I really liked the service at reception, everyone was very helpful there from the time of our arrival at the airport to the time of leaving - big thanks to Matteo for his help! Room was OK, AC was working fine, bathroom was big and convenient. Breakfast was tasty, bread rolls were really delicious! We also enjoyed the transfer from/to the airport. If we visit Fiumicino in the future, we will surely come back :)

I loved the staff both in the evening and in the morning. In the morning reception called us for our aiport shuttle. In the breakfast room the attendant was friendly and made us feel welcomed the breakfast was 5 euros which was not bad at all. The wifi was also fast. Overall I recommend if you need to be near the airport, the room was also spacious had excellent AC, and it was quiet. The shuttle also made everything much better and we felt relief it was also not expensive 7 euros per person! Compared to what we paid to get to hotel (30 euros), the 7 was an nice deal. If I need to be by the airport again, I'll definitely come back! ;D Se los recomiendo este hotel esta limpio, tiene aire acondicionado, cerca de la playa y restaurantes. Nothing everything was good. The staff was really friendly. I have nothing bad to say about the hotel.

The hotel is well-maintained and functional. If you driving there, they have secured parking just below. Their Wi-Fi is free and has a strong signal. They have a safe in the room where you can leave your precious items. Surveillance cameras keep an eye on guests in the hallways and main entrances. There is an open bar where you can always have an espresso or a cappuccino at any time outside of breakfast time. The hotel is very close to the airport. It's a great location close to the beach and close to several good restaurants: Scilla e Cariddi da Bartolo is 10 meters from the hotel, and Rosso Corallo on the Lungomare della Salute is also a very good restaurant. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Matteo.

I did not dislike anything!

We booked a trip to Rome the day before we departed and decided to stay in Fiumicino for a couple of nights before going into the city. This was available in the area at short notice so we booked it! Location was great, close to the beach but walking distance to the main drag! We were able to walk everywhere which was nice in the sun. Very accommodating staff who were able to help us with any issues and helped us to organise transport both from the airport and into Rome. They had a shuttle from the airport for 7€ which ran frequently enough as we missed the first one and it was a short wait for the next! Beautiful rooms with good space and balcony. The beds were comfortable and the aircon was welcome in the heat! Decent breakfast for 5€, good value for money. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone!

It was on the pricier side for what you get but booking the day before would have likely been the reason for that, so really no negatives.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Riviera Fiumicino. We arrived early after disembarking from a cruise in Civitavecchia and were so grateful the Junior Suite we had booked was ready for us when we arrived early! (If it had yet to be ready, they had told me when I booked that they would hold our luggage until the room was ready.) We had an early flight out of FCO and they helped us book a taxi for our 3am departure to the airport. The Junior Suite was very spacious for our family of 5. The room had one full/queen size bed, two twins and a pull-out sofa bed. There was an amazing private outdoor patio with views of the beach/ocean. The beach is a quick 5-8 minute walk. The beach is very nice with coves that have been created by rocks for swimming. The gentleman at the front desk (I forgot to get his name!) was very nice and helpful when we arrived. He provided us with recommendations for places to dine and also helped provide directions to the local grocery, Todis. There are several places to eat within walking distance, but highly recommend getting recommendations and directions from the front desk. We came across a delicious local restaurant, Malvasia fiumicino, with delicious pasta, wine and beer. We also had pizza from Che Pizza di Filippo Vaccaro. It is a small family-owned place with delicious pizza! The evening and overnight staff were also friendly and helpful for our early departure. We appreciated all the wonderful customer service provided by everyone during our very short stay.

We enjoyed our stay, but wanted to note that while the building is older, overall, it was well-maintained and clean. I think the age of the furnishings added to its charm.

It was relatively close to the airport which was good for us since our flight got into Rome so late at night. And in the morning, we realized just how close we were to the beach, so that was nice to walk over to the ocean for a bit of fun in the sun before we were able to check into our apartment in Rome.

I wish there was an option for a later check-out--10am seems pretty early and in the US we're used to a noon checkout time. B/c we got in so late, so it would have been nice to have the option to sleep in for a couple more hours before having to vacate the room, but it seems like this is pretty standard in Europe. Thankfully the hotel allowed us to store our bags for us while we went to explore the beach.

The staff were most helpful. The coffee at breakfast was great. The room was comfortable. The secure parking was a boon. The proximity to the beach made it ideal.

I missed the facility to have a cup of coffee in my room before breakfast. The base of the shower was slippery and poses a potential risk. The lighting wasn't great. Despite my best efforts I never found out how bedside lights worked. We were in room 102 which faces the road in front of the hotel. I was disturbed by guests being collected by taxis at odd hours. However, having pointed out my dislikes, I enjoyed my stay.

The manager/ overnight desk clerk was wonderful. He tried to get us a taxi ride from the airport when our flight was delayed and was very accommodating. The view of the water was beautiful. The facility is pretty.

The waitress had to take care of the breakfast room alone and was annoyed and stressed. When my daughter wanted a small cup of water as we were leaving since she skipped breakfast, the waitress made a big deal of it and said she should be charged after my husband and I had sat down and paid for breakfast. My son paid for an espresso to go. Our room was clean and well stocked with tissues and towels but the mattress was so thin that you felt every spring when you laid down.

It is a great hotel, the room was big, bathroom is big too, the sea is very close, there is a common terrace where we were having a coffee in the morning. The cleaning was every day, the cleaning lady is polite and always smiling. All the receptionists speak very good English. On the second day we had a problem with air conditioner and the receptionist Damiano helped us to change the room to another and upgraded it to the sea view room free of charge. Receptionist Matteo was doing our check-out, he was very polite and professional, and proposed us some croissants to accompany our last coffee on the terrace. Overall it is a great place to stay! Thank you Matteo and Damiano once again for a great job! 😊

The air conditioner spoiled on the second day of our stay. The cleaning lady tried to enter the room after knocking directly. Advise: lock the door from inside))

I wanted to live right by the sea and the hotel provided! First of all, the hotel is huge, you can't miss it) The seaside is a couple minutes away and there are a bunch of great restaurants to try out, we went to Vela Latina, it was delightful. The hotel staff is cheerful, kind, ready to help, everyone spoke great English. The room was just fine, the beds were super comfortable. We had continental breakfast only once and it was good, not a huge selection, not something I'm used to but it was enough. Anyway, a huge plus was the sea at my fingertips and it didn't really matter what hotel I was living in:)

We lived in a room on the ground floor, it didn't have any windows so it felt a bit like a box, but it's fine, we had a garden so we were spending a lot of time outside. The bathroom was pretty small too, not a lot of space to move around in the shower. We also had a complication with a shuttle from the airport to the hotel: we followed all of the instructions given to us via chat on Booking, we waited at the stop and the shuttle didn't arrive at the established time or even earlier or later, we had to take a taxi. When we got to the hotel, I saw they had the shuttle instructions printed out at the reception and they were slightly different but still we could see all the stops at the gates and there was no shuttle.
