The price was an absolute steal! This was the best value for our money on our three week long trip in 7 hotels/cities in 3 countries. It was one block from the Tower of Pisa. Host accommodated our arrival and departure times. We were very happy that he let us store our bags in the office after check out and return to get them at the end of our day sightseeing! We liked the free toiletries in the room. It had a little refrigerator which was nice. Plenty of extra blankets, pillows, and hangers in the closet too. Beds were comfortable and there were multiple outlets during the charging. Plenty of lights/lamps. Big window allowed the nice morning sun to come in once we opened the window shade and drapes. Room was quiet and property peaceful. The hotel, the room, bathroom, as well as the street and neighborhood were safe and clean.

The shower was really small. The sink was cute and modern but the faucet overshot the sink bowl so we had a lot of water on the floor.

Our stay at this accommodation was absolutely wonderful. The room has a fantastic location, less than a 5-minute walk to Piazza del Duomo, and also close to the train station, making it very convenient for exploring the city. Maurizio, the host, is incredibly helpful and friendly. He provided us with amazing recommendations on places to visit and where to eat, which made our trip even more enjoyable. We had an early arriving flight, and he graciously allowed us to use the room earlier than the standard check-in time, for which we are very grateful. The room itself was clean and very comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Maurisio was wonderful and greeted us upon our arrival . He couldn’t be more friendly ,informative and made us feel very welcome . We would Defoe return to this property . The rooms were very clean ,comfortable and very close to the Pisa tower . We even had a cheap but amazing meal in street restaurant across the road but a little further up and a lovely coffee shop bakery right outside . Room was bright and modern .

Milk in room as tea and coffee was provided but no milk which wasn’t an issue as we took some instant pouches with us .

Superb location! Just a 3 mins walk to the leaning tower of Pisa. Room itself is very tidy and clean, except the hair dryer all other amenities work perfectly (but the next day when I met the host Maurizio he quickly gave me another hair dryer to use). Maurizio was very nice and friendly, before the day of stay I had a few questions and he always responded quickly, really good and easy communcation. Self check-in was also super easy with his clear instructions. It's a really good stay experience!

The location of this B&B is excellent - you're under 5 minutes from the tower, and nearby the center of town too! Maurizio is friendly and responds quickly. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with good heating (nice in the winter, when I was there). Overall, I think the value here is great!

Some rooms are right next to the road, so there is occasional noise from passers-by. Noise insulation could be somewhat better from other rooms too, but it was never a big problem.

Best part is Hotel is highly near to PISA tower. We enjoyed our Dinner, morning coffee at PISA tower walking back and forth from hotel. Easy access, very clean and Maurizo service is way beyond expectation. I even get Whatssap msg asking what time i would be arriving, instructions to get into the hotel etc. I would surely recommend this for those traveling to PISA

Shower area is too small, and do not have hand shower makes it difficult for lades to dry the hair (even though there is shower cap). Water from the Sink is flowing onto the floor due to the structure.

Maurizio is really friendly and helpful, He texted me in advance with key instructions and arriving time and gave us great tips on local restaurants. The location is perfect. Our room was small, cosy, quiet and dark at night, so we had a great sleep too.

Although the sink in the bathroom was beautiful, It was too small so I kept splashing water on the floor:))

Maurizio was most helpful before we arrived, providing advice and answering any questions. A big friendly welcome in the morning which was appreciated. Step onto the street and you see the tower which is a 5 minute walk away and there is great restaurant (Kiste) on the way to see the tower. The rooms are spotless and the map was very useful to allow us to see many things in our short stay. Great value for money.

We could hear the people in the next room talking although this stopped before we went to sleep. This was not an issue just something we noticed.

Location and communication were excellent. Room was very clean. Perfect for our one night stay in Pisa. There was a bar (cafe) right across the street for breakfast. Maurizio was very helpful calling a local taxi for us to get to the train station.

There was old food and wine left in the refrigerator. Our room did not have a bathroom connected to our suite, but it was right across the hall.

Close to city center (Pisa Tower about 250m), easy access to main street by walk. Many restaurants and pizzeria around (it's Italy!). Clean room with all necessary in it (conditioner, tv, kettle, wi-fi, tea/coffee, bottle of still water). Friendly and responsive manager.

P.S. keep in mind - private bathroom for San Martino appartment in opposit of it, but real private (you have own key). For anybody it's maybe uncomfortable. We stay only 1 day, and this nuance did not cause trouble for us.
