The staff were friendly and very helpful. The fitness centre was fine but partially closed due to renovation. Breakfast in the restaurant was excellent, and the staff so very capable. Domestic staff kept my room clean and couldn't be more helpful.

Very little space, apart from the rooms, to sit when the rain poured and it was unwise to step out on the city. Restaurants were too far away. For someone without a car for a week the bus service was very poor.

Warm welcome, the receptionist was very nice, We got an explanation about the hotel, we got an explanation about the city, how to get to the tourist sites. The room was clean, and modern. There is a coffee set in the room, the breakfast is very good. We liked that there was a coffee/tea maker near the reception for the hotel guests to use. The hotel is a bit far from the city center. The location of the hotel was very good for us, it is near the roads that go out of the city There is free parking in the hotel

The location of the place is good for visiting Lucca if you don’t mind to walk 20min. We came by car and decided to leave it at the hotel the whole stay, easy option. The personal, very kind. Their suggestions and advises for visiting the city or going out to dinner, were really helpful. Room are warm, and confortable, big double bed!

The room doors make noice when closing and can be anoying while resting. Walls are also not very well sound isolated and easily you could notice the neighbours, specially if they are nosy…

Although this hotel needs some new investments in the interior and rooms, they are still trying to keep the standards and thanks to their staff they are doing it pretty decent. Receptionist helped us when there was a noise from the room next to us and solve the situation pretty fast and with manners. Ladies from the restaurant are kind, warm and professional and the food is lovely. Very nice breakfast! Nice base if you want to enjoy wonderfull Lucca and visit couple of other sights in Toscany. Very good traffic connection. Recommeding to other travelers.

I can't recall anything that was bad. We had a very good experience and in the future, when we come to Lucca again, I will certainly book this hotel again.

The bedroom is very comfortable and there are many facilities in the hotel.

The location is not pleasant. The hotel is far from city center and it’s difficult to find public transportation.

Very kind and polite personnel !! The room was very clean and re-made daily! Minor issue with the heating as we visited the place when it just started being the hot period and the room temperature control was still in the heating mode, so we had to operate the window in order to get some fresh air.

The tilting function of the window was not working so we had to open it the regular way but still, opening a one meter wide window right next to the bed is not as practical...

It was easy access from the motorway and not far from town Ideal for our night stay before the flight on the following day The rooms are average size well laid out and clean- very efficient AC
