What is not to like? We LOVED it. This property captures everything fascinating about Rome. It has layers and incorporating the modern with history was at forefront. This is the spirit of Rome. Everything about the property is top notch from service to location to room accommodation. The staff wants to help you and that is real and felt. Usually by September, traveling can be a bummer because the locals are tired of tourists. This is the first time that I did not feel that in any way. Exceptional staff. We were eloping in Rome during our stay and I cannot say enough positive things regarding the eagerness and helpfulness of the staff. They handled everything even though it was not their job. From meeting and paying my florist, storing my flowers, arranging transport, parking our vehicle… you name it. We would 100% stay here every time we come to Rome. I’ve never said that about anyplace before. It’s thoughtful and well done but not overdone. We visited a few Michelin locations in Rome during this stay and those dusty attitudes could learn many things from this bright and positive property. Class and value all the way. To all of my friends at the front desk, thank you again. You made our stay so enjoyable and unforgettable.

1. The staff were excellent and attentive 2. The rooms were beautiful and unique 3. The beds are super comfortable 4. Location is amazing and whole place feels secure 5. Complimentary water, coffee, fruit and each room has a kitchen so you can feed yourself if needs be. 6. You’re living in an art gallery, with a rooftop bar - the whole place feels vibrant at the same time as calm: it’s very difficult to explain.

1. Hard to find anything not to like. It’s not the hotel’s fault but you’ll hear the seagulls in the morning! 2. Also better curtains/blinds on the interior windows would make it even better.

It’s an extraordinary hotel and the staff are more than helpful not to mention delightful. Our room was beautiful and so well equipped. The staff helped us with allowing us to stay much longer in our room because of a late flight and then a delay. No hesitation at all. The architectural accomplishments are superb and the art gallery very interesting. But I have to say that despite the beauty of the hotel itself it was the staff who made our stay there such a wonderful experience.

This is a pretty nice hotel. Unusual design, great location, very nice staff.

It’s a little inconvenient to turn the light on and off, it’s just not familiar and it’s not comfortable.

What i like about this hotel is how unique and special, the design of the room and how big is it comparing to the price it’s jackpot definitely i will come back again, i also i want to mention gogo and reema they were so helpful. To be honest all the staff were helpful from the house keeping and technician to the reception no body tell me to mention there name , they make my staying from great to perfect. Thanks for having me in my special occasions and hope to see you soon.

What a cool place!! My husband is an architect and found the design details and interior fantastic. I made this booking so he didn't know what he was walking into and was pleasantly surprised. The room was huge! We had an excellent view, super close to the main sights in Rome. We also had dinner on the rooftop restaurant - great food! All in all a different experience; the gallery below was exhibiting my favorite artist, also a surprise! And the kitchen in the room came in handy to store my dog's food. The staff was also super sweet to him! We loved it.

I think the bathroom could have been in better condition, but that's just nitpicking.

Great industrial style, integrity maintained true to the building design. Spacious trenty comfortable room, more apartment than hotel. Well appointed kitchen area, do your own breakfast which wasn't a problem , fresh bread and pastrys delivered every morning. Would happily recommend!

Roof top bar bit over priced for OK cocktails…. But I guess paying for the fact its the roof top! If the drinks and service were a bit better the prices would probably be justified. If we were being picky.….towel hooks in the bathroom would have made it perfect! But we managed with Coat hangers

Our family had a penthouse and another room next door. Both rooms were quite stunning, very spacious and very modern. The staff were very helpful and professional. Location also I really liked, close enough to walk to all the sites but not at all busy outside the hotel,Definitely stay here again.

Loved the place but if I was being picky, it was a bit of design over practicable, eg tv fantastic sound but couldn't work it out even after the man came up. Kitchen lovely but not enough light if you want to cook (we didn't) and shower modern taps but hard to change temp , especially with wet hands.

Conveniently located. staff and their help via WhatsApp and their recommendations were perfect.

The apartment we stayed in was beautiful and the bathroom is modern but some features were impractical. The tub is a steel oval with a shower but if you turn on the shower the water goes everywhere. I can’t imagine how much mold is under the tub because the floor gets WET. And the square shelves by the sinks are functional because you have no where to put stuff. It’s very cute but really not the best functional place.
