The position of the appartment, very close to the metro and other lines, near the beautiful park and Colosseo. The area is very safe and you are staying in the building where families with children live. Everything was clean and perfectly organized. Daniele was very kind and helpful and he gave me all the information I needed before I arrived. The breakfast was ok, the cappuccino and croissant- enough to start the day. The café is nice, on the corner where the locals drink their coffe before going to work.

For a reasonable price, you get everything you need, there are no negative points for me.

Great value for money. Good location to walk around Rom, nice safe street. The check in and out process was easy and they didn´t charge us any late fee for check in after 19:00. The room was to the streetside but not extremely loud.

They have written "Luggage storage" on their Facilities but they only have the possibility of leaving the bags in the common kitchen where everyone has access to them. The included breakfast is on a Café near MICLAD which is fine but unfortunately no one really tells you what is actually included and the Café staff gives you a coffee/latte/capuccino and a pastry.

Really close to the coliseum. Daniele was really helpful and was always trying to make our stay comfortable. The room was really comfy and clean as well as the bathroom

A bit noisy at night The breakfast included was at a bar and a bit light. However you can choose to have the continental breakfast for some euros more

Nice sized bathroom. Nice common lounge area with a loveseat, a fridge, sink, and dishes. Good Italian breakfast provided down the street.

The bed wasn't comfortable. The shower leaked and had some mold.

the location was good, 10 min away to The Coliseum and you go through a park which makes it even better. The staff at the coffee is nice for the breakfast.

The room that I was in, you could hear everything from the kitchen and when there are noise guest in others rooms can be an issue. maybe a sound reinforcement.

Everything, from location (perfect), is easier to get to the Metro stations, not just one. Daniele was very helpful and ready to assist and make sure we were comfortable (including his beautiful daughter). The room was sparkling ✨️ , and just how we imagined it to be .

There was nothing to fault. Everything was the way we wanted it to be.

The B&B is in a great location, 5 mins walk from the Colusseum and public transport links. It's also very peaceful at night, being in a residential area, and thus we had no problems sleeping!

No issues at all

The location was really good, just a short walk to the colosseum. Also the price was really affordable for rome. It was a nice room with a private bathroom and there was even a common room/kitchen. Breakfast is around the corner, capucchino and a croissant, which was also really nice.

The bathroom had kind of a weird smell to it.

It's a great B & B: perfect for a company of four, five or six people. It is essentially one apartment with three well-furnished rooms, each with its own fully equipped bathroom. The rooms were very clean, which was very important to us, there were no bugs, no dust, no stains on the sheets. Daniele was a great host, he was very helpful, responded to every question I asked before arrival and answered his phone both times I called him during the stay. It's very close to the Colosseum, as well as to some good restaurants and a metro station. Last, but not least, the breakfast at the nearby café was always great, with wonderful cappuccinos, pastries and hot chocolate.

There was nothing in particular we didn't like, I just have one recommendation: install mosquito nets on the windows instead of those big ol' shutters, this allows people to let fresh air and proper daylight in more often and more effectively.
