The location is perfect. We went with family, 3 generations. It’s very clean, comfortable, also with comfortable beds, with a great terrace separating from the noise of the city, ideal for relaxation after a long day of sightseeing. A lift, so no need to carry heavy luggage by stairs. Restaurants and a small supermarket in the neighborhood. One restaurant downstairs, not noisy, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, except for Mondays. Most of all, a great location within walking distance to many city attractions: Spanish Stairs, Di Trevi fountain, Piazza Navona, Pantheon. Piazza del Popolo and next to it, with a little walk up the city stairs, you can reach Terazza del Pincio and a large, amazing city park Villa Borghese. Most of all, easy to get to the St. Pieter Basilica and The Vatican Museums, with a bit longer walk you can reach Colosseum and the Capitol (all within 30 minutes). Easy to get about by Uber and taxis, many located at Piazza del Popolo (Uber to Collosseum about 25 Euro, to Vatican about 20, with a Van for 5 people) but saves some energy for long walks around tourist attractions. Metro station within 5 minutes. We spent a lot of time outside, so it was great to come back to a cozy appartment to relax. We had two bedrooms, two separate bathrooms, very convenient. We loved our stay!

All facilities as described are great and functioning. We didn’t cook much, but the kitchen equipment is enough. Would be nice to have some basic salt, pepper and olive oil available.

Nice friendly staff; great location; quiet room; comfortable bed and a new sofa bed. Washer dryer was very useful.

All toiletries very rationed. Not enough toilet rolls (we were advised to buy extra, which we did), no kitchen rolls, very little soap, maximum 6 espresso pods for 6 night stay. Also, we would appreciate at least one complimentary cleaning every 2-3 days.

Great Stay with All the Comforts of Home! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment during our trip. The place was clean, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was a fully stocked with all the essentials and more. The attention to detail in every room made our stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable. From the cozy living space to the well-appointed bedrooms, everything was thoughtfully designed to ensure a relaxing stay. The location was also great, providing easy access to local attractions and amenities. Overall, we highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a hassle-free, comfortable, and well-equipped place to stay. It truly felt like a home away from home!

The air conditioning could have been better…

The location!! Haute Couture shopping is just around the corner and within 1/2 mile of your apartment you’ll find Gucci, Prada, Louis Vuitton, Dolce & Gabbana, Dior & more. The Spanish steps are within 1/2 mile and the Trevi fountain is about a mile away. Other famous sites such as the Borghese gardens, as well as the Roma Termini train station are within 3-5 miles (15-20 minutes by taxi because of all the traffic) The property is in an upscale area, yet you can walk.25 mile away and eat at Mc Donalds or other more casual restaurants. Babette’s on the ground floor is a great restaurant for a fine dining option

One of the bedrooms is handicap accessible. This is great however, this makes showering a hot mess. Therefore, all 5 adults used the other bathroom to shower. We stayed in July and the temperatures reached the mid 90’s. Therefore, air conditioning was a must have for our family. One of the rooms had the AC Unit located behind the drapes so it didn’t allow the room to cool down. At BEST, the room was 78• which made it difficult for me to sleep Beware, the washer & dryer is one unit. Clearly it could be user error, but we were unable to sufficiently dry our clothes.

We arrived in Rome early in the morning and were able to drop off our bags at this property, which was so helpful with two little kids in tow. Our apartment was also ready early, which again was so appreciated after a long day/night of travel. Great, friendly service! We loved the location. We found it extremely convenient and walkable. The Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain are easy walks, but we also walked to the Colosseum with no problem. Bonus, the restaurant in the courtyard is excellent! Perhaps one of our best meals in Rome. The apartment itself was spacious. We loved the big windows. Having laundry was also a big bonus!

The apartment was very comfortable, nice design, great location, we had a very nice stay.

- In the 5 days spent at the property, they did not clean and changed the towels, I knew this from the beginning, but it would have taken at least once to clean the space. - It would have been good to have at least salt, pepper and a little oil in the kitchen. The available pan was destroyed, we couldn't use it.

Wonderful location, in the vicinity of shopping district, close by to rome attractions. The unit was spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. It felt safe with multiple security access/doors.

Its in ZTL zone so to get to the property guests have to either take the airport transport or the train/metro. But taking metro would be challenging to drag your luggage on the stone slabs surface especially if they're heavy or bulky. The nearest metro is about 500m away. They gave me only 3 nespresso coffee pods for my 3 days stay there.

Large, beautiful, newly renovated, apartment with great indoor and outdoor space. Outstanding location…near lots of restaurants, high end shops, sights and very quiet. There is also a taxi station and metro are nearby for easy transportation options. Management team is outstanding. They were very flexible when the airline lost our luggage which caused us to arrive late for check-in. A member of the management team stayed until nearly 9:00 p.m. to give us the keys and a tour of the apartment. (We were fine paying the 25 euro late check in fee). Also, three days later when the airlines dropped off our luggage AFTER HOURS while we were out touring (and with no advance notice) the apartment management called us to request our permission to put it in our apartment for safe keeping.

The only thing that could have been improved is that the loft area of the apartment should have air conditioning to allow someone to sleep in that space since there is a bed there.

The location was great. Easy access to everything we wanted to see and experience. Large bathrooms and comfortable bedrooms.

We should have asked for verbal instructions and practice on the use of the clothes washer and dryer when were given an apartment tour. The written instuctions were followed but did not work. We were away during the day and only after working hours did we discover this issue. We were in Rome: fireworks, late evening revelors, and 2 to 4 am trash pick up and street cleaners were notable. Not complaining, just a heads up to future renters about what to expect in a vibrant, exciting city.

Very large space, airco worked well, it was clean and the location was excellent beyond measure. The staff was really friendly and nice. The restaurant downstairs served really good food.

Some of the display pieces were broken and glued together, there was a rip/tear in the couch that I was worried we would be billed for during our stay (but we were not, they were really reasonable with costs with a speedy check-in and out). Insufficient cultery and plates that did not match the number of beds in the apartment. Insufficient dish soap or toilet paper roll but the reception desk provided it promptly when requested. Lastly, I noticed upon checkout that they are (possibly) owned by a Russian company because it was well obfuscated. In light of the war, it would help my conscience to know my stay did not help fund the war.
