Perfectly positioned in the heart of Sentro Storico nearby Pisa tower with various restaurants around and market . Very nice attentive host Stefano was easy to communicate and to give check-in, check-out instructions. The only thing , that would make it better for me , would be a possibility to make a cup of morning coffee with croissant or Italian bakery 🥯 , but couple of delicious cookies and hot tea was nice too . THE OWNER OF THE B&B, STEFANO, WAS AN AMAZING HOST. THE LOCATION IS PERFECT, A FEW STEPS FROM THE LEANING TOWER AND RESTAURANTS, BARS, ETC.

IT IS POSSIBLE SOME OF THE OTHER GUESTS MAY BECOME VERY NOISY. BECAUSE IT IS A UNIT CONVERTED INTO 4 ROOMS, THE PROXIMITY TO THE OTHER ROOMS MAKES IT POSSIBLE FOR YOU TO HEAR OTHER GUESTS, ESPECIALLY IF THEY COME IN VERY LATE AT NIGHT AND ARE LOUD, AS WAS THE CASE WITH ONE OF THE GUESTS. HE WAS CLEARLY INTOXICATED AND COULDN'T SPEAK ENGLISH. ANOTHER THING IS THAT YOU WILL DEFINITELY HEAR THE DOORS OPENING AND CLOSING ALL THE TIME.

basic but was all that was needed as we only slept there and location wise was perfect for us. 15 mins from train station as we ventured to Florence from here and we walked to the airport on the day we went home and that was only 30 minutes away by foot. Stefano had communicated with us at all times by WhatsApp and met us straight out of the taxi, was very nice and welcoming. they run a little cafe across the road where we went for some breakfast and made us feel very welcome. very nice people. would definitely return!

The location was great, very close to the tower and not a bad walk from the train station. We were a little late arriving so Stefano sent us the check in info, which was thorough and detailed. The room had an electric tea kettle, a nice touch since I carry instant coffee for such occasions.

Nothing to complain about.

Everything was clean and tidy, the host was exceptionally nice and welcoming. We stayed in the room with external bathroom which made my wife worry a bit before arrrival, but in the end it was just across a corridor two steps from our room, available only to us and it was spotless. So everyone was happy at the end. We were there when the outside temperature was 37 degrees, but it was ok as there is an air conditioner.

Location was great, just next to the Pisa Tower. All the main attractions are walking distance from there, also there is one train stop nearby. Host was very nice and helpful, he let us leave our bags before check in, and also pick them up later on the last day. Would definitely come back if I go to Pisa again.

We stayed in 5 different hotels and B&Bs in 8 days. This was the best of all. It has a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. Perfectly clean and shiny, quiet and cosy. The design of the interior was superb! Excellent for a family. The location is the best. It is just in the middle of the city attraction centre. If you plan going to the beaches, just take a taxi to the Sesta Porta Coach Station and number 10 takes you to Marina Di Pisa for just 1.50€uros in 23 minutes. I will definitely prefer to stay here next time.

Place is in a great location, right by the torre di pisa, we traveled with our daughters and got a double room which we found to be great because the girls were una separate room but not far from us 😄… everything was clean and the best part was having breakfast, lunch and dinner looking at the torre. For lunch and dinner we did kiste, a pizzeria restaurant that is step away from the location food was great, for breakfast the owner of the B&B was so nice to invite us for breakfast at his cafe right in front since it was not included in reservation… we had a great experience we will recommend 💯

The location! It`s so close to Pizza tower! The beds were quite good! The property is run by Stefano that has cafe in front of the apartment, he is very nice and friendly.

Not directly related to the facility, but if you are by car I think you will not be able to park overnight in the street in front of the apartment, because that is meant only for the residents. Stefano showed me the parking options outside city wall, so problem solved. The private parking is quite expensive (I paid 31 EUR from 15h from one day until 11h of the next day), but you also have the option to let the car in street for a smaller price.

Couldn't be nearer from the Tower and Duomo. Stefano was very helpful and friendly. The room was well equipped with kettle and fridge

The WiFi connection didn't work sometimes.
