I really liked the hostel, it was the best one in Rome according to it's price and location. My only bad opinion about the hostel is the shower was too small that you can barely move in it.

The location for this place was perfect, you were immediately in the heart of a bunch of shops, restaurants, and cafes. It was about 45 minute walk to the train station or 30 min taxi ride. I loved that we were able to keep our bags there for as long as we needed before catching the train to our next destination. The staff was very nice, the bathroom was very clean and had daily housekeeping. The shutters were so dark in our room that I could have slept for days without knowing it. The rooftop balcony was gorgeous and had a great view of the city, definitely my favorite part.

Wifi wasn't the strongest if you were using it for work but adequate for just scrolling.

The room was fairly clean and organized, the staff very helpful and nice. The reception doesn't answer the phone after 5pm, but that is something you're told about right as you're checking in, so just make sure to get there a little earlier to see if you everything you need in the room☺️ We found it quite comfortable, and the staff kindly placed us in a room to accommodate our needs the best. The terrace view is great! Definitely great for a quick aperitivo at sunset. The location is definitely amazing, within walking distance from any central area, and if you need a taxi they're right around the corner. Overall, I do think you get your monies worth/pay exactly for what you receive.

The bathroom had a humid smell to it, but it's something I noticed most accomodations in the city center have, so it'd definitely not the relais fault.

Perfect staff! Very helpful and understandable. We had to change our travel period despite it was after the due time, but staff were helpful and they have managed it! Also we were chance to chose our own room. Our room was really great and big. Also hotel has a great terrace that you can experience the old city view from, it was mysterious and amazing! We wish we could visit and stay at the hotel again.

Good location

When I booked a two bedroom apartment, I expected them to be in the same apartment. Our rooms were on different floors. Our one bedroom had a common living room that was shared by everyone in the building to access a roof top patio. Just a little strange and out of our comfort zone. Rooms were nice but bathrooms were not overly clean.

Super close to the center, and everything is within walking distance. our room was being cleaned and towels were being changed every day. I asked for iron and they provided it immediately. The staff was super friendly and helpful and check-in and checkout were super smooth. The AC was working good.

There was a big wooden box attached to the wall near the bed which made it hard to get to bed. The pillows were either too big or too thin.

The location is perfect, it is near to every attraction on foot. The staff is very helpful and kind.

There was a poor internet connection. The ceiling was dripping due to a heavy rain and the hygiene could have been better.

Excellent value for money! Extremely clean, safe and secure! Not located in an area where people hang around and cause trouble BUT is close enough to main attractions like Trevi and pantheon so you’re in the centre of everything!!!! Also felt safe as a 20F walking alone in the dark back to my accomodation - very safe area!!

The only downside was the reception is about 200m from the actual accomodation and I had quite heavy bags I had to lug.

Excellent location. Close walking distance to everything. About 20 min walk to Colosseum or Vatican state. Which are in opposite direction to each other. Lots of good restaurants in the area. On the rooftop there are three outdoor places to relax in the evening. My only concern was the shower that was so small that I could not clean my back myself. But the owner actually called me just after we checked in and offered another room. But I was ok anyway. My wife helped me wash my back in the mornings. ;)

Small shower and a bit strange water tap in the bathroom. It is directed so that if you turn it no too fast you will get a groin shower.

The location is amazing. There is access to a roof top with an amazing view. Vey clean!

The fact that the room has no windows only a tiny one and two skylights. There was a ramp of stairs I dis not expect but luckily the young guy who was doing maintenance was very kind and helped with the suitcases.
