From the time we arrived to when we left the visit was wonderful. Nice clean lobby and room, Convenient parking. Easy access to Bricktown and memorial. WE really e enjoyed our short stay. Plenty of towels ,soap,Hot water, equipment in kitchen for cooking , Really Great Hot and cold Breakfast. Plenty of seating. Overall cant say anything negative at all Thank You ..Great job!!

Nothing , it was Great .Definitely will stay again and suggest to friends when visiting Oklahoma City. I guess to say one thing . SOME people like ice Tea in the morning. would be nice to have that already brewed

the breakfast was fine although it takes some getting used to eating with plastic knives and forks on paper plates, not what we are used to in hotels in Europe. The bedroom was spacious and the bed was comfortable our room had a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge freezer and a dishwasher didn't use on a one night stay.

The property could have been been more honest with its location, the area of Bricktown isn't that close the fact that a shuttle service is offered which was ok for getting there but did not work for the return (the hotel reception did not answer the phone) resulting in a $9 Uber ride to get back.

All the staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and helpful The establishment was exceptionally clean, best breakfast I’ve ever had at any hotel and I felt very safe in this establishment

I did want to swim I would’ve rather a little more sun on the pool, but I understand most people shy away from the sun, but in my experience, a family brought children in diapers, put them in the pool, and then they took the diapers off and put the children back in the pool, which was extremely disgusting to me, so I didn’t swim And our last night there the room above had an extremely large person stopping all night even after calling the front desk

The room was great. It was an easy drive to several nice downtown restaurants.

Breakfast didn't start till 7 a.m., which made it difficult to get an early start. Unlike most hotels, there was no coffee before 7 a.m., either. The in-room coffee was terrible, of course. The orange juice was more water than juice. There was a 10-minute wait for the one waffle maker. Not a satisfactory breakfast.

The location was close to bricktown. The front desk was accommodating.

There was a musky smell to the hallways. The original room they tried to put us in was tiny and not at all like the description of the one we booked. They moved us to a different room which was better, but then the drain in the bathtub took a while to drain.

Cleaning staff was exceptional! The place was immaculate, and the cleaning staff were all very friendly. Breakfast was very good. Great options.

The desk clerk was not the most hospitable fellow, he was a tad brisk, but he did his job and quickly. Funny smell in the halls. I was greeted with several homeless folks in the parking lot, who didn't bother me, but traveling alone I felt a little concern.

Its was a full hotel, but I had a quiet comfortable room. Even though I didn't make use of it, I did like the fact that the hotel offered a free shuttle service into the city center. The continental breakfast was what you expect from that and the coffee was good. Seemed to be a very family friendly place.

I'm not crazy when hotels add on an extra fee for incidentals. There were no special TV channels nor a fridge full of snacks. When I checked out, I asked the staff about it and they said that if there were no damages, the amount would be refunded in a couple of days. Since they already have the card number, this seems unnecessary.

The room was great - very clean and spacious. The beds were average but we slept fine. Staff were friendly enough and check-in and out were a breeze. I had never stayed at a Country Inn and was impressed with the kitchenette in our room - apartment sized fridge, sink, dishwasher, and range top. There was a nice little shop in the lobby with drinks, snacks, OTC medications and it was surprisingly inexpensive (2 sodas and some Advil for $6). The pool was very clean and nice and had a large shallow area that's perfect for sunning or littler kids to splash around. Breakfast was delicious. We had no trouble parking.

We booked a King room and there wasn't one available at check-in, so we were given a double queen room. Honestly, it wasn't a problem for my husband and I and we kind of enjoyed having our own beds but maybe would have bothered someone else.

It was very clean! Our room was actually equipped with a full working kitchen and cooking supplies.

We were trying to check in.. We stood there about 10 minutes before someone came to the front desk.. I even tried ringing the phone and the volume was turned down so low. I could barely hear it ringing standing next to it.. BUT. Once the young man came to the front. He was very polite and quick at his job..

The room was as good as a five star hotel, better than the photos. Room was large and well furnished, very comfortable bed, kitchen workable, full sized fridge, large bathroom, good lighting. Staff were sweet. The shuttle into Bricktown worked by request so no need to comply with any timetables. Breakfast was above average.

The location, amongst a lot of other chains (although this by Radisson is independently owned and run), is right in the middle of a jumble of freeways. We thought we could walk to Bricktown, but it really would have been difficult with no pavements. The pool needs some umbrellas, no shade.
