A very quirky place - 5 rooms on two floors of an 18th Century town house. Our spotlessly clean large room was one of four on a corridor, with a very comfortable bed, modern bathroom with walk-in shower, and an espresso machine as well as a kettle and hairdrier. At the end of the corridor we could access a secluded terrace with comfortable seating and well away from road noise. Our welcome was excellent, as was the breakfast provided by Carla (which you have to order and pay for seperately at the end of your stay). The location also was better than expected - 6 or 7 minutes walk from the Duoimo and less than10 minutes from the station

Visitors who have trouble with stairs should note that, although an external lift has been installed on the bulding, because of the nature of the 18th Century structure it is necessary to climb stairs for one story to access the lift, and also a short flight at the end to reach Your Florence. Although octogenarians, we had no problem with this.

Bed was the best of the 3 places we stayed but still a slight dip in the mattress and could feel the springs a touch. Maybe it's just all the Italy beds are like that? The room was prettier than it looked in the photos. Appreciated the nespresso coffee maker, fridge and coffee pods. Carla was so sweet! She brought us and Iron and also quickly replaced the hair dryer when we realized it didn't work. All the books in the main space were nice too. The shower worked well and the room was very clean. It was quiter at night then some other places as the windows faced an inside courtyard. It was nice to be able to leave the windows open and not hear the street noise. The have an elevator (for 1 person) but to get to it bags still have to go up a flight of stairs and then down a flight of stairs as the elevator is between floors. Carla was also soo helpful in booking a taxi to the airport. We had large bags and didn't want to drag them to the shuttle/train.

Felt the like price was high, We booked a larger, triple room then found out that there as a huge 25 euro extra on top of the 233 euro a night we paid. We had planned to have our study abroad student stay those nights with us but the cost was too high, when the 3rd bed awas already in the room/made up. Breakfast was also expenisve at 11-13 euro extra PP. We had other places that were as nice with a fabulous breakfast included. Would like more water in the room. The water bottles in the lobby were often empty by end of day.

The apartment has lots of space, feels secure and is located an easy 3 minute walk from the Duomo, 5 minutes from the Florence Santa Maria train station, and is close to all major attractions and museums. It was extremely clean and comfortable and check-in process went smoothly. We had the family room for 3 guests, which was nice with a king size bed but the single bed for my fully-grown son was a bit on the small side. Located on a side street, it's quiet at night despite being close to major attractions.

You should be aware that the apartment is 2 long flights of stairs up from street level, so it might not be ideal for less mobile guests. It was also challenging to connect to the Wifi, unless seated close to the front door of the room, which was annoying. Although the place is classified as a B&B, it's closer to an AirBNB apartment. There is no breakfast and the only common spaces are an entry hall proximate to other guests room and an outdoor patio which we didn't use. The apartment space contains a few steps inside the front door and one in the bathroom. Unfortunately, the step in the bathroom caused my spouse to fall and injure her shoulder. The should be signage saying, watch your step, or safety tape.

The fact that I was able to book such an accommodation was one of the best things that happened to me in Florence! The room was clean, well equipped and very well located! Close to the station and a safe neighbourhood. I received a very warm welcome and felt at home. I visited most of the sights in Florence during the two days and got a feel for the city, I would choose your Florence for my next stay if I could, the feel of the place was really great.

There was nothing I wasn't happy with, if I had to say it was that the soundproofing wasn't great, but I was too tired to fall asleep quickly.

We arrived to the warmest welcome from Cinzia, who no only oriented us to the accommodations but to the local area as well. She continued to make our trip special, offering to hold our luggage for the day after we checked out. The room itself was large and spacious. Bathroom is very good; wonderful shower with great water pressure.

Set-up of furniture in our room was awkward and the lighting was harsh. Would be better if the table and chairs were against the opposite wall, closer to the kitchen. Viewing TV from the couch and/or chair where it is currently placed is not good. There is plenty of room to have the couch face the TV with the chair off to the left. That would create a small seating area which would make the space feel a little more cozy. We also had no WIFI access in the room at all--could only get Internet in the bathroom, which doesn't make sense.

Location was just a short walk from the train station. It was centrally located to all the sights we wanted to see in Florence. The farthest distance we ever walked was to the Uffizi Museum....about 15 minutes. Many restaurants, shopping and grocers convenient to this location. The room was comfortable, quiet and clean. Never heard a sound from outdoors or other guest rooms. Small elevator was a nice convenience for transporting luggage to room on since rooms were on Floor 2 (3 in USA). Host was very warm and welcoming. His mother even nicer. They both made sure our stay was perfect. Highly recommend .

A comfortable chair to relax in would have been a nice addition.

The location is 7 minutes from the train station with decent roads for roller bags. It is also in the heart of everything so it's an easy walk home at night. They have a sign in the door so it's easy to find. Cynthia was very helpful and fun to talk to. She showed us a great place to have breakfast with a view of the duomo. Overall it felt very safe and cozy.

The shower is small and the beds could be more comfortable. The blankets are thinner than what I prefer. They have an elevator but it doesn't go from the bottom floor to the B&B due to the historical preservation of the building. We couldn't get our TV to work but my Italian isn't good enough to actually watch it.

Excellent location- very close to the train station and to the duomo, with good places to eat nearby. The room was private and quiet, and quite spacious. The host was lovely and really helpful. We had a parcel to send and the local post office was out of boxes, and there were no shops nearby for us to purchase a box. The host went out of her way to help resolve it for us.

The shower was not separate from the rest of the bathroom (toilet, sink etc) and thus one has to be extra careful with slipper wet floor etc. Access to this room was via narrow winding staircase so it could be more difficult to transport your luggage- the host did notify us in advance and this didn't bother us. This room (Economy room) was of a cheaper cost compared to the other rooms available, and all in all it's still good value for money. Cigarette smoke from elsewhere seems to permeate into the room sometimes.

Lovely place right in the center of Florence, an easy walk to the train station (also where the airport tram drops you off), little cafes all around, and the Duomo right around the corner. Marco was very helpful, as was Carla, who gave a me a great little list of restaurants, museums and churches to visit. The room is exactly as advertised, very clean and neat, and the balcony is so nice to have during the day. Definitely use the terrace when you want to have a coffee or drink and listen to the sounds of the city. You will be in a larger apartment, all the rooms lead off from the main dining/ reception area. There is an elevator in this building, but you need to go up one flight of stairs to get to it (in Florence, they count this as half a flight of stairs), and then you go down a few steps to get to the apartment. Its not much at all, very easy to do, and so worth it to be right in the heart of the city in a very well maintained building.

Can't think of anything at all.

The location of Your Florence is just perfect. It is right in the heart of it all, yet you feel that you are in a little oasis once inside. Room was lovely and nice having the terrace to relax on when the walking and looking at beautiful things was just too much. But most delightful of all was the welcome we received when we arrived, the warmth and kindness were second to none and made a lovely start to our special visit.
