Valentina, the person in charged of the place got in touch by WhatsApp and gave me all the information I needed about the place. To get to the place you can do it by the bus coatral. The bus will leave you by the bridge and you just have to go straight forward passing a Church and getting straight to Vía Giorgio Giorgis.

Everything was new - mattress, pillows, bathroom, and clean, everything was working perfectly. Every day, there were some pastry, juice and coffee. We felt pampered. Check in was easy, location close to the beautiful free beach, close to supermarket and restaurants. Near by is a city bus station. Perfect!

We had an early flight out of Rome airport the next morning and our host was good enough to organise a driver for us in both directions, which is necessary if your flight leaves before the buses start in the morning. The room was very basic but the bathroom was pretty roomy. Wifi was good

While it is close to the airport it isn't super close, expect a 15-20 min drive. The room did smell a little like cigarettes, but the host explained it was a one-off

Everything you need in a small apartment...2 separate rooms, each with its own bathroom..and a shared kitchen. Very clean, comfy beds..small bites for breakfast included. Easy check-in process

The airco seemed noisy and too complicated - too many functions...couldn't find the simple one just to make a little cooler :) If you had bad luck and had noisy neighbors it would be a problem...because soundproof is not very good. However..it was not the case..

I love the location. This is my 3rd time to Rome and I wanted to avoid city center. This location is perfect for someone that is looking for a quiet and clean place to relax before heading to the airport. There is a beach 5 mins within walking distance. It is a local beach that is not touristy. Lots of beach front restaurants including a sushi joint. The location is 10 mins away from the airport. Also easy commute to Ostia Astria. They rent beach bikes for 5 euro, I didn’t use it but it’s available. The rooms were immaculately clean, well circulated with ac. Private bathroom with robe, hair dryer and shampoo. I really love the little thoughtful touches. The kitchen is communal with free coffee and pastry. The gal who runs the place was always available to answer question. Check in is with key code entrance. I love this place and it feels very homey. I would describe this more like an Airbnb stay Highly recommend for someone who is looking for for a chill vibe. I thought the location was really perfect and I could t have ask for anything more.

Everything was perfect. The WiFi wasn’t very strong. One night there was no connection but I hotspot by phone data to my computer. So not a big deal

Very clean and fresh, comfortable mattress and pillows. The host is nice, patiently replied on all our questions. Location is nice - lots places to eat, supermarkets, and perfect take away pizza place just in 2 min away

I felt the moldy smell in the head of the bed, maybe from pillow or pillow case. The room was just perfect, this was the only thing that bothered. Don’t know, maybe just we were unlucky(

We stayed only one night before flying out, but we loved it... The location was very good, close to the airport and 5min walk from the sea. The owner gave us detailed instructions on how to get to the address and the contacts of a taxi that took us to the airport at 4 in the morning. The only wish for the owners is to buy an iron, because it was not available, but I still recommend it to everyone.

the breakfast was very good. the bed and TV were also very nice. it was also nice to have a kitchen! The airco was also very good.

the shower was not the best there was little water pressure and the temprature switcht.

Nicely decorated, good instructions for checking in and out, the hosts responded quickly to messages.

The door handle was loose so it was tricky to lock the door of the room. The walls are poorly isolated so had difficulty sleeping due to the snoring of the person in the other room.

The apartment very nice equipment,we find water 💦 and all you need for coming from airport or might before. The best place closer to airport Fiumicino 13 minutes driving, you can find super market also places to eat. The communication with hosting was excellent 👌 You can find parking 🅿️ in the street.

Only the towels for shawer should be bigger
