Fantastic location, value and Juri was a wonderful host. The room was great value for many and was a terrific stay. Will definitely stay here again!!!! Brilliant!!!

This was our first time in Venice and we would definitely stay here again when we visit in the future. The accommodation is located a couple of minutes walk from San Marco and all other attractions. It's also super close (less than 2 minute walk) to the water taxi Alilaguna service which has a connection straight to the airport, this is particularly ideal when you have luggage. The room was very comfortable and most importantly it was spotless clean. Great breakfast and an amazing host.

Excellent location, a short walk from the Zacharia water taxi pick-up. Easy airport drop-off, but also be aware that this area will get crowded with day visitors during the middle of the day. Many restaurants, shops nearby. We mostly walked about Venice since we found ourselves in a prime location. Easy to walk away from the crowded center and find those family restaurants.

By day three, we became accustomed to our neighborhood and how to avoid the CROWDS, get out early morning and late afternoon and evening and you will have a more manageable number of people. Would suggest signing up for a food tour that explores smaller restaurants that offer traditional Venetian food/wine away from the CROWDED center on your first day in Venice. It will also help you get the lay of the city and someone (your guide) who can answer many of your questions. But it was time to leave too soon. We would stay longer, next time.

We are so lucky to have chosen such a great place to stay during our time in Venice! The location is fantastic - just a couple minutes walk from the San Zuccaria vaporetto stations, right around the corner from a lively plaza filled with restaurants, and very close to Saint Mark’s Square. Others have mentioned noise in their reviews but we were in room #1 which faces a neighboring courtyard and it was very quiet. The room itself was great - plenty of space, the bed was very comfortable, and the A/C worked perfectly. The best part though is the host, Juri, and the wonderful made to order breakfast he provides daily. We had to leave before breakfast on our last day to catch an early train and he brought us pastries, yogurt, and juice the day before so we’d be sure to have something before we left. He’s also very helpful with directions, suggestions, and any information you might need. Will definitely stay at 3C B&B again if we return to Venice!

Staff was excellent and very accommodating. Great location and Juri answered all our questions.

The room was very spacious as was the bathroom. The mattress was incredibly comfortable! We slept so well! The room was very clean. They included a machine to deter mosquitoes in the room. The breakfast was wonderful and the host and staff were friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient for seeing the main sights, accessing the public transport and restaurants.

As a first, location, just 2 mins by walking to the coast where waterbuses stop and 5 mins to San Marco. Too many good restaurants are around there. And cleanless of the room and the place is perfect. All details are considered to make guests relax. Heating is also ok and room size is more than enough, even bathroom is wide and all basic stuffs included. No smell of moisture or mold. That is quite important for us. Bed is comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast is enough and even diet stuffs are considered. Last but not least, thanks for amazing hospitality of Juri and Laura. We will miss Juri's delicious omelet and toast in the breakfast.

3C B&B is located in the very center of Venice. Its location is wonderful and convenient as a starting point for planned walks. The room was clean, the bathroom and toilet too. The breakfast they offered was sufficient plus a flavorful coffee in addition. Our host Yuri offered us attractive restaurants, events and places to visit. Highly recommended!

there was nothing we didn't like

Ideally located just a few steps from St. Marco Square. The helpful and friendly host gave us suggestions on the best way to go and where to have dinner. Very good breakfast cooked and served by the host himself. Breakfast cereals, yoghurt, croissants, boiled eggs or omelette of your choice, toast with ham and cheese, fruits, coffee.We would have loved some fresh vegetables too, but that's not the norm in Italy and we respect that. Tea, coffee and biscuits are available in the room. There is a minibar in the room. Very comfortable king size mattress and pillows. The room is clean and warm, the heating worked perfectly. The stone floor is cold, in winter time we strongly recommend to bring slippers.

We had to wait a long time for the shower to have hot water, which we consider a big waste of water. However, there was hot water, albeit after several minutes of waiting, and showering was not a problem. The room has street view, where there is a restaurant on the opposite side, which starts very early. So you won't be able to sleep for long in the mornings. The walls are very thin and you can hear the neighbours talking and laughing. Please note, your neighbours will also hear you very well.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this B&B! The location was excellent, just a few minutes walk to the water where you can easily catch a water boat (and breathe in the fresh air) and a short walk to Piazza San Marco. The room was perfect—it had everything I needed and the decor was beautiful. (I’m still dreaming of the mosaic tiles in the bathroom!) The B&B is down a small alley and so the there is no noise from the surrounding, busier streets. As a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe. But the best thing about this place is Yuri, the owner. He was so kind and helpful—sent me exact directions on how to get there—and helped me figure out how to catch a night boat to Piazala Roma so that I could catch the 4:20 bus to the airport. He also gave me some food the day before I left so that I had something to eat on my early morning journey. He was gracious and kind, and I would highly recommend staying here when you come to Venice!
