Breakfasts were great! Served in nice breakfast room. Antonio at the desk was extremely helpful making restaurant reservations for us. The hotel is located in a beautiful renaissance square very close to several major sites, especially the Accademia, San Marco museum, and the Duomo. The square can be noisy at night, but if you keep the windows closed that will block out the noise. We had a superior room, and the décor was really lovely. Well appointed bathrooms, great showers with plenty of hot water and water pressure. A nice touch are the toiletries from the nearby Farmacia SS Annunziata.

The rooms at Loggiato dei Serviti are set in a very old building and are really romantic looking. The included breakfast offered more than enough for a good start into your day. It‘s very close to the Duomo (and super close to Michelangelos David!!) so it‘s easy to navigate around Florence while staying there. The staff was also super helpful when I wanted to do a day trip to a vineyard (Marchesi Antinori, really recommend that one if you‘re into modern architecture).

I‘m a single traveller and usually single rooms are normal double bed rooms but booked for one person only. However, this place offered an actual single bed (100cm) which is kind of what you‘d expect but I‘m used to sleeping in a big bed.

An outstanding location just around the corner from Il Duomo. The hotel was beautifully presented in a more traditional style. The room and bathroom were cleaned to a high standard every day. Issues were quickly rectified (our air conditioner wouldn’t work on the first day and this was sorted immediately). You can get free freshly made coffee from the bar each morning. All the staff were very friendly and professional.

Our bathroom was a bit narrow to move about in. The lift was tiny which might be worth considering if you have mobility issues.

Perfect location near the cathedral, very central. the neighborhood is alive, filled with various restaurants and bars, supermarkets, etc... The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

I stayed in the Annex, and although the room is relatively comfortable, yet it needs restoration. I liked the old vibe architecture and decor, yet the hardwood flooring was loose and needs to be fixed, and the shower was difficult to set the right temperature. otherwise everything was fine.

The historic nature of the hotel was what caused me to book this hotel. I loved the fact that it was so steeped in history. It was convenient to so many places that we were able to walk rather than take a taxi. The breakfast was quite good offering hot dishes as well as everything else. The staff were wonderful—from the front desk to the valet and housekeeper.

The stairs could be a bit problematic for those guests with issues. There is an elevator but some of the rooms still require steps.

The history of this building is fascinating and It is located at a historic square in the center of Florence, perfect walking distance from every main attractions . The staff were so kind and made me and my husband feel very welcomed . We were so lucky got our room upgraded for our honeymoon! The building is old, charming, and very beautifully furnished in Italian style. our was very clean and felt cozy with a lovely view of the city. I could not be more happy with my experience here we are definitely coming back for this!

only down side is I can smell strong smoke ( cigarettes)from somewhere maybe the air vent.

There was a lot of choice for breakfast with lovely fresh fruit and a selection of pastries, continental meats and cheeses, cereals, yoghurts and very good coffee. Waiting staff were extremely attentive and friendly as were the bar and reception staff. On our arrival, our room was ready, although we were early and our bags were carried upstairs for us. The room itself was large and cool which was very welcome due to the heat outside. The bathroom was long and narrow but fine and the shower was good. The convenient location between the Duomo and the Mercato Centrale is ideal.

The location is perfect – right in the center, within walking distance of major attractions like the Duomo and Uffizi Gallery. Our room was spotless and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh local options and great coffee. I’ll definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence. A fantastic experience from start to finish!

The location is excellent: 1 minute to see the famous Michaelangelo's David! 5 minutes to Duomo, and every other primary site and museum within 10 minutes walking distance! The bed is comfortable. AC works very well. The shower has good water pressure. Very clean towels and linens. The hotel staff are very kind and responsive. The breakfast is also freshly prepared daily with various food choices. We would stay here again when visit Florence next time!

The soundproofing is not too good. We could hear a bit of people talking and coughing from the next room, but it was bearable.

Staff, location excellent for walking city center. Breakfast was great , and rooms were spacious and comfortable, with shower not over a tub available as we had requested. The hotel is in an old building that has high ceilings with the large beams, so the facilities are arranged to preserve all these historic features. Thus, it is like staying in an old castle of sorts, with added modern wifi and other expected facilities. We had stayed here before and so we were pleased to be there again. We also liked their two small lobbies where could sit and relax and chat quietly with our friends.
