the Location was amazing, located right next to Pisa tower, with alot of amazing food locales and delicious gelato, only a few minutes walk away, we each get our own Breakfast table with our own food, yofurt, bread, coffee, fuit and juice. the room was pretty spacious! 10/10 we would definitely stay here again.

The only thing We didn't like about this place was the HEAVY smell of cigarettes as soon as we enter the lobby area, the room itself didn't smell of smoke, but the common area would fill up with the smell of smoke here and there.

Lovely room & central area. Great attention to detail & thought on furnishings, breakfast products & the general breakfast process. Loved the retro fridge in the breakfast area & amazing high ceilings. Due to a delayed flight & train industrial action we were literally stranded in Pisa on a Sunday evening at 7pm & panicking. Found the room through a well known App for a really reasonable price at short notice. By the time I booked the room & then walked the 20 mins from the station to the building our lovely host had already sent us the info & codes to get into our room. Great communication before & during our stay. Great location. Can highly recommend to anybody.

Great B&B, very good located. Kjtiara was a great host and help. Communication was fast. The Chic Room was really nice and clean. We really recommend this place if you want to stay cheap and discover the city. Good breakfast. So many thanks for this great stay.

Well if there is something to mention than it is that the room doors are not very well soundproofed. You can hear everything on the B&B corridor. But hey I guess that's something you can deal with for this price with high quality.

- directly in the city center, 5 minutes walk to Pisa tower, 15' to train station, 35' to the airport - easy and direct communication with the personnel, self-service check-in with clear instructions - rich breakfast, self-service, ideal for early-morning departures - clean and comfy room and bathroom, nice shared living room

- even though the surroundings is very calm and no noise is coming from outside, the walls are pretty thin so you can hear basically everything from your neigbours. If you are unlucky as us during the last night, you will probably not sleep very well, but if all the guests go to sleep at the same reasonable time, it would be an aboslutely amazing stay.

Mary’s place is such a cute little gem in the heart of Pisa’s historic centre. The B&B is very small with just three guest rooms, but is so charming. Our room had beautiful high ceilings and original windows with shutters, very beautiful. Plus, the common room with a great breakfast of cheese, meats and pastries in the morning was great. Mary was so helpful and accommodating, especially when our flight was delayed and we were very kate getting to the B&B, she stayed up to 2AM to check us in, which was so kind. The neighbourhood is great, just off the main retail strip north of the river, and 5 mins from the Leaning Tower, but isn’t too busy or noisy.

Sometimes there is no one on site to answer questions, although Mary is very quick to communicate on messages. The street outside can get a little noisy early in the morning with deliveries, but hey, that is part and parcel of staying in a busy city, just wear some earplugs.

Such a pretty place! The room was excellent as was the common area - comfortable, pretty and very clean, with a SUPERB shower. The AC also works really well. For me the location was excellent, both for work but also to visit the city I think it really works as well. MaryLou (and Vega!!) were really nice. Unfortunately, I didn't have possibility to try the breakfast (personal reasons) but it seemed delicious.

The room was tile and no carpet - unfortunately I had no slippers; but this should not be a issue in warmer weather. A bit noisier on Friday, but no issue at all on weeknights - noise if not huge for me, but bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper/ like a early night.

Location and breakfast are good. Attendance via whatsapp is good. Everything is easy if you need to go to train station or to the airport with a taxi.

The bathroom is out of the room. We recommend something to heat the bath. There is a hole on the floor of velvet room that should be fixed. The main entrance to the building could have a better appearence. Main bed is god, but the second one could be better.

Communication from Mary was fantastic from the start. Upon booking she sent really good recommendations for restaurants and helpful information about how best get to the property. Checking in was easy as clear instructions were sent, the bed was really comfortable and room spotlessly clean. The building itself is a beautiful old Pisa city building, with lots of charm and spacious rooms. Good breakfast and bags were looked after after check out.

The location is great, the breakfast was good, and had the right choices, maybe to add butter and cheese for the people that prefer a salty menu for breakfast. We would appreciate a refrigerator in the room, but there was one in the main room where we had breakfast. The room was spacious and good for short trips. The host was great

The property itself needs an upscale of the items of furniture. The balcony can be better used

Great location, lovely host - our flight was delayed and she stayed up to meet us at when we finally got to the accom at around 2.30am (there was a €15 late check-in fee), big breakfast, nicely decorated room. Also we were able to leave bags in the B&B after check out and before we needed to go to the airport.

Very noisy - the windows did not provide much sound insulation, and as there is a guest room who has an external bathroom, there was some noise from opening/closing/locking doors late in the evening. Noise was only a big concern as I was travelling with a 20 month old with an early bedtime!
