We booked this very last minute because our other stay cancelled the night before our trip, but I'm glad they did! The hosts are absolutely lovely and the room is so well-equipped. They even left us a kettle and some tea + coffee, with a few drinks in the fridge that were ours to take. Location is also excellent and a short walk away from the train station!

While we were getting ready to leave on a couple of mornings, the kitchen speaker would randomly start playing music - we never understood why. The room we had was a bit small but we didn't really mind it, but could be a hassle for others.

The hosts were very sweet and gave us amazing tips on restaurants and things to do. The location is really great, we had privacy in our room and everything was spotless! It was a lovely stay!!!

The room Arancio faces the street and there was loud noise throughout the night. There were ear plugs for noise reduction in the room, which was really nice and thoughtful of the hosts and helped us a lot. Yet, if you're a very light sleeper, you might consider getting the other room, which faces the patio. The mattress could also be a bit more firm, but this is a matter of taste ;-). In general we had a wonderful stay and I totally recommend Home Milu.

Centrally located, wonderfully decorated room with a choice of pillows and a comfortable bed. It is visible that the owner takes a good care of the facilities. Extremely friendly host offering valuable tips for sightseeing, restaurants and bars + free Nespresso coffee and umbrellas when needed 🙂 We were extremely lucky to get this place in heart of Florence booked just one night before our trip got started.

Just two observations to consider when booking: the room has a small bathroom and there is no elevator in the building whereas the rooms are located at the second floor.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and there was a very charming common area. The atmosphere helps you get a feel for local life, which we loved. We were greeted by friendly staff member, Valentina, who gave us terrific local recommendations. Finally, the location is incredibly convenient if you plan on using the train station.

Property was very central to everything. The room was clean and tidy. Kitchen facilities available. Staff helpful.

The bathroom was very tight. Not a lot of room with sink toilet and shower. Also a little noisy from the street.

Gabriella is a fantastic host. She allowed us to check in hours early at no additional cost and she was very helpful and friendly. The guesthouse is located only 5min walk from the train station and very close to most of the top attractions. Very clean and well equipped.

There was not breakfast but there was coffee. We really like the convienence of the location and safety of the building. We loved the AC!

The shower was a little small and the drain was a little clogged so we had to be very careful of flooding.

the location was amazing. right at the heart of Florence. just a few blocks from the main attractions like Uffizi Gallery, Ponte Vecchio and Maria del Fiore. Gabrielle gave us a warm welcome and she was very kind. the apartment had everything we needed and it was very clean.

Gabriella was very friendly and inviting. She shared good information and even though her English wasn’t perfect she tried hard to communicate with us.

The location is great for getting around. The earplugs provided should be used at bedtime. 😊 as the street is noisy.

The place it's so cute and useful. It has everything you possibly need. It's clean and our room was perfectly quiet.

Ok yes, the bathroom is pretty small but... it works fine.
