Umberto greeted us for our check-in and was a fantastic host! He gave us great information about Rome on our first day of arrival, as well as daily texts from him and Rosa suggesting what restaurants, gelato shops, parks, and much more to check out. The spots he suggested were our favorites to visit and helped us avoid the most crowded tourist crowds. It can be overwhelming to visit a new place, but the hosts made exploring a new city easy and exciting :) I would highly recommend staying at B&B Gaudium Colosseo for anyone visiting Rome, especially if for the first time.

they are very nice to give us a lot of useful guide tour. And they have full of love they give us many small but warm things.

the room might be a bit small for three people. so i guess they should avoid to have order with 3 people

Clean, good location - ~20-25min to most major sites & best of all, the host (Umberto) provides excellent service. He is only a text away if you need advice on where to eat or if you need a taxi. Amazingly helpful. Breakfast is by an external provider whose cafe is just downstairs. Another star provider - excellent service and baristas. Love them! Plus, there is a shared common area with tea and biscuits, love this too. Definitely worth my stay here in Rome! If I'm back in Rome, will definitely stay here again.

Nicely located near the colosseum and many restaurants and bars. The hosts are very nice and helpful and provided us with many nice suggestions for touristic attractions and restaurants. The room is clean. There is a common area where you can make coffee.

The room is rather small, with only a small window, without view. The beds are small and not very comfortable. Overall it is a nice hotel, that I would visit aggain, but the price is too high for a rather basic apartment. I guess thes are the prices for Rome, so possibly not overpriced for the center of Rome, but still expensive!

Exceptionally well organized b&b with extremely helpful staff - on our arrival we were shown on a map a lot of helpful tips for going around the city, dining out areas (one of the best areas was next to the hotel, which we can confirm since we had dinner in 2 very good restaurants some ~5 minute walk from the hotel), tips regarding the metro and different tourist locations. We were also sent recommendations regarding restaurants, cafes, gelaterias etc on WhatsApp every day - and since we tried some of them, we can definitely say they were worth it. It was possible to get to most tourist areas by walking, and we only had to use the metro when in a hurry - the Vatican, Sant Angelo castle, Piazza Navona, Trastevere, Trevi fountain, Spanish Steps, Piazza del Popolo, plenty of beautiful churches, of course the Colosseum and the Roman Forum which are barely 10 minutes walk from the hotel, were all easy to reach on foot. The room itself was a bit small for 3 people and the 3rd bed was on the short side - but it didn't stop us from enjoying our stay since it was very clean and tidy otherwise. The room was facing the street - Via Cavour, and on an open window it could be noisy - but the windows blocked the noise well when closed, so we didn't have any issue with the noise. The common kitchen area had coffee, a fridge that worked well, cutlery, more paper maps in case you prefer those over phone navigation (and especially when there was a chance to be left without phone battery from taking tad too many photos). Overall great, and would try to book again on my next trip to Rome.

We used vouchers from our host (4 euros/each) for breakfast in the public cafe in the neighboring house, which was frequented by locals and tourists. A small breakfast in very nice and friendly company.

The accommodation is very central, but also on a busy street. We had a street facing room. You will be fine when you close the window. If you like it quieter, you should look for something else.

Great communication from start to finish. Location is perfect. Room was spotless and very comfortable. Check in was quick and easy and we were given a map showing all the walking routes and places to see. Daily texts from owners was appreciated giving ideas for places to eat. I would highly recommended and would stay here again.

Nothing. 10/10. I honestly can't think of a reason not to stay.

The room was easy to get into and conveniently located to the attractions I was interested in. There are numerous places to eat in the neighborhood, metro station close by, markets, and money change too. Even laundry facilities if needed. The host was not on the property after meeting me at check-in but communicated daily through WhatsApp with tips and suggestions. Housekeeping was in daily.

The room is in an excellent location for all the historical sites and you can easily walk to them all The staff are really friendly and are very helpful

The room was quite small with not a lot of clothes storage space if you are staying more than a few days and the room was a bit dark due to a wall being close to the windows
