Andreas was a very friendly and helpful host, providing us with all the important information.All the means of transportation were nearby and only 10 minutes walking to the Colosseum.The room was clean and it had everything we needed ( even slippers and toothbrush!). We had a full breakfast in the apartment with fresh bread and croissants every morning, coffee, biscuits, jar and lots of goods in the fridge. There was also equipment for cooking.

We felt a little bit isolated from the rest of the building because the apartment was some steps under the ground floor and therefore not so shiny as it seems in the pictures, even though it had windows.The two single beds were very low and rather uncomfortable for us.

The property was very comfortable and very close to the colosseum and other attractions we were going to visit during our stay as well as cafes, bus and train stops and supermarket. It was very clean and tidy. We loved receiving croissants and rolls every morning at our door for breakfast. The fridge was stocked with water, soda, milk, snacks and even prosecco! We had plenty of towels and toiletries. The staff were super friendly, helpful and responsive. Would totally recommend to anyone.

There was nothing that we really did not like. A second set of keys would have been helpful but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Andrea and his staff were very responsive to messages and welcoming when we arrived. They helped us bring our luggage in and provided plenty of snacks and breakfast was provided. Andrea went out of his way to bring us breakfast early because he knew we had to check out early for our flight home. it was clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was within walking distance of the Colosseum and restaurants.

getting to the bed and breakfast was a bit challenging because it's Rome and it's just busy, and had very little parking, but Andrea helped us find a place to park!

Andrea, the host, was incredibly welcoming and waited to check us in late due to a flight delay. He also provided us with lots of guidance on getting around and the best restaurants nearby. The apartment was beautiful, had everything you'd need including a lovely kitchen space and extra toiletries. Everywhere was incredibly clean and cleaned and refreshed every day. The breakfast foods provided were perfect and included fresh bread and croissants every day (the best croissants I've ever had)! The location is also perfect, very secure and only a few minutes from the colosseum which you can see from the road outside. I would highly recommend this stay for any couples looking to explore Rome.

This little apartment had the most comfortable bed i have ever stayed in! Thank you. The shower was lovely but be careful how much of the hot water you use if there is more than two of you. (it was perfect for us) Everything we needed was provided and every day we had fresh bread, croissants, ham & cheese delivered. It worked very well and we had some prosecco as a welcome.

The breakfast cannot be delivered before 8.30 however there is plenty of french toast, ham and cheese from the outset if you need to be off early.

Walking distance from the colosseum and other main attractions. Lots of restaurant options nearby and very well connected to public transportation! The host was extremely welcoming and provided lots of great advice and answered our questions regarding getting around the city. Breakfast provided daily was extremely helpful.

Bathroom on main level is right next to the front door, which was a little uncomfortable for my taste personally but it was still great!

Convenient location, good breakfast, clean and neat.

There is a general hall where all rooms are placed. Our room have windows on the top of door and wall that are also connected with hall. In the night when the light was on it was very bright in the room as well (the light came through these windows); the walls are thin and the noise came from the main hall. Something that you need to be prepared.

Andrea and the lovely lady who cleaned the property were both very helpful. A great location close to Colosseum and other surrounding places. Comfy bed. Clean. A lovely touch with fresh bread/pastries every morning and the fridge restocked with beer, cola and water.

The only thing we would grumble about (very small) is that the plug socket next to the bed was hanging out of the wall, and the shelf table next to the bed was wobbly so didn’t want to put any drinks or anything on there. Also there was no ironing board and the TV channels were not great, maybe recommend a stick in there with Netflix etc. Might be a nice touch! Other than that it was perfect!

We got more than we’d expected. The location of the accommodation is very good, it takes a 5-minute walk to the Colosseum, but with bus, you can get to the city centre in 10-15 minutes. The host is a very friendly man, he sent us some information about the city, shops and restaurants nearby, public transport opportunities, etc. The room was very nice, and well-equipped. The breakfast was in the room, in the fridge we found everything: ham, cheese, salami, coke, beer, water, fruit juice, milk; there were some jam, nutella, coffee, tea, biscuits, granola. The stock was also refilled daily. In the bathroom there were a lot of things included: shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush and toothpaste, erasor and gel, vanity set, clean towels.
