The location is on the grand canal, a very close walk to the Rialto Bridge. A great view can be seen from the common area windows, the staff allowed us to open one up to get a good photo. The room was beautiful and very clean, with a coffee machine and new pods supplied each morning. We didn’t opt for the breakfast due to the cost, but there is a small supermarket essentially next door that has a great selection. Staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions or directions needed. They have maps available and are happy to recommend how to travel and the best restaurants. Plus can provide free entrance to a glass blowing viewing in Murano. Highly recommend seeing the museum in the lower floors, available until the end of August.

Breakfast is not worth the cost of €15 pp per day, best to find your own for a fraction of the price. The shower door won’t keep in the water if you have the head pointing in the wrong direction. Beds are a bit hard but still had a good sleep.

Location was perfect by the Rialto bridge. Room was just like we wanted... including history with the view on the roofs! Breakfast was ok, missed greens and veggies, but my gluten free was noticed nice way. Everything we asked (reservation to a restaurant, schedule for waterbus, private condole) was handeled quick and easy.

Coffee politics is weird all over the world. There ia always 2 portions of coffee and 4 of tea. Why? Nordic customers need more! It did not let me down this time either! First there was 2 pcs coffee, 2 cups and 2 coffee milk. Next day no coffee, but clean cups and 2 milk. Third day there was no coffee, no cups and no milk. Wtf? Is customers satisfaction really tied to 1€ coffee portion if paying somewhat 200€ for accommodation per night?

Thank you All for a wonderful stay! Hotel is on the third floor of a historic palazzo of Venice. We have been given a room that overlooks the Campanile of San Marco and its cupola. Spacious room, spotless, perfectly clean, not only on our arrival but every day. They have offered us a bottle of proseco on our arrival, as we have been to Venice for our 14th wedding anniversary. It is few steps from the Rialto bridge, you could see it from Breakfast room or from the suite. Wonderful view in the canal grande. No more than ten minutes from piazza San Marco, perfect location to explore Venice on foot. Kind, pleasant personnel, willing to help and assist with everything. Perfectly clean room and breakfast hall. Limited options for breakfast but tasty, fresh and enough to start your day. Overall perfect stay! Grazie di tutto!!!!

Perhaps more hot options for breakfast (i.e. omelet made in the oven, some hot pies baked in the oven). I can admit though that hot croisants served everyday were freshly baked, delicious, and the best ones I’ve had for a long time!!!!

The room was spacious and had beautiful Venetian characteristics. The room we stayed in was super quiet and we couldn’t hear any of the other guests. Coffee was delicious and the toiletries supplied were good quality too. The location was amazing - a 30 second walk from Rialto water bus station and a minute’s walk to the bridge (if that). We could walk to all the main attractions easily from the hotel. The staff were so lovely and were happy to help with any queries we had or grab us an ironing board when we wanted to use one. They were very friendly. We would stay here again 😊

We didn’t have breakfast included in our stay, but we did purchase it for one day. There wasn’t a lot of choice. Air con wasn’t great, but this might have been because we weren’t using it correctly as we didn’t ask the staff about it.

Alice, Luca, Mattia, and Patricia provided an absolutely amazing experience for my wife and I during our 5night stay at the Palazzo. The accomodation itself, perched on the 3rd floor overlooking the Grand Canal, is stunning in its details and my wife and I really enjoyed our room with a view on St Mark's Tower and the Basilica's domes. Alice, Luca, and Mattia were very receptive of our requests and helped arrange various private transfers to the hotel and neighboring islands, as well as restaurant reccomendations / reservations and walking tours. Each morning they greeted us with warm smiles and were very friendly to us and our dog. Patricia was very thorough in her cleaning and breakfast preparations. Eggs can be made to order and she was always there to take our orders (or assisted by one of the other staff). She was also very patient with us on days when we were still using the room when she was cleaning. We were also caught in a storm and had to walk through "Aqua Alta" that soaked our pants and shoes, but she helped dry everything off and gave us all new towels. The hotel is right next to various docks on the Grand Canal so you can be easily dropped off right in front and there are only a handful of stairs before the elevator that takes you to the reception door/entry door for the hotel. The main floor has a small doorway onto a side canal where gondolas frequently float by, which is nice to see and an added bonus of the location. The hotel itself has a lounge used for breakfast and free to use throughout the day, which we did on various evenings with some glasses of wine, and this sounds overlooks the Grand Canal and the Rialto Bridge to the side. This view is fantastic and was great to use when the Vogalonga regatta took place.

Nothing, everything was beyond fantastic.

Beautiful place to stay on the top floor of a palazzo with galleries below. The room had a lovely view of the campanile on San Marco Plaza. Very friendly staff provided good tips and were accommodating.

The breakfast was minimal and left much to be desired. On a plus side, it got us into Venice in search of good cafes nearby (including Cafe Doge which is just across the Rialto). We recommend more options.

Staff was super friendly, location next to Rialto bridge... very convenient. Room is smaller than on the photos in reality, but very clean and well maintained.

Room was next to the breakfast room, not so secluded and private, you hear the staff and other guest right next to your door. Breakfast was quite poor for the money you pay additionally, but that seems to be the issue with all the food related locations in Venice, you have to overpay for a good meal.

Palazzo Bembo is a clean, quaint room with history and flare. Also, home to the Beinale and as a historic building close to the Rialto Bridge on the Grand Canal is in the backdrop of a lit of movies. The water is hot, and the pressure is great - nothing to worry about. The room is small but well planned, and there is a breakfast/sitting room in which to lounge directly outside the room. Windows you can open for fresh air. Convenient to gondola. Water taxi, ferry stops, and a short, easy walk to St. Mark's square. There are only 6 rooms here, we were hair with what we were able to get. The staff are very helpful and friendly. There is an elevator, but you will still have to negotiate steps with your luggage like many places in Italy. Smart TV in room. Breakfast included and just right.

Floor is a little wobbly - but totally expected in such a historic building. Space is tight, but we would definitely stay here for the charm, cleanliness, and convenience.

The place is old but elegant, very comfortable with all amenities needed. The staff is also very helpful. There’s a lift, but needs to go up a few steps of stairs first, the staff would love to help with the luggage if needed. Loved the breakfast! It was simple yet with nice options, while having breakfast you get to enjoy the view of grand canal just out the window too. The location is very convenient, only a few minute walk to St Mark’s square, along the way you’d pass by loads of shops and restaurants.

It didn’t bother us, but as it’s an old building, the floor isn’t even, depends on the room you book, it can be partly slanted. The price is definitely higher as it’s on the island and right by the grand canal.

The hotel was very clean and very nice. The hotel staff was exceptional. The hotel is located on the 3rd floor of the building and there is an elevator. The building like most of the buildings are so rich in history and incredible architecture. The rooms are decorated in the Venetian era. There is only a few rooms to this hotel, and each morning they have a wonderful buffet style breakfast. They have a beautiful table setting for each room. We preferred to have breakfast in the room, which they more than accommodated us each morning. We so enjoyed are stay.
