Very friendly welcoming, smiling and helpful hostess. Clean, tidy room, air conditioner, no street noise. Very close to the central station. You can get a private parking space, which is very important in Naples. However, if there is a free space on the street, there is also a place to leave the car. Own bathroom is available. Everything is clean and tidy. I can definitely recommend this place.

Breakfast is included in the price, but not on site, you have to go to a bar nearby, it would be better to have a coffee machine on site and small, even dry snacks. The bathroom is built inside the room, so you can hear everything 😀 But overall it's very good.

Great location, close to the city centre, easily accessible from the airport or train station or from metro. The apartment/accomodation was as indicated (we took the one with separate bathroom) and to our liking. The separate bathroom was not an issue as it was spacious and clean. The bed/mattress was very comfortable, the bedsheets, lining, room, towels etc were very clean and organized. The host was kind and helpful and has great knowledge of the city, we really had a very positive experience with Annalisa. The area where the B&B is situated was calm despite the fact that it is close to the main train station. We did not really have any problems at all whatsoever with the surroundings and the neighborhood. There was a breakfast included in the price, which was a coffee and a fresh croissant of your choosing. The little cafe is 50m down the street from the B&B. The people there were nice and welcoming. We definitely recommend the place as we had a very positive experience.

We were only here for 1 night, but what a beautiful,charming little B&B this was. Our host was the kindest,most helpful host woman.The pictures do not do this place justice as it is gorgeous. Don't let the outside fool you as it may seem dark on the outside, it's an absolute gem inside. And the restaurant just below is to die for. Less than five minutes walking to the metro station to get anywhere, and Annalissa, the Host will show you EVERYTHING you need to know.

The host is very nice who answered a few times my questions before our arrival. It is near to the main station but locate in the 4th floor of the building. However, the stairs have enough space so climbing them is managable. The room is clean and the beds are comfortable. Thanks to the ensuite, my family had been vomiting the first night and we hope it didn't affect anyone else.

The en-suite bathrooms and toilets do not have walls that go right up to the ceiling.

CaraFe'&CaraSpe' is located near to the Napoli train station (10 min walk), on a quiet residential street with several very good restaurants. The B&B is beautifully decorated, with some of the art created by our host. Our host was helpful and accommodating to our granddaughter's dietary needs for the breakfasts. The breakfasts were basic but well presented. Our host provided us with excellent recommendations for where to go and things to do.

Booking.com included the information about getting to the B&B, which is located on the 5th floor of an older building without an elevator ... but that didn't make the walk up any easier with luggage. Not a place for people who are unfit or in any way handicapped.

The room had its own built-in bathroom, which was convenient for elderly ladies, but a bit noisy. The beds were very good, and the decoration really nice. Breakfast the first morning was very good: the coffee was quite strong, the cornetto delicious, and an extra Sandwich with ham & cheese came in handy as a lunch packet. unfortunately our host had to leave for Ron’s that day, but gave us 2 coupons for the breakfasts for the remaining days, that we enjoyed in a small café just a few steps from our Airbnb. We enjoyed the location as it was just off Piazza Garibaldi.

it had no elevator at all. the way it was posted in the add, we had gotten the impression that you have a lift to a floor beneath and have to go up only the stairs of one floor more. maybe our host can write that more clearly, but she helped at least my friend with her very heavy suitcase.

The place was in a perfect location (close to the main train station and metro lines), yet the street wasnt loud. The host was very friendly and helpful, made delicious breakfast with good italian coffee, also gave some tips about Naples. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked fine, there wasnt any problem with the WiFi either. There is good restaurant across the street.

Some minor things could be fixed (e.g. bidet in the bathroom, creaking doors). "Own bathroom" meant a bathroom at the end of the hall.

The host was kind and polite (accommodating on our case to open the door late night due a flight delay - she lives in the B&B). Room is quite big. Location is walking distance to train station and doable to main sites in city center. Breakfast was simple but a nice gesture

The stairs. OMG, so many stairs to reach the B&B. Shower was tiny, if your bigger person might have trouble fitting. I’m not big fan of tall pillows, but if you are, this might not be a problem

It should be noted that there is no elevator in the building and the stairs to the fourth floor are very steep, so carrying luggage is a challenge. Also, the staircase has not been renovated, so the first impression is not nice. However, the bed&breakfast rooms themselves are very nice and cozy.

Excellent host - very kind and generous. Went over the city's attractions, transport, restaurants and other recommendations. Breakfast was provided everyday. The room and the bathrooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

No elevator and going through hundreds of steps carrying luggage was a bit tedious.
