The hotel was very clean and an affordable place to stay in the centre of Santiago. The breakfast was continental and included sweetened corn flakes, yoghurt, toast etc. The staff were overly friendly.

When I got there the fee for seven nights for a single room was 560 USD, however they did not charge the card through booking and wanted me to use their payment terminal, which did not work for the credit option. So the only option was debit, in which case you pay an extra 20% for using debit due to having to pay in Chilean pesos. Also I asked for a taxi at the reception around 10pm and they made a big deal out of it, creating uncertainty that there would be no drivers available at that time.

A good breakfast with plenty of choice. The restaurant food was excellent. It was nice to receive a welcome drink and we took the opportunity to try a Pisco Sour cocktail which is fab. All round a really good hotel experience. We were warned to be careful of our belongings, jewellery, phone etc. out on the street but didn't see any incidents or have any problems in the five days we were there.

Someone advised us not to go to a particular area of the city as there were ongoing protests and the police may use tear gas. Fortunately we were not going that way. I asked what they were protesting about and he said that people were always protesting about something in the city. Sometimes you can get five different protests going on.

The location of the hotel is great. Near to metro. Station St Lucia. Tye breakfast was excellent and the hotel itself if beautifully appointed. The staff were helpful. However, our air conditioning didn’t work for the three days we stayed. We asked for someone to fix it or at least a fan but nothing appeared. This was the only downside to our stay. I would stay again if I knew the air condition worked. Everything else was fantastic.

A lovely welcome from the reception staff. We had arrived late due to our flight being diverted. I messaged the hotel who were great. The restaurant was extremely busy and popular. As we arrived late we ate there and were given a complimentary drink each. Food was good. Pool looked great but we didn't have time to use it.

We had a very noisy air conditioner and couldn't turn it off. Only two small lifts so needed to wait a while, one couple on a tour had waited for 7 minutes. Had to use the lift as there was no stair access between level 6 and ground. We were on level 10.

The location of the hotel is great - very close to many attractions. The corridors and the rooms look very tired (filthy carpets, broken bathroom doors, dirty closets). It's not the staff's fault - it just looks like the hotel needs a renovation pretty badly, which would make it a much nicer place to stay. All in all, we had a good time. The breakfast and the lobby areas are pretty nice, and the breakfast selection was very good. The pool is small, the water could be cleaner and the fact that is in the scorching sun most of the day made it unusable. For the price, and for 1 night, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff. Location was excellent, very close to all the main attractions of the city. The room was spacious with very comfortable beds. A large variety of foods available for breakfast and a good menu for evening meals.

Hot water in the shower wasn't very hot. Although the location was excellent and there's nothing the hotel can really do about it, there were a few rough sleepers in the vicinity which was a little intimidating, especially at night.

I loved that the main lobby wasn’t on the 1st floor, it was away from the noisy street on the 6th floor. The restaurant space was nice and had a good breakfast. The pool / lounge area was well thought-out to create a private, relaxing environment. I liked the decor of pottery, tapestries and carved wood. The room was very comfortable. I really liked that this hotel was centrally located near many sites. Parking was a block or so away but they had a valet type of service for most hours of the day. If you return late at night, they offer to accompany you to your vehicle. There was a friendly staff member who helped us several times.

Nothing. If you are looking for a place to stay that’s right near cerro Santa Lucía and other places of interest in Santiago, this is a great option. However, notably it’s very busy outside of the hotel and you will need to be careful with your belongings walking around in this area.

Really nice place. Nany historic location are 8n walking distance. Hotel staff was really helpful. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

Most places around will be closed at 6:30 pm 7:00pm. To have a nice dinner outside, you will need to take taxi to another area.

Nice hotel in a central location conveniently near the Santa Lucia metro. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was of a good quality.

There appears to be a hard check in policy of 3pm and no earlier. We arrived from Europe after a very long flight and wanted a safe place to store travel documents etc but reception would not release any rooms before 3pm and not a minute earlier. One appreciates hotels can be busy but they need to know their clientel a little better.

We had a very good stay. The hotel is very pretty and good located. The pool was the highlight of the trip, we loved! Room is big.

We booked with breakfast but we regret it because we did tours and they start before 7am (when breakfast starts). The lunch bag the hotel offer is very very simple and don't worth the price (just a bread with cheese and salami, a banana and one Iogurte)
