Centre of everything! Nothing to complain about in regards to location. Staff were excellent and room was clean and spacious.

Not the easiest to find in a little alley but that’s my fault. Shower could use an update.

The hotel was fabulous in a brilliant location off a lovely square. Less than a 5 minute walk to Sain Marco Square. The staff were great and the rooms were so clean. We had to leave our previous airbnb as it was not as expected so this hotel was a god send for us

The room was slightly on the small side and no view (just facing the building opposite) - you can get rooms with a view for a little extra. This wasn’t a problem for us as it was only a 2 night stay and we were so delighted with the room.

Great location (less than 5 minutes to waterbus station and San Marco), very friendly staff. We received an upgrade to a 1 min nearby apartment (Duccale), very clean, well equipped and comfortable. Near the apartment a very good and varied Pasticceria (Bonifacio) for breakfast. Safe and clean area.

The location of this hotel is excellent. super close to the San Marco cathedral. The room was excellent, the beds super comfortable. The staff was super. The view from the room was specific to Venice, a small street and beautiful buildings. The canal in the back of the hotel can be admired from the breakfast area. Highly recommend this location for visiting Venice!

The location of the hotel was super convenient, very close to a boat station and also at the heart of Venice. The staff was very helpful and provided instructions on how to get there. Thank you Andrea! If I'm back to Venice, I'd definitely come back to this place.

Towels felt a bit like blankets but nothing that bothered me.

My stay was excellent from start to finish. The staff were friendly, Customer orientated and highly professional at all times. Very patient with my poor attempt to speak Italian. They were all wonderful the receptionist and the cleaners. My unsung hero was the janitor. All of them were fantastic people making my stay better still!

This cool hotel was tucked in the corner of a square not far from the Piazza San Marco. It was a little pricey, but you’re paying for the location. We had 3 beds in our room, so we ended up using one for the luggage, and we could see a parade of gondolas from our windows in the little canal behind our hotel. The room was very spacious, and even had a bathtub, but the shower head was on the long wall, and I feel like it would have made more sense to put it on the short wall, so it was a bit awkward to use.

For as much as we were paying for the room, I feel like breakfast should have been included, instead of an additional €12 per person, and though there was an air conditioner, it didn’t work very well, and it was too hot to sleep comfortably. There were also a full flight of stairs to get up to the room, and no one to help haul the luggage up to it. Still, it was a charming hotel, and you couldn’t beat the location.

Everything was great. Maybe add few facilities to improve the experience: like glasses, bottle opener, a place to dispose the garbage.

Great location. The hotel was in a very central area and well connected to the main attractions. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

A bit overpriced. Towels were in linen which I did not find very efficient. They offered 10% discount for the nearby restaurant, which was not that good.

We booked a standard room for two, but when we arrived we had a big appartment, super modern, we couldn't believe it! The room was perfect and the location couldn't be better! The staff was very kind and helped us via email giving us every single detail on how to arrive there. So, don't be afraid to ask them anything! Hope we will return someday, it was an excellent experience!
