The apartment was good, ac was working, everything was fine. Also huge thanks to our shuttle driver, Mattia, but he was very positive, helped us with our luggage’s at night, showed us the car rental place in the airport, genuinely good guy. Thank you Mattia, the real MVP of the hotel.

Strange behavior of the receptionist/manager, we were hungry and slept until the checkout (we arrived at 3am approximately), we went down for the breakfast and checkout, but the manager/receptionist said that breakfast time is over, and started to move the food into the kitchen/storage. But we were literally the only people there and it wasn’t like free or something, breakfast was a paid service.

It is conveniently situated between airport and beach. The apartment is very comfortable and clean.

Taxi unreliable. We booked a taxi with reception early morning which never arrived. we never saw shuttle to airport. Water in the morning was cold.

The place is close to the airport, as we came after a night flight - there was a possibility for a night check in, and they offered a transfer from the airport to the place. The rooms were big and spaced out, very clean and neat. In the morning there was a big variety of breakfast (not a whole meal, but some homemade cakes, granola, yogurt, tea and coffee)

The only bad thing is that the place is located in the suburbs, so we had to walk 30~ min to a bus stop, get to the airport we came from, and from there a train to rome. But if you plan to stay in the area (which is nice as they have a few stores and a beach not that far) then this place is great.

The place was perfect for what I needed. I was traveling with 2 pets and they had their own fenced in backyard to relax and play. The residence is located right in front of a cafe with pastries and drinks, as well as a fantastic pizzeria that also offers gluten free pizza. Additional bars, cafes, and a small grocery store are all in walking distance. The Staff is fantastic and they go the extra mile to help you out and make sure that you have a comfortable stay. They have a shuttle service that can be booked for transfers.

The hotel overall is pretty good with nice rooms. It is located in a typical residential village. There is a nice pizzeria just across the street. Good for stay coming from or to airport.

The hotel is near but also far from airport so the regular taxis don't actually agree to come especially in late evening or night eventually you need to pay more to hire private taxis. They took 40€ for 15 min journey. Breakfast doesn't have much options. Wifi isn't that good keeps interrupting

We arrived early than check in time and staff kindly let us into the room with no issue. We had a bedroom and kitchen with sofa bed, which was really lovely and spacious. We had also balcony which was a bonus. There are lots of places to eat which was also a bonus. Easy to book a taxi to the airport and it was on time.

There was a large group of teenagers who were very noisy. Ourselves and other residents kept asking them to go quiet. As the sound travelled a lot we couldn't get to sleep until very late and had an early flight.

Upon arrival, the front desk representative was extremely helpful in getting us into our rooms several hours early, and in addition, arranged for our airport transportation for 6 people & 12 bags of luggage for very early in the morning. Friendly, professional service above and beyond our expectations. Rooms were very clean and spacious. I would recommend for anyone to stay at ISA RESIDENCE.

There's no staff early in the morning at the reception, so I was concerned that my taxi wouldn't come even if it was confirmed and there wouldn't be anyone there to help me, but the taxi arrived when scheduled

Customer service was working very well (Advices in Whatsapp was fast and easy way to arrive). Room had enough space and good air condition. Own kitchen good plus. Bed was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast could include some eggs and bread and fruits. Toilet air changing machine was running something bad smell, better keep toilet door closed always because of that.

Well placed for use of the airport. Rooms were very clean and tidy. The breakfast was very good value, with coffee and cool drinks available all day.

Room 5 had a faulty door lock that couldn't be operated from inside the room. Might benefit from tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms for early mornng use.
