I stayed for 12 nights and asked for a discount on breakfast or discounted vouchers and they said no. I requested an additional 2 hours complimentary in my room as my flight out was only 9pm at night and they said no. Was dissapointed that no concessions were made especially for guest staying as long as 12 nights.

I loved this hotel . It was so relaxed and scrupulously clean . Every area was spotless . The rooms are large and have a great fridge and everything you need . There is a shop and a place to get hot food . The grill and bar downstairs were great . Coffee shop was great . The pool area is gorgeous and the pool lovely . Plenty of towels and just perfect . I would love to return . The hotel is opposite Orlando pointe with restaurants and International drive restaurants are a taxi ride away. Staff are very helpful . A lovely stay and I was so impressed with its cleanliness and service . Well done all staff to make it lovely .

Really liked the pool area, the cleanliness and the location- right across from the pointe. Iride spot right outside. Free shuttle bus to Universal. Rooms were big and spacious. Weighing scales for luggage was really helpful.

Staff at check in weren't helpful- happened numerous times where they couldn't help us. The air con is the room is really noisy and can't be turned off at any time. It is preset so you can't change temperatures. Also no shower or changing facilities if you have late flight. Shower at pool can be closed due to weather.

Very clean. Great location. A lot on site for convenience including a night club , pool , steak house , restaurant, 24hr convenience store .

Water did not get hot in shower. Extra fees upon Arrival -such as parking. When I go Grocery shopping I don’t have to pay to park my car. If there’s going to be a charge it could at-least be a overall fee & not per day. I did not see this information upon booking so even callled the location prior to ask. They told me no fee. I’ll take the blame because it is clearly listed on the site in the fine print. I just missed it hense my reason to call. I thought I was getting a great deal So booked here. Once all the fees were added it was no longer the great deal I thought I was getting.

A beautiful hotel with huge rooms and a fabulous pool area. Very clean throughout the hotel. Near to restaurants and things to do. Opposite Pointe Orlando which was a nice area to eat and drink.

Maybe more help with providing rooms or showers for guests who have late flights. We had to check out at 11am and our flight wasn't till 10.30pm and I asked if we could have our room for longer but this wasn't allowed. So we had to shower (no soap allowed) at the pool and use the toilets to get changed for our flight home to the UK (9 hours) Parking was expensive $20 per night.

breakfast was not included or offered in my reservation, staff was extremely helpful, friendly, courteous. the hotel, rooms and all other areas were exceptionally clean, odor free with visible staff for any accommodations needed.

the room that was paid for and reserved for the trip was not available upon arrival and had to settle for another room. Microwaves were not in room for availability which meant you had to go to another area of the hotel if you wanted to reheat food after a long working day.

Staff was amazing, and helped us move rooms. Just went through surgery and was on a lot of medication, so the smell of pot was giving me really bad headaches. The staff took care of me very well, they moved us and made sure we were comfortable even after we moved rooms.

Groups of people on our floor were smoking a lot of pot. It was like the whole floor was hotboxed. Normally, it's not a problem for me, but it was killing my head. I've been taking a lot of medication after my surgery.

Clean and tidy stay- fresh towels daily. Good facilities. 6 lifts available to facilitate all guests. Toaster/ microwave available opposite 24 hr Lite Bite shop. ATM inside hotel.

Double beds very small, family room not overly big. I emailed the hotel about a request before departing for our trip- they only responded on by email reply on the last day of our stay. Pool view noisy- avoid if have young children.

I’ve stayed there multiple times. It’s pretty clean and I’ve always gotten good service.

I picked up the remote control for the television that was on my bed. I was completely disgusted learning that it was never cleaned and just thrown on the bed. It had something sticky and gross all over it which was all over my hand. It was just nasty! Please disinfect your remotes.

this property location was very centrally located.

the dance club was closed and it has been closed since corvid. yet they advertise that it is open. There were many kids in hotel for a competition at the convention center, running in hallways and lobby with no regard for other guests. Hotel had a security guard in lobby but there was no control. There is no security for accessing entrance and using elevators.
