Loved the original features. The locality to everything. The quirkiness of the place. Bed was super comfortable.

That I booked a bed and breakfast but there was no breakfast facility so my friend collected me and took me for brekkie before I went to airport after check out. I've taverns alot round italy and usually they give you a voucher for a local patisserie which is nice as you are eating local but get to go out for brekkie. Forsuch a little cost I'm not sure why they don't do that. Makes more sense.

Fantastic location location location!!. A short walk to the Main Street with coffee shops, shopping and restaurants. Can get there from the train station easily via bus or walking. Leaning tower is also an easy walk. It's an older beautiful Italian building with some quirks but would stay there again and even recommend!

We had a sound machine to help drown out the music of a fun restaurant down the street and other guests but it's the nature of older buildings, no fault of the b&b.

This b&b is perfect for a place to lay your head for the night - very good location, close to everything that you would want to see in Pisa and the lady who checked us in was very welcoming.

Unfortunately (and I am sure it was a one off) There were a group of people outside the building just below our room who were very noisy until 4.30am which meant we did not get very much sleep. We understand this was likely a one off and wouldn't stop us from returning to this B&B

Place is nicely located with easy access to main roads. tiny room with the essentials you need to spend the night. The host help me to accommodate my bicycle without hesitation.

It is on a 4th or 5th floor, and that can be a bit of a challenge. For the size of the room and the quality (you can tell it is a really old building) the price is quite high.

I liked the quiet room and old fashioned setting . I also liked the fact that it was near a very busy shopping area full of Italians with cafes and restaurants nearby.

As I’m in my 70, s and had been travelling all day I found the stairs a challenge , my room was up a lot of stairs . However my very kind host carried my bag up for me … and I don’t think he was much younger than I am !

Very characterful building, very old-fashioned and full of interesting antiques. Great location, within easy walking distance of train station and sights. No breakfast but facilities in kitchen to make hot drinks. Comfortable room and bed.

Some noise from wine bar across alleyway but it is a city centre location after all. On plus side it is quiet in the morning. We also enjoyed a drink in the wine bar ourselves, well worth a visit !

The location in the old town was great, easy walk from the bus stop and right in the middle of town. The facilities were good and clean, everything you needed.

I had to use the front door buzzer to get someone to come to reception. The bathroom was a little small, particularly the shower with the toilet squashed in the corner,.

It was clean and beautiful. I didn't care that I had to bring my luggage on the second flour without the elevator. The best was the restaurant just next, downstairs. I have never eat a duck like this. Everything we ate was really tasty. It is 25 min.from the airport and 14 min from central station. And near to everything, just in the center. Absolutely raccomanded. I missed just the coffe and croissant in the morning. Nothing else.

There was no coffee and croissant. But we found it near,so was not a problem.

It was very cosy and historical room in the center. I really liked the atmosphere with the wooden beams in the ceiling and historical photos on the walls.

I liked everything. It was great value for money.

Location was fabulous to walk to attractions, cafes/restaurants and train station. Staff was helpful.

I would have liked access to a kettle to make a cuppa as I had my own tea bags. Shower cubicle a bit narrow.
