Beautiful with many things to do around. Shops, dining, parks. It was just great. Also the staff were awesome. Everyone of them.

The pool was great. The beds were very comfortable.

I didn’t really care much for the parking. I wish that both elevators was working. My parents have a hard time walking long distance and the elevators was at the end of the hall and our room was on the other end. But the one that was not working would have been closer.

Nice apartment style hotel, each bedroom had its own bathroom 2/2. Really close to Aquatica and SeaWorld about 10 min drive. Pool is heated and was amazing, not too deep, perfect size. I really enjoyed my time here. Will definitely be coming back.

The time for breakfast. All week I had to leave by 6:30. It would have been nice if breakfast was opened at 6, since many of us that stayed there, came in for the week long Royal Canine dog show. Also you need a handicap parking in front of the building, instead of on the side of the building.

The staff were friendly & polite. The lobby & room were clean. Pool was heated and large. Great value for the room!

No comforter for pull out couch, just sheets, so I slept with a sweatshirt on

Great staff keeping everything tidy but the food quality was lower than I would expect.

It was amazing! Everything was great! From the room to the breakfast.

We asked for extra towels but nobody has come with extra towels.

I didn't like the fact I booked for a king suite but when I got there I was told they didn't have any left, but they did have a king studio. I just took it because it was the DAY of my ANNIVERSARY && not to mention when I got to the room I didn't have any pots or pans to cook with... Oh yeah at check in I had to wait 10-15 mins to even do so because NO ONE was at the front desk... SMH
