Andy and Andrew are incredible hosts. From the communication prior to our arrival to our taxi to the airport on our final day. We cannot fault them or the gorgeous accommodation. Comfortable huge bed. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with many choices and dietary requirements considered. Earplugs are supplied, as if the windows are open; you can hear the busy restaurants in the street below, though this is understandable and didn't bother us. It added to the atmosphere of lovely Pisa. Hosts were able to offer recommendations for best places to eat, best gelato, etc. Short walk to the train station to visit other areas nearby. We weren't disappointed, and everything was perfect.

This more than exceeded our expectations. What a quaint and charming B&B in an absolutely wonderful location. The property is in a very historic building adding to its uniqueness. The bonus was by the staff. Julia was wonderful in getting us checked in and settled. Andy and Andrew were the best host. They were so patient with us as we tried to navigate the streets of Pisa. They fixed an outstanding breakfast and so welcoming in our conversations with them. I highly recommend this spot if staying in Pisa. You will not be disappointed.

Nothing. Navigating is a bit challenging but to be expected in these old cities. The host went out of their way to help us out.

Andrew & Andy are absolute gems! We took the wrong train, so we were running late. Andrew was in contact with us through this situation. We had tickets to the Tower, etc. and looked like we were going to be late. He suggested that the cab driver wait while we dropped the bags at the hotel and continue to the Tower. Cab driver backed up to the front door of the hotel to a waiting Andrew, dropped our bags out of the cab, and away we went. Andrew took them up to our room for our return. Had it not been for his suggestion, we would have missed our ticket time. Andy was so nice and friendly when we returned. Helped us out with restaurant suggestions and gave us the lay of the land. Breakfast both mornings was absolutely wonderful! If ever visiting Pisa again, we would definitely stay again.

Unfortunately there were music events in the neighborhood both nights (Friday & Saturday). It was very loud, but thankfully the earplugs worked! There was nothing that could have been done to avoid this, so wouldn't have changed a thing!

Everything! The king bed was comfortable, we had beautiful original ceilings , two big windows with plenty of space . The proprietors of this B&B were the best hosts and we really enjoyed spending three nights here upon our arrival to Italy. They provided an outstanding breakfast and also, the entire place was beautifully fragrant! Also it is located on the best shopping street in Pisa and only a few minutes walk from the leaning Tower, Duomo etc. Perfecto!

Nothing! We thoroughly enjoyed this B&B. So much more personal than a hotel and far more friendly than just an apartment rental.

Everything! We cannot fault anything about this place. Its located an easy 10 minute walk from the train station (even with lots of luggage!) and about 5 minutes from the tower and duomo. Our room was beautiful - very large and clean, with great little touches like quality toiletries and cold bottles of water (the only place we've stayed in Italy that's done this!). The bed was comfy and the linen and towels great quality. Breakfast was more than plentiful and absolutely delicious. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. We took advantage of the laundry service, and it came back smelling delightful and folded immaculately! We just wish we'd been able to stay more than 2 nights!

Friday night in Pisa seems to be very busy and the street noise went on until the early hours - so the provided ear plugs were very much appreciated!

If you're looking for a fantastic place to stay in Pisa, look no further! We recently had the pleasure of staying, and it was an absolute delight. The hosts were what truly made the experience special. They were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable about the area, and always happy to answer our questions. They made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The B&B itself was charming and traditional. It was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. Our room was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Breakfast was another highlight. They offered a fabulous spread, but the real stars were the sensational eggs and bacon. And let me tell you, the orange juice was the best I've ever had! The location couldn't have been better. We were surrounded by restaurants, bars, and amazing gelato shops. Plus, it was just a short walk to the Leaning Tower of Pisa and the beautiful botanical gardens. The train station was only a 15-minute walk away, making day trips to Lucca (a fantastic place to get lost in!) and Florence incredibly easy. We would absolutely recommend [B&B Name] to everyone. It's the perfect place for a comfortable and memorable stay in Pisa. We had an amazing few days and can't wait to return someday!

An amazing B&B in an ideal location in centre of Pisa. Walkable distance from the train station and to all the sights such as The Leaning Tower. Andrew and Andy who own the B&B are amazing hosts. Helpful, friendly and they make you feel very welcome. Julia who works there in the afternoons and evenings is also as welcoming and helpful. We got some great recommendations from restaurants from them. The rooms are beautiful and the bed and pillows are very comfortable and the room has all the amenities you need. The breakfast was fantastic, with a great choice of hot and cold food and the breakfast room is lovely, definitely try the eggs and bacon. Best scrambled eggs I've ever had. We had an early check out due to an early flight home and Andy and Andrew gave us a breakfast box full of pasteries, jam, coffee, juice and yoghurt to bring with us which was such a thoughtful and lovely touch and it was delicious. They also arranged a taxi for our early morning pick up. I hope to visit Pisa and stay here again

Given its location it can be a bit noisy at night but earplugs are left in the room for guests and these work perfectly for blocking out any noise.

Everything is perfect. Starting from the best customer experience in Italy so far. The rooms are very clean, staff is always happy to help and in the best mood. They were very kind and went above and beyond. Let’s talk about the breakfast? The best in town, or even in Italy. A lot of food, I mean, GOOD FOOD, good coffee and even a great variety of food for ppl with dietary restrictions. The bedroom: is very spacious, the bed is very comfortable. Well, I wouldn’t ask for nothing else.

Excited to write this review so many wonderful things we wanted to say but honestly book with confidence. Home from Home, Andrea and Andrea make you feel so welcome. Spotlessley clean, and beautifully renovated. Intimate as only 6 rooms. Our room was very pretty with everything we needed, and it smelt incredible. Breakfast was a real treat, freshly squeezed juice, eggs how you like them, lots of continentals to choose from and they cater gluten-free also. My wife to her delight had a whole basket of gluten-free goodies. Andrea also baked her a cake which was flour-free and delicious. Before heading out on day one Andy showed us, all the hints and tips for the area. Saved us time, and money and we got the best experience of Pisa as a result. Day 2 they helped us with train times to Lucca. Check-out was effortless we had an evening flight. We could leave our luggage safely stored able to return throughout the day to drop off shopping. We had use of a bathroom to freshen up, offered water to cool down and Julia kindly called us a taxi. This is hospitality done right the 2 Andreas are so hospitable and make the stay very special.

Fantastic location and so easy to get to everything in this beautiful city. Andrew and Andy were extremely helpful and nothing was to much trouble for them. Breakfast was great and had everything you needed. We had a great time and felt very welcomed.

The room at night and into the early hours of the morning was a little noisy, especially if you are a light sleeper. There were ear plugs left in the room which was a nice touch and came in handy should you need them. It wouldn’t stop us from staying again though.
