I LOVED everything! The room was bigger than expected, bathroom was also bigger than expected. Everything was spotless. I stayed for 4 nights and loved it. It might seem like not much is around the property but it is only a few minutes away from a huge supermarket and the beach is also very close. 15-20 minutes away from the center. The hosts didn't speak much English but they were very hospitable and super nice! We used translation apps so it wasn't an issue. I'd love to stay there again. PS. It is only about 15-20 minute drive away from the airport.

I am satisfied with everything!

The place was exceptionally clean and organized. The receptionist was super nice and polite, they were friendly. The place has a shared kitchen and area that is well equipped with a refrigerator, small oven, microwave and coffee machine with its stuff. My booking included a private bathroom which was also extremely clean with towels and all was working very well. The location is quiet and nice, around 10 to 15 minutes walking to the beach. It has very fast wifi as well.

Moving there with public transportation is a bit difficult, i knew that only one bus passes by the place (bus 5 that comes every hour almost). The doors can be improved to isolate the noise from outside the room (in case you had loud guests in the next rooms, you would hear them if they were a bit loud).

The room was spotless, spacious, and well-furnished. It got cleaned daily. There was a coffee maker just outside, in the hall. The staff were all really kind and helpful and my need for daily transportation was accommodated. I was also allowed to use the ironing facilities when I asked. Wifi worked well. I would definitely come again if I can.

The only inconvenient thing was that for most of the time I did not get any kind of cell reception in the room. Not sure if that was my roaming's fault or not, but the wifi was good enough to compensate.

The owner of the property was so welcoming... couldnt do enough to ensure a pleasant stay. He even drove me to the airport...for a reasonable price. Phone translated for us so no language barrier. Room was clean and well appointed. Bed comfortable...which always makes a difference

Was a lovely evening so walked to accommodation...had been flying many hours and needed to be outside. The route i took from airport wasn't pleasant...some main roads and not always footpaths

Great place not far from Fiumicino airport (about 10-15 minute ride if not less). Good people running it. Super clean and comfortable. Well stocked communal kitchen for your free warm beverages (Tea, Coffee, Hot Chocolate). A couple of nice restaurants about 10 minutes walk. Not much around the area and it is a residential one. The beach is around 10-15 minutes. An ideal place if your transiting to/from Fiumicino airport. Recommendation: Pre-arrange an airport pick up with the management. They are very reasonable.

I liked that it was a clean apartment for a family. I recommend it for people who need to stay for a day to catch their connection flights even for weekend travellers.

I wish they had the electricity sockets higher, so that the young children cannot reach them(to be more family friendly ). . The apartment had some humidity in the atmosphere. Probably because of its location near the sea. The agent was kind but he didn't speak English. Fortunately we have smartphones

The comfort and how clean my room was. The host, even though he could not speak English, received me nicely. There's also a dedicated line you can call or text for English speaking guests if you are in need of assistance.

The location is still far from the airport, and the fact that I had to pay €20 for a ten to fifteen minutes drive to the airport. There is a supermarket thereby, but you have to walk for about 5-8 minutes.

The transfer from the airport in the middle of the night worked perfectly. The driver speaks very good English. The best thing is that it is very close to the beach, about 15 min walk, and there is a good café where we had breakfast:) The beach is also very family friendly, so perfect if you travel with kids. Since a lot of locals hangs out here, it´s easy for kids to find friends to play with during the stay:)

The floors in was a bit slippery.

Very clean rooms (I'm sorry, I forgot to leave some tips for the cleaning personnel) Location was good, but no public transportation nearby, so we had to take the transfer... Coffee is available, there is a nice restaurant nearby - about 200 m on the left from the apartments.

Andrea was a bit rude and impatient on the telephone and we had to wait long for the transfer at the airport... So we couldn't arrange some exact time. The problem is their meeting point is exactly near the smoking area and this was a bit unpleasant waiting for someone to come and not knowing when.... Andrea refused to give us the contact of the driver to ask about approximate time of arrival... The room was very small - for us perfect, but for some people might be too small. And loud. But cleanliness was very important for me :) All in all our stay for one night was good!

Great place! Great response to my inquiries, I needed help with private transportation from the airport and they were super helpful and at a reasonable price. The room is clean and comfortable, exactly as the picture shows. Maurizio was very nice and helpful. The common area has coffee, tea, water and even hot chocolate available. Wi-Fi works well.

It is a bit far from the town center, so it is not easily reached by public transport from the Airport. However a private drive is only 15euros.
