Location is very good, in a quite street just in the middle of Termini station and colessum, if you come by train it is very easy to reach 5 min walking distance. Also you can walk to other landmarks very easily. Rooms not big but enough for 2 guests if you consider that you spent most of the time outside. terrace is open for guests you can get your drinks and spend time in terrace. View is nice. Staff also very nice and helpfull.

When I travel to Italy, I want to drink good coffee. I suggest hotel management to put a good coffee machine for breakfast. I believe most of the travelers like me, would not prefer to drink instant coffee in Italy.

Absolutely loved the balcony in our larger room, views were breathtaking. Great staff! Very convenient location to both the historic parts of the city and Roma Termini train station. Great breakfast - excellent selection and taste. Beautifully decorated and clean bathroom had a great view of the city from the window - it was a pleasure to wash up in the morning. Comfortable and clean beds. Air conditioner worked very well.

Shower stall is exceedigly small and weird with two opening sides, but very clean and it did its job. I wish breakfast started a bit earlier for those days when we had early plans.

First off, Thomas, Damiano and Francesco who worked the front desk were SO kind! They were always smiling and greeted me, and anytime I needed to upgrade or needed help, they went above and beyond and made it easy for me. I would visit again just to have such great service again. The location was fantastic, so close/walking distance to everything! Very delicious, simple breakfast. And the room was comfortable, just what I needed. I had the opportunity to stay in two different rooms, one with a single person bed and one with a person double. The single room is VERY tiny, but honestly it's cozy enough for ONE person. The double room is way more space if you need room for two. Both rooms were very clean, the AC worked perfectly (it gets icy cold, which is perfect in the Rome heat), I also love the shades on the window so you can always control how dark/light you want it to be. Oh! and I can't forget the rooftop bar. It was so cozy with beautiful views and the woman that works the bar is SO SWEET! It was always a pleasure to see her smiling face. The drinks were tasty and get charged directly to your room. They even give you small snacks like chips or peanuts to snack on for free.

I wish the pillows were thicker, they were pretty flat. The TV was very small and only played Italian shows. (and sometimes didn't work but it was okay because I had my laptop and watched TV on there since they have wifi) The shower is tiny and has only a "rain" shower head, not a handheld, so ladies good luck not getting your hair wet! (You'll have to squeeze to the side or wear a shower cap --which they provide).

Location was perfect for what we wanted as we needed to be near the train station for our onward journey. Ideal location for the colosseum but other attractions a good walk or easy to get to on the metro.Breakfast was good with a big selection and catered for everyone. The staff were very friendly and helpful particularly the concierges

We were woken on the last morning at 7am by someone banging around on the roof terrace. Restuarant recommendation on first night when we didn’t want to walk too far was not that great.

Amazing staff, friendly and offered to help with anything, Damiano on the front desk and the older gentleman on reception , The porter who helped with our cases and the guy who was working on the rooftop bar were all so welcoming and friendly. all the staff in general were excellent. The rooftop bar is fantastic views of all the popular landmarks of Rome. Our room a little basic and bathroom a little small but we didn't mind as the rest of the hotel is lovely , and not to forget perfect location! Located down a quiet little backstreet next to the amazing Santa Margherita church. Great walking distance to everywhere. Thanks again!

Very well located hotel (Colosseum ca. 10 min walk, closest subway station ca. 5 min walk) . We could sleep well even by open windows (5th floor, back yard view), so not noisy at all. Very good breakfast. Nice and helpful staff. Room was cleaned every day. Kettle in the room to cook tea or instant coffee. Roof bar is great with the panoramic view (especially if the weather is more calm than we had). Latest check out time is at 11:00 but they have offered to place our luggage in the storeroom , use the toilette at the lobby and stay as long as convenient according to our flight schedule.

No real issues. The internal noise isolation is a bit poor. You can hear if your upper neighbor walks in the room or move the chair.

The property is a fairly easy walk from the Central Train Station and lots of other travelers were seen pulling their wheeled luggage behind them (so we didn't feel out-of-place). All of the desk personnel were professionals, giving us great recommendations for places to eat, directions, ordering a private car to the airport (for not much more than a taxi), etc. The roof top view of Rome at sunset was just beautiful, and there is a bar at the top where you can sip a glass of wine as you enjoying winding down from a day of activities. The Colosseum is within a fairly easy walk, and getting to the Vatican by subway wasn't too difficult (again, thanks to the front desk guys who were so helpful). The breakfast spread was nothing less than exceptional, with eggs, meats, fruit, breads, yogurt, juices and coffee. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The TV set was small but who has time to watch TV anyway? Also, the rooms and elevator were small, but exactly what we needed. All in all, i would stay there again in a heartbeat.

They had a very wonderful breakfast, an excellent selection for most if not for all quests and it was included with our room stay at no additional charge. From Eggs, breakfast meats, potatoes, fruits, cerals, breads, yogurt, sweat rolls, juices, coffee and teas, fantastic! Staff in the breakfast area was friendly and insured everything was clean, very enjoyable and surpassed my expectations, exceeded what I have found at Holiday Inn Express, Comfort Inn and Fairfield Inns for breakfasts. The front desk was always there to help with any questions and recommendations, so accommodating even weeks before arrival with our questions and arrangements as I planned our visit from the USA. The house staff ensured everything was correct and clean, helped with storing our luggage prior to check in time since we arrived in the early morning. They operated as a team with a winning outcome. The hotel is older but was upgraded to the latest accommodations, it had everything that we needed. The only thing I found is the shower was a little small but was fine for 1 person.Yes the elevator was small but seemed in new shape, just limited space to put it, so just meant you did not have 8 to 10 people on it at a time. The location was near most tourist sites in the older section of Rome which allowed us to walk to most places (we are in our 70's) we wanted to go to, even a few discoveries we had not planned on. We did use a taxi to go to the Vatican just to make sure we got there and back in time due to schedules. So many historical sites nearby, front desk really made it easy for us with their recommendations, marking of city map with the best routes, plus their friendly golly attitude just made the visit so much better.

The shower was a little small, kept hitting my elbow on water control, and the way that the door and a side actually would swing out was a little strange. Only big enough for 1 person 😉 . I am trying to think of something, I guess that would be it. So it is a good hotel, no real negatives, we were happy.

I love Hotel Colleseum. Beautiful foyer. Classy Rooms and an amazing roof top terrace and bar. You can bring your own drinks to the terrace when the bar is closed and as a bonus they have a golf putter up there. How fun. A great place to be with the family after a long day of exploring. The breakfast was very good with lots of options. The entire place was sparkling clean. It has an elevator lift which is great for luggage, but the marble staircase was too beautiful not to climb. Ask for an upper floor room. The views are amazing. We were given a complimentary upgrade to room 74 which has a huge outdoor patio with great views. The staff took care of us and called a driver to take us to the airport. If you love churches, this one is walking distance to some of the most beautiful churches. Great restaurants nearby.

Nothing - Everything was perfect.

The breakfast was outstanding and everything was within walking distance.

Maybe a mini fridge is not a bad addition 😉
