I was in Reno for Hot August Nights car show. The Silver Legacy was right in the Caesar properties (The Row) that are involved with the car shows. It was easy to get around to the other hotels that were also involved with the car show. The staff that I had contact with were all helpful and friendly.

The parking garage!! The parking spots were small. Plus traffic went in both directions. When you went around the corners it was extremely close. What made it worse is several people parked in the garage with their 4 door, long bed, dually pick ups which made it harder to go in and out of the garage.

The food options are slim. I realize you don't control the restaurants, but availability was slim. Mostly night stuff. The Brew Brothers hostess, could have cared less that we were there and inconvenience at best. When we were being seated another family had spilled a drink, so I pointed out they could use some help and she walked away and no one came. We ended up leaving and getting a not great sandwich in your "mall" food court. Again I get you don't control these other areas, but it will effect our stay or return. Thank you.

From the moment we arrived at the Valet, we were welcomed by friendly and professional staff. They took exceptional care of our vehicle, and each time we arrived, they greeted us by our names. The check-in process was smooth and trouble-free. The room was clean, comfortable and had a nice view of the mountains. We ate at three of the restaurants, and the service was great, the food was good (AWESOME at Ruth's Chris Steak House) and wait times were not too bad. Overall, great experience, and will definitely stay again when in Reno.

The refrigerator is in an enclosed cabinet, and it was extremely warm when you opened the door.

The hotel location is great! We love staying at Silver Legacy because it is right in the heart of it all. The beds are comfortable, and there are plenty of pillows. Coffee in the room is always appreciated. My request for having a room away from elevators and vending areas was met without any issues. Our registration went quickly and smoothly. The lady who waited on us was warm, professional, and friendly.

Our room hadn't been vacuumed very well, there was little pieces of what looked like paper on the floor, and there was long dark hair in and around the sink and shower in the bathroom. Besides that it was wonderful.

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable.

Recommend not getting any rooms from the 7th floor down on poolside because they leave the radio blaring all night! Requested to have it shut off, which they say it should have been, but gave the excuse of short staff, so they couldn't find someone just ridiculous! Also if you mess up your safe plan on waiting there 3 and 1/2 hours to get it fixed! So the elevators were fast but the service is slow... To top that I don't know why they're afraid to section off the casino to smoking and non-smoking sections. If they would give incentives for the start of a non smoking casino, the smokers will be happy to stop smoking and you would have more customers book at a non smoking casino! Overall I'd rate it an 8.

The location is perfect. I had a surgery scheduled at ROC at 1130. It was so close that we didn't have to worry about traffic. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. The room was clean and didn't smell like cigarettes. I asked to be placed away from elevators and ice machine areas, and I was. It's convenient to have the option to check out from the TV to avoid long lines. We got lost several times, and there was always someone close by, inside, to help us find our way.

Check-in was very slow. There was a bowling championship going on. Parking was challenging. The slots are small. People were lingering by their vehicles preparing for their tournaments, causing a block in the flow of traffic ( not the facility's fault, but inconvenient). There were only 3 ladies handling the excessively long line at checkin. We tried using the self- check in, but it didn't work. At the time we arrived, there was no assistant available to help us. Please let your customers know ahead of time they are paying for adjoining rooms. Given the option, I would have opted for a non-adjoining room.

I really liked how we didn’t have to walk through the casino to get to the front desk and then to our rooms like you have to do in Vegas. After using the check in kiosk and having an issue with it, I immediately got help from staff that completed my check in process and actually ended up getting an up grade (Mountain View instead of city view) Our room was clean, tidy, and comfortable and we encountered no issues. The elevators we easy to access to the rooms and the parking garage from the lobby. There was plenty of places to eat at the property and as well as all the other connected properties. Aside from the casino floor, the hotel didn’t smell heavily of smoke, which is very nice. We were there for a bowling tournament, and the silver legacy is literally a 7 minute walk to the national bowling stadium, that is basically across the street.

I would’ve liked to see the eateries stay open past 10 on week nights.

Keurig coffee pot Bed and pillows very comfortable. Shower had excellent water pressure. plenty of towels. Valet staff were fabulous as I had to retrieve a couple items during our stay and they also delivered our luggage to our room. My husband was recovering from surgery and could not help me so I really appreciated their assistance and cheerful attitudes. Everyone was very helpful during our stay.

Decaf coffee pods would have been nice. Pikes Peak is very strong coffee. I should have requested a room closer to the elevator. I will remember to do that next time.

Location near the Bowling Stadium. I liked the fact that I didn't have to leave the Silver Legacy except to bowl.

Since the last time I was at the Silver Legacy, and since it is under new ownership, your prices have sky rocketed! Especially meal prices. I know inflation has caused prices to rise but your amount of increase seems like price gouging. As I normally upgrade to a suite, your required $165 per night as just not worth it. For a little more room and a soaking tub - you must be kidding! What happened to the in room water jet tub in the suites???

Parking was good

The hotel shuttle bus from the airport was full and the driver said he would come back for us after dropping off his passengers in about 40 minutes. He never came back after an 1.5 hours we called hotel they said shuttle bus doesn't operate after 12AM it was 12:30 AM and we would need to find our own transportation. The UBER and taxis were pretty much shut down for the night and the rental cars were all sold out lucky for us some stranger had dropped off a passanger and offered us a ride to the hotel. Hotel front desk just laughed when we told them the shuttle bus driver didn't return.
