large spacious appartment

we didn’t read the small print carefully. It was on 3rd floor but it wasn’t made clear just how inaccessible it was. i am 72 witg heart problems and had to pay £20 to get a very nice guy to take my suitcase up and down 7 flights of stairs!!!! Also, pillows too hard! it cost me £70 to get a mor suitable one.

The location was perfect for us - central to everything we wanted to see. The decor was stunning, my 7yo son even commented on how beautiful the paintings were. The host Julia was outstanding with communication and tips on things to do, from restaurants to interactive museums our son would enjoy, all her tips were a hit. Of note - at night if your back by 8pm or so, you get to enjoy live performances at a nearby attraction from the comfort of your room. It was a magical memory hearing live opera as we looked down on the stunning architecture from our room w gorgeous painted ceilings.

The location was excellent. It’s walking distance to everything. The property was nicely decorated and had lots of windows, which you could open for fresh air. Julia the property manager was also very nice, gave us great recommendations and worked out discounted parking at a garage we used.

Unfortunately, the property is located in the the third floor (fourth floor for US standards. It was mentioned in the description, so once you leave in the morning, your not going back unless it’s to go to bed. The bed mattresses were also very worn and uncomfortable.

the location is amazing next to SMN station, duomo and all tourists spots. It’s is a deep dive into Firenze culture staying in the property, a build of 14 century very preserved and clean. Julia is an amazing host aways available to help and supported us with many good tips.

The stairs can be a problem if you are not prepared or have some locomotive problem. The staff let you know about that and it was not a surprise once we had been informed before doing the reservation.

The location was excellent. Close to everything you want to see. The hostess was very accessible by phone or text and provided unsolicted recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The room was very large for the price. There's a bar right next door for your morning coffee. Very accessible if you're taking a taxi or need to park in front to load luggage into a rental car.

It's about 100 steps from the street to the property with no elevator to take up/down bags.

Location was prime! Our host Julia was super helpful and responsive! Bigger bathroom than i had any right to expect in Florence lol

Bed could definitely use a new mattress, but it was ok for a short stay. I would’ve loved an instruction manual for that futuristic shower pod, but once we figured it out, we loved it.

Beautiful surroundings, exceptionally clean and comfortable....Close to all the attractions. Air conditioning was a bonus. We had fantastic contact with our host Julia, who gave us great tips for restaurants and bars that made our 2 night stay memorable

Didn't have anything to complain about. We knew on booking that there was 3 flights of stairs with no lift but it was no problem for us.

It’s fantastic location; really superb. It’s historic architecture; the great workout all those steps gave me every day. I felt like a Renaissance lady! Very special place; glad to have found it.

Hmm. The 100 steps up to the room, with luggage? On a 90 F. day? Not so fun.

Excellent location, no breakfast provided at this facility but did have tea/coffee making facilities and a small fridge.

The accommodation is based on top floor (7 flights of stairs) and there is no lift in the building as it is a very old heritage building. Would not suit anyone with mobility issues.

Great location, close to Florence's main sights and also not far away from the central railway station. The room is incredibly spacious! Check-In in the late evening was also possible, the host made sure we communicated via phone and she explained everything in detail. There is no elevator to the third floor as this seems to be a beautiful historic building, but it did not bother me. Perfect for a couple of days of sightseeing in Florence!
