Excellent location. Many sights, restaurants, shopping areas within walking distance. Rooms are spacious with high ceilings and decorated in good taste.

The Housekeeping was sub-standard. No room service available. Breakfast was not ready avaiable at 8:45. Woman in charge of the coffee area on the terrace did not speak any foreign language and would just avoid guests’ orders. (However, if Valerio was on duty everything would just be perfectly & timely catered for).

Great location and very helpful and friendly staff. The room was also very spacious, particularly in comparison to others in Rome. I particularly liked the location as it was in a central location, but away from the heavily crowded tourist areas which get very loud and busy.

I was unfortunate to have one of the rooms where the window faced the elevator (in the separate building), so there was no view and little light in the room. However, this didn't bother me too much as I would leave the room early in the morning and come back late in the evening. Note that if you have your window open in this room type, you can hear other guests and staff coming in and out of the elevator - it is as if they are standing in the room with you.

The staff are so friendly, from the front desk to the breakfast team! The location is perfect - central and very close to Piazza Di Poppolo. A special thank you to Valerio who gave us the best authentic Italian welcome, friendly, charming and super helpful!

The only thing I would recommend is having childrens seats available at breakfast.

Location is fabulous, really close to the Piazza del Popolo, shopping streets, bars and restaurants. Pantheon only 15 mins walk, Colosseum in about 35 mins. Very clean room and comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Taxi rank very close.

Room a bit dark and smaller than expected. Heating/thermostat was broken so room very warm so had to have windows open. Did mention to staff but not fixed. Stayed in annex across the road so can't really say what the main hotel is like. Nothing bad perhaps a bit expensive for what you get. Expected it to be more luxurious.

There are many good hotels, but this hotel is exceptional because of the people who work there: a reception desk that is always helpful, friendly staff, a very kind bartender Andrea and last but not least the fantastic Valerio, who gave us a warm welcome at breakfast every day and gave very good tips of sites to visit and for restaurants and shops.

the room was great but did not look like the one on the foto. We missed the relax chairs. That was corrected by offering us an other room.

We really enjoyed the suite we were in. The room was spacious, and nicely decorated. The bathroom was well equipped, even soaking salts for a very large soaking tub. We had access to a Nespresso in our room and there was wine, macarons, biscotti and nuts waiting for us. The staff we very courteous and helpful and the location of the hotel is close to The Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain

My only complaint was no wash cloths. But I found this to be true for every hotel we stayed at during our trip

The breakfast was excellent and so was our lovely host Valerio! He was happy to give us many recommendations and he made sure we felt welcome and taken care of! Grazie mille Valerio! The style of the hotel is elegant and the beds were comfy.

It would have been nice to be able to connect the TV to apps ask there were only Italian channels and sky news available. Also the air conditioning did not work during this time of the year (March), so for us the temperature at night was a little too high.

Breakfast quality was not consistent. Very good one day and terrible the following day.

Nice-sized room with good layout and stand-alone shower (Room #306 in hotel's 2nd building across the street from the main one. Saw other rooms that were smaller, so trade up to a more expensive room.) Very helpful, friendly staff. Loved the glass-enclosed roof-top breakfast area in the main hotel building. Great location near Piazza del Popolo, with taxi stand. Great shopping along via del Babuino and an easy walk to Spanish Steps shopping area. Lots of wonderful restaurants nearby.

The room was dark with one window looking out the back of the building. The hotel has a front desk, but not a standard hotel lobby. Small staff, but our needs were always accommodated.

The room has great design, it's spacious. The bathroom is great, modern with a big shower and Dyptique products inside the shower. Bonus points for a hair dryer that is actually a good Revlon one in the bathroom!

Only two matters to me: there should be extra lights where the mirror is above the sink in the bathroom, and the positioning if the air conditioning over the bed, too much air and noise at times. But it's minor things.
