Bed was compy.

People weren't very friendly.

Breakfast included was a plus. For the price the hotel is manageable. Wouldn't want to stay more than one night. Beds were very comfortable. Hotel staff very cordial and polite. Very safe hotel, all doors key access only after hours.

Hotel is old and needs remodel. The sheets blankets and towels need to be cleaned better. The bathroom tub was clean but moldy. The AC unit leaked water and the carpet was wet. The hotel was clean and safe, just old and run down

It was nice to have breakfast. I saw the kitchen help pouring the milk back into the container after it had been out for 3 hours. Not a good practice. Other than that, just what I expected.

Breakfast was wonderful along with the very nice and friendly lady that ran the breakfast bar.

Well we had our little dog and I guess there are pet rooms because the smell of the room was like a dirty dog.

Unfortunately, I extended the stay before check out time, the housekeeper removed and threw away my food items that were left in the room. I was offered no compensation or vouchers or anything. I bought them the night before with every reason to believe I would utilize them. I ended up leaving early and not returning because I was hungry

The room was clean. The breakfast was fine. Would have liked if oatmeal was already prepared opposed to packets. Customer service was good.

The beds were hard. I couldn't really adjust the tempature in the room. The towels and wash cloths could have been newer.

Read reviews from other guests and knew about Cisco. He was awesome as stated in previous reviews! The room was clean and comfy. The bed was perfect and we got some great rest. A little out of the way for where family is located but we'd drive the 30 minutes again for another stay.

It's listed as a pet friendly hotel. Which it very much is. The pet fee was a surprise at check in. It would be nice to have that info when on the online reservation form. It's $25 per pet/per night. Which is reasonable but needs to be known upfront. The only thing wrong with the room was a non-working exhaust fan in the shower.

Location was good. The key card readers kept malfunctioning. Never knew if we would be able to get back into our rooms without having the key cards re-keyed. The rooms were immaculate! The view could have been better, but it is Kannapolis, so..moving on...I asked for an extended checkout time. I got a one hour extension technically. Checkout is usually at 11am I had until 12 to get packed amd ready. Well I actually didnt get back to the room till 1p. Or after. My friends/coworkers stayed in my suite while I ran some errands by the time I got back to my suit i.p.o
