Location was very good and central to the islands places of interest. The room we had was on the ground floor and was a comfortable size for 2 people. Breakfast was not on site but provided by a cafe in the main square about 4 mins walk away. There were 3 options at the cafe. We usually had a coffee and croissant or brioche and fruit juice. I would recommend this B & B. The owner Carlo was friendly and helpful.

As I assume the upstairs floors above were wooden, there was a little noise when people moved around but this was minimal.

Location was great - quiet but within 100 metres of the bars, restaurants and shops. Owner was really helpful and room was comfortable.

Small things: Would be good to have a mirror at the right height so that it is possible to sit down and dry hair/do make up. Shower cubicle leaked so bathroom floor had to be mopped up with a bath towel whenever someone had a shower. Breakfast vouchers for local patisserie - lovely location in square - but were meant to be for 2 pastries but on 1st and 2nd morning only one pastry given by the restaurant - we should have asked but thought we had got it wrong. On 3rd and 4th days different staff who let us choose 2 each!

 the room was spacious, very clean, the bed was comfortable, the air condition worked just fine, and the fridge offered enough space for several large bottles of water.  There also was a coffee machine and a kettle to make tea and coffee. And the location of the property was just perfect. It’s in the middle of Ortigia and you can reach everything on food within just a few minutes.  Despite the central location, it was very quiet.

Friendly, warm and welcoming host. He explained everything very well, recommending excellent restaurants, the local sights, things to do and saved us from wasting money on tourist traps, uninsured and unknowledgeable excursions. The place was absolutely spotless, with beautiful view of the courtyard. Comfy bed. Good lighting. Fridge to store water. location was quiet , convenient with everything 5-10 min walk away. Not suitable for party people, smokers, no wheelchair access and needs full mobility to get up stairs. Good for active families who love to walk.

Great location in the heart of Ortigia. A small but perfectly formed room for one. Host was very helpful & let me enter the property a bit early.

Not well sound proofed so can be a little noisy when guests are on the move.

Tucked away in the heart of Ortigia but easy to find, offering a comfortable room and a warm and friendly welcome from Carlo who is happy to help with his local knowledge.

Leaving.

The location is great, just behind the duomo of Ortygia. Carlo organised parking for our car, a few hundred metres away and we did not have to worry about where to leave the car.

The room was a bit small but it was OK for a couple of days.

A comfy place at a great location. The staff was very helpful. I stayed in a single occupancy room which really met my needs with a coffee pot and clean bathroom.

Good room and quiet, in a good location.

The cleaners put my food and plastic bottles on the warm side of the fridge. The water was hot, my chocolate had melted. I mention this because such an action could cause a fire.

Excellent location in hart of Ortigia just minute away from the cathedral. Cozy apartment with kitchen on the ground floor. Cleaning of the room every day with changing of towels. Host very kind and available regarding suggestions. Flexible checking-in/checking-out. Kept our luggage after checking-out.
