Location is outstanding - just 100 metres or so from Piazza Navona. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Although the hotel faces a moderately busy road, we were not disturbed by traffic noise. The hotel has its particular style of darkish wallpapering etc which made it quite atmospheric and different - not your run of the mill bland hotel. Good value for money in central Rome
The elevator is painfully slow. We felt the hotel was somewhat understaffed - on the morning of our departure breakfast was not available at 8 as scheduled, apparently due to a staff emergency. Consequently we ended up leaving without breakfast as we had a train to catch. Reception had told us there would be taxis in the morning but there weren't any - however its easy to get to the main station (Termini), just get a 1.50 euro ticket from the tabacchi across the road and take a number 70 bus from the same side of the road as the hotel, maybe 30 - 50 metres away. Allow 25 - 30 minutes. The bus stops at the side of the station but you can access the platforms from there without going to the main station entrance.

I stayed here with my wife and 18 year old son for three nights. The location was amazing, right in the center of things. We walked to the Colosseum and the Vatican. Both about a 20-25 minute walk in opposite directions. Although that may seem long, the route is safe and the walk and experience was part of the vacation. Tons of great restaurants very near. The room was comfortable. There was a restaurant on the roof that had a great view. Although we did not eat there, we had a glass of wine up there every evening. The morning that we left, we had a very early flight and needed to get picked up at 4:30. The hotel made arrangements for transportation and at 4:15, there was a very comfortable Mercedes van waiting for us. The cost of this was 65 Euros, only 5 more than it would have cost to take a cab. 65 also included a 10Euro fee that all transportation options charge for airport service earlier than 7:00 am. I would go back.
If you are looking for a “chain” hotel, this is not your place. But then not many hotels in downtown Rome would be.

We stayed here from 21st to 24th march! The location of this hotel is excellent! It is right at the top corner of the piazza navona, 30 second walk and you’re there. It is also within a 10 minute walk from the pantheon, the trevi fountain, Spanish steps and lots of lovely restaurants! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Gave us a map on arrival and told us of a couple of local districts best for restaurants and highlighted to us all the local landmarks on our map The rooftop terrace was a really lovely spot to sit and eat breakfast, we didn’t go up on an evening but wish we did The breakfast was good, simple but a perfectly adequate start to the day. The lady serving breakfast was absolutely lovely
We struggled to find the hotel initially when we arrived as the sign isn’t the clearest, it is a small plaque on the wall

The staff was wonderful and friendly. The view from the rooftop was spectacular.
The rooftop was closed in the evening so you could not watch sunset! That is one of the main reasons we picked this hotel was from the pictures on their website that show the sunset and the rooftop at night time. Also, this is the second time we have stayed there and they put us in the same small room that faces the road and is exceptionally noisy. I had specifically requested to have a different room because we were celebrating our anniversary and I wanted one of their more spacious beautiful rooms.

Hotel was very centrally located, within walking distance of all major tourist attractions. Many restaurants and cafe’s close by and short walk to the Rover Tiber. Staff were extremely helpful. Rooftop restaurant was excellent. Room very clean, comfortable bed and all facilities worked well, particularly air con which was vital for mid June
Lift only held 3 people and occasionally had to wait quite a long time. Being pickey, would have preferred slightly more choice for breakfast

The staff and location were perfect for our plans to visit the historic portion of Rome. The rooftop terrace served a great breakfast and was fun to go to in the afternoon to open up and share a bottle of wine with my wife. The view from there gives a great perspective of where the hotel is located and what can be walked to. One block away gives a fantastic photo op. of the Vatican...The bed was comfortable and the shower worked as expected. The A.C. worked well as well. The view from the room was enjoyable as we could watch the activity below. The side street, Via Dei Coronari, is a fun block to stroll, shop, eat on, and access other small piazzas nearby with great Roman food and drink.
The lighting in our room (405) could improve near the closet area. The paintings on the wall gave us a lot of conversational material and jokes. It is not close to the metro if you only use that to get around, but we knew that going in. It makes up for it by having taxis and bus stops within the block.

The location and the facility are good, nice, but they are a little weak in meeting the demands. They did not give me a room that appears in the photos 6 months ago, even though I specifically asked for it. They did not return the messages I wrote on Booking. They did not answer to me and they did not give especially that room.

The rooms were nice, air conditioning worked well, the free hot breakfast was excellent and the restuarant staff was very helpful. The location was excellent and we enjoyed our stay. If we go again to Rome, I would definitely stay there!
It is an older hotel, which we loved, but others may not. If you want something new, you'll have to find something else. Also, it was a little hard to find as they don't have a big sign outside stating the name of the hotel. It's just a small plaque that isn't very noticable. So I had to ask around.

The hotel is well located in the historical city center, close to Piazza Navona. My room was very clean. The location is not too noisy compared to other hotels in the same area Beds are OK Windows are equipped with blinds to block the light The breakfast is good (but not fantastic), the view on the rooftop is very nice Staff is helpful
We can still hear some noise from the street, but fortunately not too much soap / shower gels in small plastic pouches, I would have prefered refillable containers to avoid the plastic waste.
