The apartment was close to the airport. We needed a place to stay our last night in proximity to the airport as we had an early morning international flight. The host was very responsive, met us at the property for a quick rundown of the apartment features and suggested a restaurant we could walk to which was very good. He even gave us a ride to the airport in the morning and was right on time. We needed a two bedroom apartment, and this one was a good value.

This apartment is in a residential area--nothing nothing to see or do there within walking distance. Just a heads up.

We were met promptly by a member of the hotel staff. We found the room very nice with many amenities. We shared a breakfast room with two other hotel guests whose bedrooms were adjacent or across from ours. The walls were a bit thin, so when one of the guests - a bus driver from Poland - was up super early to make arrangements for his tour group, he woke us up with his phone conversation. But part of our adventure was meeting people from other countries, and my husband got up and had a nice chat with him. The night before, we took a walk along the river and had a great meal at a restaurant on the water. It was a nice ending to our first visit to Italy.

We had to walk up a flight of stairs - with luggage in hand - to get to our room. Also, the walls were a bit thin; we ended up whispering so as not to disturb the flight attendant who was sleeping next door. It was in a residential neighborhood that had a few barking dogs, but they were quiet during the night.

Great unit that was spacious with 2 large rooms and clean. Max provided coffee, drinks and snacks. It was close to the airport although public transport was a challenge. This didn't matter though because the lovely host Max picked me up and then dropped me and a group of guests to the airport to fly out the next day. Max also recommended a great place to eat very close to the unit and there is a supermarket very close by as well.

The WIFI in the unit was unreliable, although it did work at times.

I choose I Villini B&B because it was close to the airport and they offer an airport pick up (for an extra cost). The owners gave me clear instructions where to meet them and everything went well with the pick up. They even gave me a lift to the beach after I arrived. Breakfast was self serve and there was plenty of options. The shared kitchen would be handy for anyone staying longer. The room was cosy and had everything I needed.

Reasonable cost for pick up and drop off at airport. Much better to have a driver than using a taxi. Thanks. Great feature. There is a large full service super market just a block away. You cannot see it from the road nor is it noted on Google map. To find, exit gate at street and walk to your left to end of the the street which is only a half block. You will see some trees and bushes, there is a walking path with small foot bridge to a wonderful market right there. No need for a car its only 100 meters away. Wonderful.

I was confused the the fact there are three doors in the unit with numbers on them. Are these for other guests who might be sharing the apartment? I would not book if other guests where present. During our stay the whole place was to ourselves. Good. Perhaps host could explain the reason there seem to be other rooms in the apartment and that if booked no other guests would be present.

beautiful and very comfortable and well equipped room close to the airport. The owner Massimiliano picked me up at 1 a. m. at night and the next morning he gave me a ride to the metro station in order to get to downtown Rome. He also explained in detail the way to get by public transport to the city centre and back and in the evening he picked me up from the nearest bus station. So I could see many sights in Rome and my stay was very relaxed, because he also took me to the airport by car at a reasonable price on my day of departure. I can fully recommand this accommodation.

We were looking for a location close to Fumicino airport and so we booked at Massimiliano's. We arrived in the late afternoon. Massimiliano is very nice and very responsive, one of the best hosts I've ever dealt with. He gave us a tour of the house, there is a patio in the back though he warned us that mosquitoes were out and about at that time of night. There are two bedrooms, one bedroom was set up with a queen bed and a twin bed, the other bedroom had two twin beds. Three size towels were sitting on each bed. The bathroom has a shower box and a small washer. There were shower gel and hand soap available in the bathroom. Massimiliano left a big chocolate crostata for us on the kitchen counter, unfortunately we weren't able to take advantage of it because our flight was very very early the next morning. The kitchen also has a coffee machine that works with pods which are available, he also left various packaged croissants and snacks on the kitchen table. We really appreciate it how attentive our host was and how welcoming made us feel. Massimiliano even offered to give us a ride to the bank of the river, basically downtown Fiumicino, if we wanted to go walk around. It was getting late though and we were really tired, so we did not take advantage. Some of the best Roman food we've eaten in the area during our stay is 100 Mt from the property, at Osteria Dar Baffone.

Clean and spacious room. Big and clean bathroom. Nice snacks/ tea/ coffee/ enough drinks for breakfast. Excellent owner!! Very friendly and such a gentleman... He even came in the morning to drop us at airport...

A bit far from Rome city center.... Getting public transport is very difficult, had to take taxi which was very expressive.... But very near to airport, so good for have a sound sleep and catching flights.

All positive : very comfortable B&B Clean & good common kitchen facilities for preparing own meal etc… Breakfast & refreshments supplied. Use of a bicycle is very convenient to go into Town - Beach & River Tiber areas. Thankyou Stefanie & Staff for you friendliness & making Fiumicino a pleasant & enjoyable stay

Very comfortable bed, spacious, quiet & cool apartment, as we had 37deg days! supermarket 5min walk, beach 20min flat walk or very safe bike ride (bikes supplied free of charge) owner very friendly transferred us to & from airport, many restaurants close by, lots of tasty breakfast goods & water supplied, aircon very quiet.
