Location was perfect with everything within short walking distance. Rialto bridge and water taxi/bus stop, shops and restaurants. It is in a very busy area and crowds are to be expected but we loved the liveliness. When the windows were closed in the apartment, we couldn’t hear anything so that was nice too. The apartment was clean, spacious and cool from the hot days and we had a beautiful view overlooking the square. Perfect for our first time in Venice.

We searched high and low but found no washing machine or dryer, hoping for at least a drying rack. For the price we paid we would have thought these would have been included.

It is a beautiful 3 bedroom / 2 floors apartment in venice style (wonderful terazzo floor, Murano chandelier, furniturte fabrics and curtains in the same venice patterns ...) with a big kitchen to cook an eat together (6 adults). Furthermore there are 2 bedrooms an a medium size terrace. The 2 young women from the housekeeping service have been very helpful, have been available all day long and fixed a problem with the warm water in just no time. Chapeau! Location is 100m from the Rialto Vaporetto station. So it was very easy for use to go from Tronchetto car park via Vaporetto to Rialto station. Rialto bridge is 2 corners around and San Marco is a 10 minute walk.

It was a beautiful apartment with beautiful classic furniture, comfortable, clean, equipped with all needs, and in an excellent location in the city center, close to shopping stores, restaurants, and Piazza San Marco.

Very good central location. Extremely clean and large rooms with living room. Quiet environment.

Needed to store our luggage and the free hotel where I could leave it was over a 1 km away. So I had to use the storage locker that cost 60 euros for three lockers. No TV in the bedroom. Entrance was in a narrow dark alley.

Amazing apartment for a big family of 5-6. Rooms were very spacious and facilities were very clean. Aircons were great and functioning for the heat. The apartment is also in an amazing location. It is right next to Rialto bridge and just a 8 min walk to St. Marks Square. They also seem to have soundproof walls which was amazing for a quite sleep. Doors work by key code so no need of keys to be carried throughout Venice.

Could have had more options for breakfast. WIFI connection was weak and almost negligible for upstairs. We chose an apartment with terrace and getting to the apartment is not ideal for people with disabilities or mobility issues as you have to take two lifts which are tiny in size or the stairs. It was fine for us as none of us had any disabilities so just providing this information to anyone in need.

Nice roomy apartment which is hard to find in Venice. Clean, stylish and well equipped but not quite as grand and luxurious as some of the photos make out. Great location, close to all the main sights and just a couple of minutes walk from Rialto Bridge which is where the airport water bus drops off. Also pretty quiet in the apartment considering how busy the streets outside are.

Security could be improved as the main door doesn't close easily and we often found it left open. Otherwise great!

we had to call the staff as we had a transportation issue leaving our previous location and they were super helpful the location was good but it was hard to find the room had everything we needed - it was very air bnb style (no breakfast) but it’s not a hotel

Beautiful apartment close to everything. Huge opening windows onto a lively but not noisy street below. Cleaning fee a bit steep for one night so stay a bit longer.

We had to pay quite a large deposit which we only got back 2 weeks later.

Nice location near to rialto bridge. Clean and comfortable. Large and spacious.

The entrance door to the building was tricky to find as its around a small corner and alley.

Surprise upgrade to a much larger apartment. Was gorgeous, spacious, and felt like a home rather than a hotel, which I much appreciated. Well soundproofed windows meant little noise although in a very bustling area; gorgeous views from third floor onto neighboring rooftops and the piazza below. Sunshine from two sides into the apartment, modern and adequately equipped for self cooking for breakfast!

One bathroom had a moisture condensation issue (likely) caused by the central cooling being in the floor. Was a little risky for my parents in their 70s but resolved by keeping on the bathroom exhaust fan to draw out the moisture, and occasionally wiping down the floors.
