never the best, but if I were the hotel I'd invest in upgrading to all cotton with slightly nicer comforters over time.

Everything was great. The staff were all OUTSTANDING and were so helpful and friendly. We choose this location because we were going to fly back to the states, and decided it would be nice to see a bit of Fiumicino, since we've flown out of Rome's main airport (which is located in Fiumicino) so many times but never before visited the city it's located in. The hotel is located only 1 block from the BEAUTIFUL beach, and the sunsets are spectacular - particularly if you're having dinner at one of the family restaurants located on the "main street" just a couple of blocks from the hotel. Short walks to everything!

Location: The hotel is well located for the center of Fiumicino, beach, restaurant and shops. You do need to go for a good walk to explore the area to locate things like you need. Public transport poor, but the hotel shuttle to Fiumicino airport and rail station is pretty good. Taxis are hit and miss. Quite a journey to get to and from Rome centre. Room: Excellent, well sized, good shower, refrigerator in room was great. Facilities: Adequate. 24 hour reception was good. Staff: Excellent. Helpful, friendly, supportive. Cleanliness: Excellent.

Tips for the hotel: put a guidebook in the room to local facilities (shops, pharmacies, public transport).

At the airport arrivals we found the Hotel shuttle bus service, which we used a lot as it was so reliable and linked with the Express train into Rome city when we needed it. Drivers were always polite and courteous, serving several hotels in the area. Arriving at the hotel, we were given a warm welcome, and made use of the hotel bar. Room was quite large, comfy and even had a balcony. The air con kept us cool during the heatwave., and the fridge was most welcome. Our room was kept clean and well served with fresh toiletries and towels. All staff were helpful everyday. Breakfast was fine, with quite a lot of cold choices, excellent value at only 5 euros. The comfy reception area, bar area and garden were all pleasant for relaxing or waiting. So close to the beach and good restaurants, it was the perfect location for both the city and bathing. Our itemised bill at check-out was spot on.

Breakfast finishing at 9am felt a bit early, as we were tired after being out all the previous day. One evening on our return via Hotel shuttle service, 9pm was too late for the local shop opening hours, so we resorted to the vending machine for a snack,. But we were only able to get 2 items, then the machine stopped working - staff were unable to correct this as it is not managed by the hotel.

Stayed for 1 night for our 13 hour stopover. 11 mins from the airport to the hotel. Great service and friendly staff. We had a room for 5 people, with a huge terrace and a sea view. Rooms were very nice and clean. We used the shuttle bus on the way back to the airport which costs €7 per person (ended up being an private minibus). My fave was the gorgeous sunrise in the morning. Liked everything. We only stayed over night so was sufficient for us for our stay. The porch was huge and a great view of the sea.

Very close to the beach, probably 2 mins walking. We got there early before check in and they made us coffee. They got us a shuttle from the airport to the hotel and back to the airport. Air conditioning on the room was brand new. They made us feel at home. Would come back just to visit the beach there. It was private and had a restaurant with super reasonable prices. Perfect stop for taking an extra vacation day after the cruise to the Greek islands and not go to the airport in a rush. The staff were so friendly they did not charge for breakfast. And the shuttle was 10 mins before time without rushing. They gave us a scale to weigh our luggage to make sure we were ok with the pounds. Loved the Riviera Hotel.

It had comfortable and clean bedroom. It was the only hotel within that price range that was still not too far from the airport. Staff was polite and tried to be helpful despite staff shortage.

The desktop for internet and email was not working. Nor was the attendant on duty at that time able to fix it. The hotel was short staffed with only one person per shift. They could not provide me with an early breakfast to make up for the fact that I had an early flight to catch.

Staff was friendly and it was an easy check-in. They had a convenient airport shuttle, my room was clean and had a good shower and cold A/C. There are nice restaurants nearby AB’s we felt safe walking to one for dinner. In the morning they offer a good breakfast for only €5 and they offer an 11am check out so we had time to take a nice walk on the beach nearby. Great place and I would stay again next time I need a hotel here near the airport.

We really enjoyed our breakfast, it was much appreciated! Massimo was a great host. He was so helpful. There was a miscommunication about our airport pick up, but it was on our end. The driver came back and got us! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had no complaints, such a great experience! This place is convenient to the airport and lovely neighborhood. We walked to the beach, and ate pizza at a close by restaurant that Mossimo told us about.
