I loved everything about the property. Comfort, design, location, cleanliness, amenities, food, small details and staff. We did not choose a room facing the canal because of the noise and proximity to the Rialto bridge, we did however have a nice balcony very close to the canal on the side of the building which still had a lovely view but was very quiet in the evenings. The hotel also has an amazing rooftop terrace/bar that was never really packed. I am super particular in terms of hotels, I’ve traveled a ton for work and leisure for the past 30 years, this stay/property was outstanding and I highly recommend.

We had a superior double room, with a side view of the canal. The room was of a reasonable size, the bed and pillows were comfortable and had good quality bedding. It lacked a bit in a dedicated space to open suitcases and the wardrobe was a bit tight for two people but we asked for extra hangers and made it work. The bathroom has single basin with a counter top, a big mirror and a separate little mirror with decent light for makeup, walk-in shower, toilet and (half) a bidet - a bit awkward, never seen one like this before. There’s a great rooftop bar with amazing views of the canal. The location is perfect, about 200 metres away from Rialto bridge, which makes it very easy to walk everywhere (which we really did and enjoyed). All the staff were very professional, friendly, polite and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again and can absolutely recommend it. Grazie mille for the most wonderful 5 days!

It has the potential to be a 5 star hotel but still needs a little more attention to detail. For example, the glass used for toothbrushes were never cleaned or swapped (even though I packed the toothbrushes away every morning before we left). But as I said, it’s only attention to details.

Rooftop terrace was fabulous: looking over the Grand Canal. Great place to have a cocktail as the sun sets over the city. Personable staff. Good breakfast in attractive dining room. Guest room was very well appointed. Location is very good as base from which to explore the city.

While our room was very nice in itself, it was on the ground floor and looked right into a staff service area, including their smoking area. This is Venice, and we know that hotel rooms look onto courtyards and other buildings and dark canals. However, given the price of the hotel room, we were surprised that this was our “view.” The staff were pleasant when we asked about this, but didn’t change anything.

Loved the location near the Rialto bridge. Everything was so close and accessible. Our room was very spacious and clean, with nice touches like a turn down service and Prosecco on arrival. A large bathroom with robes and slippers and extra pillows was a nice touch. Staff were very helpful from check in to house keeping and in the breakfast room with fast friendly service. We also got help to find some lovely restaurants and tips on transport from the front desk. The terrace was fantastic with a great view over the grand canal. We made a point to have drinks on the terrace each day as it was so lovely sitting up there watching the hustle and bustle below.

Loved it all

The location is excellent - close to Rialto - in a rather popular place with busy and energetic environment (in a positive way). The Vaporato station is St Silvestro which is just a stone throw away. There is a Tragetto station at the MARCETTO. it helps to avoid the foul on the Rialto bridge when you just need to across the rive. Hotel is modern and clean. The room cleaning is efficient.

Breakfast service is not very efficient. A coffee machine for self-service will help. My room is just under the roof-top. It is very noisy as the guests on the roof-top move their chair until 1 am. If you are sensitive to noise, you should avoid room 203.

Fantastic location right on the Grand Canal near the Bridge of Sighs. They have their own wharf so super easy access - caught a shared water taxi from the airport. We had a canal view room (side view) which gave us a great view across the next door ground floor restaurant across the canal. Rooms well designed, bed comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Hotel also offered a free tour of Murano.

The hotel is beautiful, overlooking the Grand Canal.. perfect for sightseeing as it’s so central. Breakfast was very good there is loads of selection and you can order off the menu too for omelettes etc ( all included in the price) rooms are super comfy & really quiet. little extras like toiletries are supplied so you don’t need to bring them. We had Prosecco waiting in our room that was a nice touch. Also they offer a complimentary trip to Murano to see the glass factory which was really interesting and you can also look around the town, then you are brought back all free of charge … roof top terrace is fab! .. views are amazing … lastly the staff are really lovely… I would def stay here again

The room was cozy and clean, and the location was excellent. The staff were highly professional, the atmosphere was inspiring, and the bar service during the New Year celebration was outstanding.

There are limited rooms with a canal view, and even the regular rooms are overpriced. We booked a front-row spot at the rooftop bar to watch the New Year’s fireworks, but unfortunately, people from the second row jumped up and blocked our view. Moreover, the view wasn't ideal for watching the fireworks

The hotel is centrally situated at the waterfront of the main Channel in Venice. It was easy to get to with a water taxi from the train terminal (15minutes away). The rooms were amazing and neat with ample space for two people and their luggage. Breakfast was well prepared and there is also a little "garden area" you can choose to sit in that makes it very cozy. The hotel was situated centrally allowing you to explore most of Venice on foot if you are up to it or a "bus" terminal just across the bridge if you want to make use of the water transportation system. the staff was exceptional throughout our stay and assisted with all information we required.

There was nothing we did not like about our stay in the Hotel.
